I love this place when my boys were younger I chose this place and now I have another baby. (12 years later) I still chose this place. They are clean the staff is caring and they take good care of your child .

I absolutely love this place as does my daughter💛 My daughter is treated like family here! Not only is she well taken care of but they go above any beyond for these children and parents! If I ever have a question or concern about anything, I know that I can talk to the director Diana and she is there to solve anything! She is the heart of this place always doing what needs to be done! I trust and love this place and it’s staff thank you to everyone for always making my daughter and I feel right at home!

My boys love this school and everyone here. My 4 year olds speech has gotten so much better since starting school here a year ago. My 2 1/2 year old is already almost fully potty trained. The availability of their hours have been great for our schedule. I would recommend this school to anyone that wants their child to learn and grow in a family oriented atmosphere.

My 2 girls go to this childcare I have never had a problem with anything they never call me that my kids are sick! My Little Ana is 1 and they just adore her I’m very grateful for all the Workers that work here and the supervisors they are all amazing. I know my 4 year can be a handful and they still manage to handle her well!! Thank you all!! I appreciate every single one of you!!! Takes lots of Patience to handle all those kids!!!! If I could give you all a 10 star I would!!!! 😁

My daughter has been going here since October 2017. She absolutely loves it. Only took her 2 days to adjust. She’s never been in a center based child care setting. So it was peace of mind knowing she enjoyed it. Staff are super friendly. No issues so far.

We went for a tour and everyone was friendly and welcoming. We will be attending soon. They were very informative when I had questions!

My daughter hated going to daycare. Then we started this place. Me and Dad thought the worst. We didnt think she would like it. We thought our daughter would have a hard time going. But she was totally opposite. She loves and I mean loves this place. She loves the staff. She loves her friends. She loves Every thing about this place. I would highly recommend this daycare provider. I enjoy and trust leaving my daughter with them. They are all great people. Im very happy we chose this place for her to attend. Thanks guys!

My question wasnt difficult, but the person sure did make it seem so.I reached out to ask if the center was open on Saturdays. The woman that answered sounded annoyed, like she didnt want to be there, and kept cutting me off to tell me over and over that there isnt weekend only care. I told her politely that I didnt ask if there was, just needing a daycare thats open on the weekends due to work. Was told, again, no weekend only care, and then she finally answered my question.If active listening and patience cant even be found in a simple phone call from prospective parents, how can you be trusted to take care of young children?

Let me just say my kids have been at this daycare since 2014. When I first enrolled my daughter was when Erica ran things, everything was smoother great service, well kept, never rushed, things were explained, I always seem the same workers there. Now that someone else runs the place more than half the time Diana is not there, now theres new girls in and out 24/7, things are not being said when there happening with your kids, they wont tell you what you need for the next day, they always called me saying my son was sick or had diarrhea and needed to have a doctors note to come back, every time I took him to the doctor he was fine! Not to mention, my husband and I were having problems, HOWEVER, the current manager Norma Villarreal, decided to take it upon herself to give a married man her number while he paid for our childcare services. Now shes claiming to be pregnant by him. And seems to still be working here. I dont know about you but it seems like I had been paying to have my husband watched instead of my children. Safe to say watch where u put your kids and husband. I find it appalling. Anyway, thats my review.Your Welcome.

Nothing Christian about my experience with this daycare. This is one of many in Lubbock that needs to be shut down. They have no reliability when it comes to single parents needing daycare because they work. Emily told me one morning at 6 AM when I brought them to the daycare that my daughters were unable to attend because of non-payment. I was never notified I had a balance on my account or given a warning etc. Just kicked out the next Monday, and missed an entire day of work because of their workers being negligent with my account. I literally got the money as soon as my bank opened, took it to them that afternoon, then was kicked out permanently by the director because she didn’t like the fact I told her they had inappropriately kicked my daughters out that morning. I went through an unimaginable amount of stress because of this place. I even located the owner of Facebook and messaged her about the entire situation and nothing was done. This daycare does not care about children having a safe place to come to when their parents have mandatory work to attend so they can pay bills. They should be ashamed to call theirselves a Christian daycare.I now see signs constantly at this daycare that their hiring. Any place with a high turn over rate you should be very cautious of...

My 2 yo daughter and 4 yo son attend. They love it! The staff is amazing! All the meals are from scratch! I moved my kids from stepping stones to here and ive seen such a drastic improvement, i dont have nearly enough issues with them at home or anything. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Professional, clean, caring, nurturing environment are just a few of the terms that come to mind while thinking about A New World Christian Learning Centers in Lubbock, TX. I first came across these childcare centers in 2005 when I had a chance meeting of one of the Directors/Owners. While speaking with her and learning more about their facilities I was highly impressed that they strive to not only be an environmentally green business, they also purchase and use fresh foods while preparing much of it in house to provide a healthy, nutritious menu for their clients and staff.I’ve also had the pleasure of meeting several of the staff members and these ladies have always been very warm, welcoming, and have demonstrated a true passion for teaching, while providing these children with a safe, secure, and enriching environment during the absence of their parents. I know firsthand that if any of the teachers do not live up to the expectations set by the directors and owners it is certainly not tolerated and those instances are corrected immediately. I have recommended these care centers many times and have full faith that the entire staff has the same intentions in mind… for the wellbeing and growth of all the children past, present, or future.

I do NOT recommend this daycare AT ALL. After my kids being here for some time, I noticed the center having a whole lot of issues.. Police being called due to a teacher abusing a child, parents constantly having issues with the center and kids getting HURT. There was an instance where somehow a child GOT OUT of the center and almost ran into 19th st while in their care. Since I hadnt had any issues with my kids I didnt believe any of it- until I started having problems as well. If youre looking for your children to be cared for and not sent home every day for no apparent reason DO NOT bring them here. The best teacher we had no longer works for the center and the only good teachers there are Mrs. Kloey and Gabby. I cant say anything else thats good at this point. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Sergio has really improved his behavior. Thanks to all the employees at new world. My kids love it here and I love that hey learn new prayers.

Asia and Erica are awesome, my son is improving with his work and behavior. Braden loves coming to this daycare and I always tell family and friends about this center the whole staff is great keep up the good work.

We have recently moved to Lubbock from a larger town. Looking for a new preschool was challenging, but Mrs. Diana and her team were so welcoming that it helped our little one with the transition & he looks forward to going to school everyday.

My friend’s daughter was not allowed to get into the classroom just simply because she was late after her doctor’s appointment. I used to picked up my friend’s daughter from the daycare. They made copies of my ID without asking. The owner is very rude and unprofessional. Very unpleasant experience. Not recommend this place at all!

My first year having my child at a daycare was a blessing for us. The staff is great and the place is well kept.

This daycare is not bad in general. But the workers there are very rude and inconsiderate. Mainly the managers. I had an issue there and i was never able to get ahold of the person that owns the daycare. I guess noone there knows who is in charge. If you want reliable daycares this is probably not the one to go to. Even if you pay for Saturday its not a guarantee that your child will be able to go on Saturday. There is always some sort of excuse about why they cant come. I guess they dont understand that some people actually have jobs that they need to be at so when they just tell you that your child cant come you cant go to work if you dont have anybody else to watch your child. It would have been nice to have figured out who was in charge but I guess not. The older lady that works there with the thick eyebrows is very very very rude. The way that these people talk to the kids there is terrible.

My baby is always full of smiles when I pick him up. I really like the way they love on him during the day.

I had a scheduled apt to come and enroll my son here. As I arrived, the assistant director (Norma) looked at me and said and you are I told her who I was and that I had an apt, she looked at her calendar and said well your no where on my schedule for today Mind you, this was a Saturday and I asked for you by name. However, she was like, I can show you the place real quick. She showed me the infant room, which is from 6 weeks to 18 months of age (absolutely unsafe) as she finished showing me the room, I asked her what I needed to do if I decided I wanted to send my kid here, (only way I would is because the lady in the infant room seemed so pleasant and I know not to judge a daycare center based off of the management, as workers in the rooms are very nice and pleasant) she says well I need your paper work and how are you paying, with the government? Ummm, no, Im not, but if I was, how rude of you to ask this way. I told her she seemed rushed and Ill call back, she said okay, because I have another apt coming inThis Norma lady NEEDS to find a better job that fits her, as this is NOT it. Very unprofessional!

I am so glad I put my niece into this daycare. Mrs C is a wonderful person with the kids.

I did not like this place at all. It was so chaotic and unorganized and I was just going in there to fill an application out cuz they were hiring but not even halfway through my app. I hear the workers yelling at the children saying i dont need ur opinion and just rude! I would not consider taking ur kids here! Ive been in some daycares before and this is by far the worst

My baby loves this daycare, she comes home every friday with loads of papers that she has learned that week, she loves the breakfast prayer she says it at restaurants before she eats even at home. Its good to know that my money is getting well spent... And lets not forget the staff they are awesome, thank yall for everything yall do😘😘

Ill 2nd the person who said this is the worst daycare in Lubbock. I know there are some 5 star reviews on here. Daniel Gunter who gave this a 5 star review his Google + account shows he is friends with Laila Sabet, Lailas dad is Mike Sabet who is the owner of the daycare. Also notice Beths last name? I rest my case. I understand trying to make a place seem better than it is because it gets them more money. But this is such a shady place.

I went in today to apply for a job, because I love kids and I want to work for a good daycare and do something I love. I went in, first, there is no security system, no codes to lock the doors, the door to the area where the children play was wide open so kids could just wander out as they please. There was also no one around when I walked in, I stood there for a good 5 minutes before someone walked by, I do not think that is good, and definately not safe for the kids if an intruder were to come in. Second, as I was filling out my application, in a complete separate room from the play area, I could hear the care givers literally yelling at the kids, like my own mother has never yelled at me like that. Both of them were yelling, and I guaruntee every kid in that room was crying and a few were crying for their mommies. A few moments later I overheard one the caregivers talking to another caregiver about im about to spank that kid. I was horrified. No one should ever be able to spank someone elses kid, EVER.I was already done with my application, but I walked out. I refuse to work for a place like that. In the name, they call themselves Christian, but I have never experienced kids being treated that way.I hope this helps some parents who are looking into this school make the right decision to NOT put your kid in this daycare, or some parents who already have kids in this daycare, to take your kid out ASAP.It was absolutely awful.-Kenzie.
