DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS DAYCARE! WORST DAYCARE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! At the end of the year when I needed receipts for taxes and requested them, THEY HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OR PROOF THAT MY CHILD WAS UNDER THEIR CARE! HOW?! Wish I could rate it 0 stars, ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!

This child care center is the best! Like all moms you have that fear of leaving your child with strangers but at Forever Young I never got that feeling and my daughter has been going here since she was 6 months and she is 3 yrs old and she loves it here and shes learning so much.Ms. Brittney is awesome with all the infants. Mr. Aaron is wonderful with all the kids and Ive never got a creepy feeling about him. They way they teach and get the kids engaged in learning is fantastic and they keep them very active. Mrs Jill the owner is very nice and understanding (she always has a smile on her face and unlike most owners she is always there hands on with all the kids). She is very accommodating when it comes to making any type of arrangements with my child. Oh by the way I am black and I have NEVER experience any racism at this place. In fact one of the reasons I love this place because its is very diverse . If you are looking for a warm, loving, safe learning center then this is the place for you and your kid(s).

This daycare is the best place for my daughter. She absolutely loves coming here everyday and even wants to go on the weekends! The staff has been super and the transition from the last daycare to this one has been awesome. I would recommend Forever Young to anyone looking for daycare.

Since Jill Toth, the owner and director took over this business Ive nothing but great things to say about this great place. The staff is genuinely loving with all the children. They provide a great kindergarten readiness program. The facility is clean and inviting. It is a safe environment for my 5 yr old. Ive had my 2 kids attend here for 5 years and while it may have been a little rough at first particularly with the communication, Ive seen vast improvements particularly in the last 2 to 3 years. Im glad I stuck with them. Also they are very affordable in price and competitive. Any daycare is expensive. However, you are investing in the care and well being of your child and it is worth it if they are safe and happy!

If I could give 100 stars I would. I was lucky enough not to have to put my first child in to daycare until he was almost 4 . But when I did it was a big chain daycare. It was the worst experience. From the moment we walked in to Miss Jills facility he said mom I like this place! So we made the change and I have never once regreted making that change. He loved it from day one, and every day was so excited to go. Its warm and inviting. When I had my second child I never hesitated taking my baby there. The girls in the baby room are amazing, everyone in that building is amazing. Daily projects, learning, open door policy that if I have any questions. Miss Jill is always there to talk or even text to see how the kids are feeling if they were off sick. Thank you to everyone there taking the best care of my kids while Im at work!

They are all very attentive to the children and are very accommodating to us parents as well. Their prices are competitive, the facility is very clean and they have a lot of activities to keep the childrens minds and bodies moving. I love this child care center! My son came here for preschool and now my baby attends. It is very difficult leaving your child with others when you have to go to work all day. I’m so grateful to have found this center. I feel that my children are truly cared for and safe. They recently installed cameras and new carpet and painted. They are working very hard now that Jill has taken over the center and she is making it hers. The teachers are always friendly and let me know how my kids do each day. Highly recommended

Horrible experience with them. Staff is nice and all however they don’t follow through with plans set in motion to keep a safe environment for children. My son has had 4 incidents with the same child since the day he stepped foot in there. One the other child scratched my son. The second my son pushed him defending himself. The third the other child bit my son. After that I requested something be done in order to avoid further incidents. We agreed on a plan to keep my son and this other child separated at all times. (July12th agreement was made). However a fourth incident occurred where the other child punched my son in the eye and he came home with a red eye. Not only were they not separated. They were confined in a small play house outside together. At this point I had had enough and inquired how many incidents does it take before a problem child is removed. (All incidents were instigated from other child. I have all incident reports). After inquiring and requesting copies of all incidents and a letter stating how the situation will be handled. THEY scolded my son and basically said we have to remove him ! After letting them know we would like our son to stay and press the agreement of the plan a little harder to ensure this really doesn’t happen again THEY kicked my son out of the school. Because the other child had been there 3 years and my son only since March of this year. What a joke. I still cannot wrap my head around this and a lawyer is now involved. So we will see how this pans out. I do not suggest sending your child if they are of the 3-4 age group due to that being the group this problem child is also in.

I absolutely LOVE Miss Jill and the rest of the staff at Forever Young. Theyve been nothing but wonderful to work with. The staff truly cares about my son and gives him the right balance of independence and help. My son has matured so much in the six months or so, learning his alphabet, saying please and thank you more, beginning to potty train. Every day when I pick him up, someone is playing with him or carrying him around.

I absolutely love this daycare. 9 years ago, my wife and I were visiting daycares in the area to take our first born child (daughter). Forever Young Childcare Academy (at the time named Adventures in Learning) was the first daycare that we legitimately felt comfortable leaving our child in their care. On top of our comfort level, our daughter loved it immediately. She warmed up to Ms. Jill and Mr. Aaron from day 1 and they are absolutely wonderful with the kids. When we had a second child (son) 5 years ago, we never had a second thought to bring him to a daycare other than Forever Young Childcare Academy. Both of our kids love Forever Young and they continue to attend in the summer. Without question, I would recommend this daycare to anybody looking!

I was already dissatisfied with the care, food, and lack of documentation of daily activities while my daughter attended here. Between renovations that had taken place while children were running about to sweet snacks for young kids I would not recommend taking your child here. I didnt post a review initially because of how easy it is to Google reviews on companies, but after the owners belligerent and hostel tone, I am now. We have changed facilities and have never been happier. I recommend looking around first.

I love this child care center. My son is 4 years old he has never attended a child care center... Being a stay at home mom it is absolutely necessary that my baby and myself feel comfortable... Jill and the staff at forever young make that possible. Any tears from my son is a short separation anxiety and the 1 male staff is the first to comfort and it never fails my son wipes his tears and jumps right in to play.Another importance THEY TEACH! my son will be at home singing little learning songs... He now fully knows his ABCs is counting to 20 and recognizing numbers ....they do ART PROJECTS DAILY and there is a consistent focus.Id like to point out that I am black. My son is black. Im from the south and definitely know racist when its around... I have never felt that way. Jill has helped my family by being flexible when we needed and always has my childs development as her number one concern. Ive dropped in Im the middle of the day on many occasions and never saw anything out of ordinary or discomforting. I would recommend this center to anyone. If I have any more children they will attend this facility. Thank you forever young for being there for my family.

I’ve been with this company for many years and love them! They have been amazing with my kids and I couldn’t be happier with the care my kids received by Forever Young and their staff. They are caring, compassionate and work hard with each individual family. To read some of these nasty reviews that is clearly from an individual who creates multiple accounts just to be nasty sickens me. If more people paid attention to the growth of their children they would see how far they grow in this facility. Please send your children here and you’ll love it just like I have!

We love this daycare facility! We are new to this area and after visiting several daycare facilities, we felt the most at home and comfortable with Ms. Jill and her staff. Our two little boys, ages 5 and 3 have enjoyed everyday there. They have learned so much over the course of the year we have been there. My 3 year old is working on 1st grade math! All of the staff are amazing with my children. We hear about Ms. Faith, Mr. Aaron, Ms. Norma, and Ms. Anna on a daily basis. My 3 year old has to say goodbye with hugs to all his favorite staff members before it is ok for us to leave. When my boys were sick, Ms. Jill and the rest of the staff would check in through text messages to see how my boys were feeling.Ms. Jill is fair and flexible with her hours of operation and pricing. Coming from a daycare that would close for every school holiday and take weeks of vacation and close, I appreciate that her facility is open during the times when parents need childcare the most.My family and I have been treated with nothing but respect! When my children tell their daycare people that they love them, you know they have done something right. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone I know!

My child has been attending Forever Young for a little over 4 months--and wow what a difference! My child was classified as special needs and Jill (the director/owner) worked with the teacher to make sure they could work with my child at the daycare. This was so important because with my work schedule, I was not able to meet any other time.Early on my child was having behavioral issues and Jill and the wonderful staff noticed and made a few changes and now my child is flourishing! Everyday there are new words and little songs sang. Manners are a priority and they even brought up potty training at the same time I wanted to ask about it, lol talk about knowing my child!I think the price is comparable and this place is clean, organized, and full of things to do and play that arent all electronic based. So kids can work on motor skills and burn some energy up!I refer to my handbook quite a bit because it was so thoroughal. Even though sometimes its hard working and being a parent, I realize all of the rules set forth are for the safety and protection of all the children and staff. I appreciate that so much. There is one male staff member that is full time and he seems to really understand my child and when he is needing some space or more attention, my child doesnt just take to anyone so this is very special to me.Somethings I love: super clean, organized, packed with kid friendly play items, friendly and caring staff, well maintained building and grounds. Getting incident reports if my child gets hurt at all, the arts and crafts, little stickers for potty training, the feeling of my son being welcome ( he is a minority and has special needs) . ❤Great Job you guys!

My child was injured here on multiple different occasions with bites, bruises and nose bleed. No one ever had a clue as to how any of the injuries happened. They hire staff with known abusive and neglect backgrounds on the account of personal relationships. The supervision over the children is very poor, even with the 4 to 1 ratio. The toddlers keep running noses and they never get wiped. There are no surveillance cameras in the classrooms recording during operation hours (which is clearly when they are needed), only recording when the business is closed. There is one male staff who I was never particularly comfortable with. Also in my opinion, I strongly feel the owner and the staff are racist against black people. There have been encounters where I have been stereotyped and misjudged directly by the owner and staff. Overall this place needs to be ran by a completely different cast of people, ones who actually care. I am very displeased with this place. Do not send your child here. The only staff I was comfortable with and who seemed genuine was Krystal.

I’m truly happy with the education and care my son gets at FYCA. Thanks Jill and staff for all you do for my son and family!

Owners Response to Chyna West. This company typically does not respond to these type of reviews because quite honestly they are typically from individuals who try and bully their opinions against others when they are unable to get their way. However, in this case these claims are so outrageous they need to be addressed.1. All staff are required to complete State Police and State of Michigan background checks before having any contact with children. There are no employees or volunteers on premises at anytime that do not pass these background checks.2. State Licensing Guidelines recognize that children may receive minor injuries while running, playing and just being kids. They require all licensed facilities to document all injuries on an official state form to be kept on file and a copy to be given to the parent of record. This is our policy and it is in effect for all children.3. We do have 1 male staff member who has met all licensing guidelines, who has been employed at this location for 15 years. The majority of our children come from single parent homes, and in many cases the 1 male staff member is the only male role model they have in their life. Unfortunately Miss Chyna West thinks this is a bad thing. However, we are thanked on a daily basis for the male role model that we have on staff. This male role model also provides an extra layer of security for the children, and female staff on hand. In todays environment we need to do what we can to protect the children entrusted to our care. Having a male role model on staff supports this. Although Miss Chyna West thinks this is a bad thing, it was a male teacher who just prevented a massacre of his 7th grade class.4. Upon enrollment, all clients are given a state approved handbook which outlines our policies and procedures, operating hours, costs of care, etc. You must agree to these terms when you start. However, when you feel you can drop your child off whenever you want, pick them up after closing and not follow other rules that are outlined it creates an issue for the other children entrusted to our care. Every client is expected to follow the guidelines set forth in our state approved parent handbook. When you dont follow those rules and it becomes an issue with your continuing enrollment- it appears that now I am accused of being a racist because I expect all people to share the same rules. Which are in the best interest of all the students who have been entrusted to my care for more than 22 years. While I can appreciate an individuals right to express their opinion, it is clear that in this case this is in retaliation after this individual demanded compensation or money back for childcare she already received that was expected to be paid by the state on her behalf.I trust that any individual can read this type of review and know what the real merits of these issues are.
