Nations Best was very flexible with our schedule considering the ever-changing policies around COVID. They were patient with our scheduling and helpful to find times and dates that worked for us. Holly was our instructor and she was great with our employees! We look forward to having her back for future classes.

Carl was the trainer assigned to our company. He did an excellent job keeping us on track and sharing all pertinent information! He is truly an expert in these topics and is a very good trainer! Such a positive step for us to have so many people educated on CPR, AED and First Aid!

Bre was amazing to work with. She could not have made the process any easier on me. I was worried about coordinating the information amongst my 12 employees, but Nations Best CPR took care of all the leg work. They kept me in the loop throughout every step and she even pulled some strings to change my scheduling date on an error I made. Matt our in person instructor was the perfect man for the job. He was light hearted and made the class interesting. He joked around but in a way that kept everyones attention. I know he definitely helped build our confidence in our CPR abilities. He went above and beyond expectations. Bre and Matt made this experience for me. I will be giving them a call in 2 years when we need new certifications!

I had a good experience. I registered online and that was seamless. I found them through the red cross page and signed up for adult and pediatric cpr and first aid. I thought the training (it was held in a church) was thorough and easy to understand. The instructor was polite. I will definitely return to Nations Best when my certification expires in 2 years.

Really great staff ! It’s been a few months since I’ve been, so sadly I can’t remember the lady’s name that taught me, but I can say that she was very knowledgeable and I loved having her as my instructor! I also loved that they allowed me to still sign up for the course last minute, it was like a day or two before !

Paid for a course 3 weeks in advance. They canceled the course 2 days before it was suppose to start. And they tried to transfer me to a course over 40 miles away from where I live. When I called customer service, the manager told me that its the best she can do. Very poor service and they only worry about the money. I do not recommend for anybody.
