Both my children love taking classes at this school. The instructors are patient and knowledgeable, and classes are structured to ensure everyone to gets exactly what they need in terms of guidance and help. Ive seen a huge increase in both kids confidence and athletic abilities since they began with the school. I began taking classes a few months after my kids started and I have never felt better about myself!

Training at AMMA has changed my life. Im healthier now than I have ever been and have a better outlook on life! The instructors are second to none. I was also very impressed how their attention to detail carried over to the protocols which they implemented due to the pandemic.

My 7 year old son has been with this dojo for almost a year. He has always been the quiet one and struggled with confidence in the past. Amarosis worked with my son. Not only has his karate improved tremendously, but he is confident and now one of the loudest ones on the floor.
