Umm this school is actually horrible. There are very few teachers that actually try to teach the students. Teachers are almost never there during important things, like tests and projects. The building is always trashed. There’s graffiti and gum and trash on every corner of every room. Incredibly smart students can be put in low classes and nothing will be done about it. Bullying is a constant issue. Kids are always screaming at teachers and other students, and the “bully report box” does nothing when helping with serious issues. Yeah, from an outside view you may look at Noe and think “ this place seems pleasant and well run. The grades are high too!” You’re so very wrong. Please reconsider. I hate having to come here and feel myself fall farther and deeper into an empty depression.

Noe Middle School is definitely its own place. I just graduated from there, and I have to say that I wouldnt have gone anywhere else. The rumors about kids from Noe always getting accepted into Manual are not true, though. A ton of my friends got rejected. The selection process is sort of unfair, honestly. And Noe isnt as great of a school as it was in 2011, but the teaching and education alone are incredible. I learned a lot, even though the lessons were sometimes fast paced. In all, Im happy I went.

Its a great school. I go there and it has a lot of requirements to fit to get accepted there so you know that the kids there are okay, otherwise they wouldnt be able to be there.

I go to this school now and I love it!! Noe has a great program for performing arts and programs that get you prepared for highschool.

My daughter went too this school fo summer camp it was a great summer camp for her.

I attended the school back in the early sixties. It was not pleasurable. Being a Jew I was persecuted and there were some students who wished me dead. I think there was a Black student. I could not forget the pep rallies supporting a pure white team of unknowns who played against Louisville athletes who were Black. Among the jocks of Louisville at the time were Cassius Clay and Wesley Unseld. I had such a bad time that I got sent to a Jewish shrink who would not let me talk and yelled orders that I was to take mellarill. I have since taken, legally, drugs from the pot and opium family and found mellarill to be the worst drug. My job takes me into the Carolinas and Virginia and those places are nice compared to Noe as I remember it. Maybe Noe is ok now.

My son Owen did not enjoy this school! He was so scared of the big ol kids that he ran away to Highland. Dont send your kids here.

My cousin went to that school and he said he loved it
