Tatiana in photo IS A MIRACLE WORKER. I made 4 trips here trying to get photos printed 18x18 with no luck, they were printed wrong over and over. Came in today and she was working ( she didn’t try to print them during my last 4 trips today was my first time working with her) and she exceeded my expectations beyond belief. Thank you Tatiana!!!

Needed a new printer for my computer.Unfortunately, the model I purchased uses a different cartridge from those I stocked up on two weeks before.Sales rep took back the four I bought then and applied the credit to the new supply I bought with the printer. I figure he saved me over $100!Definitely will be returning in the future.

I enjoy going to Staples early in the day to print and make copies without waiting. A perfect time to get things done quickly.

I usually never write a negative review but I am so disappointed with this staples copy center. On two occasions I have placed Same Day orders online only to have them not ready when they were scheduled to be completed. I have used the staples in Ledgewood NJ and have never had this problem. I run a business and if I request some thing same day ... guess what I need them same day!

Went to the copy center today...there was no one at the station but the store was almost empty and three employees were standing around talking. One said she would help me but it seemed like I was bothering her. There was no other jobs in front of me but she told me to come back to get my small order done. Not cool.

Rani took care of me. She gave me great customer service. Very nice of her. Thanks Rani. Go see her !

Its just like any usual stationary store. Nothing over the ordinary to mention. There seemed to be a big shortage of help here. Very few workers, all at a register (2 people). No one looking to help any customers. If you travel too far into the store you hear crickets, maybe an echo.

To make one copy, worth 45 cents, Staples needed to take a $5 deposit from my credit card? This is nuts! But it tells me that Staples isnt looking for customers among those who cant afford $5 or a printer of their own. I have the means but I was away from my office. Wont shop there again.

Brought in 200 Pages to be copied.With the help of two associates constantly on their cells and $23 later turned into a nightmare. When I got home to examine, numerous pages were duplicated and many pages missed. If you are going to charge these prices at least do them right. Also anyone on their cells while helping a customer should be fired. Will never return to this Staples again.

Back to school supplies were very easy to find.

They are super lazy. They never want to print a blueprint because something is always wrong with the machine. I just think is all bs.This is the third time it happens to me. They should be a shame.

I dropped some posters off here to be laminated and the output was atrocious. Not only did I not get back the same amount I dropped off (and paid for), but the lamination was done very poorly. Some were missing on sides, the cuts were crooked and all of them were wrinkled or scrunched.The staff here could use serious lessons in customer service and just plain old how to smile. Very disappointing.

They have a few members of the team, who dont gives a god damn s*** about the customers. Especially the girl in the copyright department.

I am a small business owner and frequently go this location being it is the closest to my office. I have to say that the Copy & Print department really need a 101 on customer service. There is a male and female who are normally over there. The male sales guy seems the last thing he wants to do is deal with customers, he is rude and will not even move from his chair to help you if you are having trouble making copies he just point from the other side of the counter. What made me write this review was an incident that happened today were the female sales rep was helping me print a flyer that I was sending 1 page to the Staples email and she was having trouble opening the attachment and instead of waiting to finish with me she moved ahead to help the next person after me, that person had 150+ pages to print. After standing there for over 10 min I asked the rep if I should come back, she says yes because she will be long. I told her that it is very upsetting that she should of finished with me prior to helping a new customer and if I hadnt ask her was she just going to let me stand there? This isnt the first time this has happened but it sure will be last.

Terrible service. I asked one young lady to help me; she walks away and I find her at the register ringing someone else up. The other guy is having a personal conversation on his cell phone. I walked out of the store and that will be the last time I visit the store!
