I understand that they are students but just look at the picture.... the person that cut my hair completely destroyed my neck. Definitely not worth the $8.50. I guess I learned my lesson and will simply go to a barbershop and pay $15 and avoid a sore neck for a week. The person that cut my hair didnt even say sorry when she clearly knew she messed up.

This is a school salon. Their prices are great, I think around $8 for a haircut and sometimes Ive gotten a managers special price of $5 towards the beginning of the salons school year. The quality of service all depends on the student you get and how much experience theyve had in the school or prior, so Ive had both great cuts and fair cuts. The student always discusses their plan with the manager before they start cutting and then the manager has to approve the haircut before they let you go. Sometimes the manager has helped to touch up the cut if needed - he is great and always very friendly. The salon is one big room with many stations and a few sinks off to the side. They have a sitting area where you can read magazines before a student comes to get you.

Have been going there now every month for color and cut and have never been disappointed

I went as a costumer, the students are knowledgeable and kind, I got basic services, they were ok.I dont give them 5 starts because their price list online is not the same price list that they have at the school and when you go to pay they charge more than both lists at their discretion. The first day I went they told me that hair prices went up 2 weeks ago but the prices for everything else was the same, the following day I went for a facial and guess what... now facials went up, Lisa the instructor blamed corporate for the mistake, but still didnt honor the price that was listed in their price list.

They left bleach on my hair for three hours me telling them it don’t take this long my hair is orange and falling out .. while they laughed this place is the worst. It’s not like it was a hard job I am naturally blonde just wanted highlights..the instructors let her do it I finally demanded it be washed out please run from this place

First i placed a call just to make sure they were open a few days before i decided to go in the male receptionist was rude, rushed and snotty so i decided to go in.first of all you walk in all the students are nice, and welcoming. i was going in for a pedicure but i wanted to check it out first so im directed to instructer, first of all his demeanor is unwelcoming and rude, 2ndly i inquire questions and he gives me one worded answers, with no care to as if i were to take my buisness else where. If that was how the INSTRUCTOR is all the time i can understand why they might lose business, its called customer service, if the students have it better than the teacher im suprised hes employeed.

I graduated from school at hair benders in January 2017 and I was so pleased with the education I got ! I passed my state boards in 15 minutes and I am not working in a salon I recommend this school to everyone !!

Awful service from MR J.Charged me for flat iron that was used on the front tips of my hair because stylist couldnt get it with brush and blow dryer. Additional $7. Really.
