My daughter has taken dance lessons here for almost 2 years. This is by far the best dance school around!

We LOVE Allanas! My daughter has been dancing here for 7.5 years and we absolutely love it. The teachers and staff, especially Allana pour their heart and soul into this place and truly love the kids. The environment is positive and supportive. Long nurturing relationships are fostered and that to me is even more important than the dance technique as these kids will be able to use the life skills they learn no matter where life takes them. Thanks so much for all you do Allana!

Amazing through and through. The instruction at AAD is top notch, and has always felt much more like a family than a business. Cannot say enough about Allana and her dedication to the school, the families and most of all, the dancers. My child absolutely loves AAD, as do we!As a side note - A couple of reviews I saw that referenced long recital times - the recitals can run long because there are a lot of dancers in the school, and each one of them is deserving of having their chance to shine! This is the same as complaining about long graduation ceremonies - if your child is worth waiting for, so is everyone elses. Bottom line, Allana cares deeply for every one of these dancers and it shows in her work ethic, kindness and commitment.

I had both my daughters dance here on and off over a period of 7ish years. We moved across town and still made the drive, but I found a studio closer to home. Now that Ive experienced a different studio, I would NOT return to Allanas. Although its true that the instructors are nice, and Im sure it has a family feel for those who take multiple classes and eat/sleep/breathe dance, this is not the place for you if you have a young child whos simply taking one or even two classes just for the experience. There are 2 recitals a year, holiday and spring, and in addition to the regular recital fees you will have to pony up an additional $15 PER PERSON to actually attend the recital you already paid for (which adds up quickly if you have extended family wanting to come). Then youll have the distinct pleasure of sitting through an almost 3 hour event to watch your child perform for 3 minutes, while being hit up multiple times throughout the performance to donate yet more money to their competition team... and youll do this twice throughout the year. Allana is wonderful, but the recitals killed it for me. If youre pursuing competitive dance, Im sure this place is great. If you have a 5 year old who wants to try ballet, just dont. Also, their monthly tuition is much higher than where we are now.

My home away from home 💕 I absolutely love working for Allana! She has fostered the warmest, most supportive, and compassionate dance family I have ever been a part of. Ive never seen another competition dance team that is so bonded, from the youngest dancer (4) to the oldest (17), from the dance moms to the prop dads, and of course the faculty and staff. The number one thing we hear from anyone that has left is that they miss the community. Im so proud to be a part of it!

Ive been dancing here for about 7 years and I still love it to this day. I am on the competition team and it just makes the experience even more magical! The teachers are all so nice and encouraging. The end of the year recitals are so fun! But the competitions are even more fun! Everyone is so nice! Miss Cassandra and Miss Allana are the best teachers there!

I love Allanas Academy of Dance! Ive been dancing there since probably a year and a half & Ive loved it so much! I was trying other dance studios and none of them compared! Everyone in that studio makes you feel so welcome! The dance teachers are so nice and they truly want us to improve and have a amazing time! Ive improved so much in the last year and half and cant wait to improve some more! Ive made really close dance friends and got really close to every teacher! :)

I am proud and honored to call Allanas Academy of Dance my family! The support between all staff and students is incredible! I have never worked for a director who gives her whole heart and soul into everything she does! I cant wait to continue to be a part of this amazing dance family for many years to come!!

My son joined the competition team this season, he is so happy and we appreciate all the amazing work from the teachers. We have a new family, because Allana’s Dance Academy make you feel that way!

I have to say that I am very unimpressed. My daughter has been dancing since she was 3 and is now 11. She was an Irish Step Dancer which she excelled at. She wanted to try something new, so we tried the hip hop class. Right off the bat I was pretty disappointed. Young children dancing to inappropriate music. Then, the recital was scheduled on a Sunday, Strike one. Scheduled on Fathers Day, Strike two. The recital was 3 hours, Strike three! My family and I are now referring to it as the Recital From Hell!!! Reminded me of an episode of Toddlers and Tiaras. It was so ridiculous and even worse waiting 2 and a half hours to see my daughter perform in one dance while several other girls danced several dances and it pretty much all looked the same except for different songs and costumes. And to me, the worst part, the recital was so long that most of the little ones didnt even get to stay for their final bow, how sad!!! Get it together! Ive never, even during competitions for Irish Step Dancing was made to sit through 3 hours!!!! $18.00 a ticket? Really? You should have paid me to sit through that!!! Ridiculous!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!

Such a kind, loving, and supportive studio. A great spot if you are looking for a recreational class for your kiddo, a competitive dance experience- and everything in between. Professional, compassionate, and talented staff. A gem of a studio in Littleton.

I have been a teacher for Allana for over 5 years! I couldn’t imagine a more perfect place to work. From the students and families to the amazing faculty and staff, we are truly a family here and that’s all because of Allana. She is the sweetest and kindest person I know! She cares about everyone around her. I’m so happy to be apart of this family

What a great dance studio! Visited yesterday with a friend to take the adult hip hop class and had a blast. Instructor was upbeat and knowledgeable.

We started taking dance from AAD a few years ago and have been extremely happy with our experience. We had one daughter in regular classes and one daughter has been a part of the competition team. Allana and her staff are not only fabulous instructors, but they truly care for your children and treat them as if they are family. I love the fact that they provide an atmosphere that allows your child to flourish and I love that they have zero tolerance for any mean girl or in some cases mean dance parent activity. AAD prides themselves with being one of the friendliest studios in town and have won awards to prove so. I would recommend Allanas Academy of Dance to anyone in a heartbeat!

We are so happy to call AAD home! They teach a well rounded program with all the fundamentals & current dance. They really take great care of their dancers! The other families have been so welcoming to new families. Allana & her staff are true professionals! We look forward to being apart of the AAD for years to come! Dance dad for life!

My daughter joined the competition team this season, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. She absolutely LOVES all of her instructors, especially Ms. Allana! They have all welcomed us into their dance family with open arms, and made us feel right at home. My daughter has grown SO much as a dancer and as an individual in the 7 or so months we have been at AAD, and I couldn’t be more proud! If you are looking for a nurturing and loving environment that will help your child excel, AAD is the place for you!

My daughter has been dancing at Allana’s for 5 years now, and my son for 3. We consider it a second home and regard them as family. Allana doesn’t just run a business, she has made a home for all of her students. Even through difficult times, Allana has stood by us and our children, she has bent over backwards to help us. We could not imagine dancing anywhere else.

If you have children interested in dance there is no better place to send them than Allanas! Allana has a passion for what she does and her studio and staff reflect that. She continues to win awards each year and with good reason, her studio is the best!

My daughter has been with Allana for 3 years and started dancing when she was 2. We love Allana! For us it has become a second home because its a family. The love and care that Allana, and all the other instructors she hires, pours into every dancer that walks in the door is nothing short of amazing. They genuinely care about their dancers. My daughter has blossomed into a confident young lady who loves dance. Allana has continually challenged her, but has done so in such a way that my daughter has only felt loved. We love this studio and cant imagine being any where else.

Love this place!Recitals are optional, so if they do not fit your schedule, DO NOT sign up for them.Music is chosen months before recitals, if you are not happy with choices then voice concerns then. They are so awesome that I know they will work with you and parents concerns. A+++ for Allanas studio

LOVE Allanas! We started last year in the Twinkle Babies class. We felt welcome from the second we walked in. Everyone was very kind. They made my daughter feel included from the very start. Allana was patient and kind with all the students and was great at connecting with a room full of toddlers.. You can see her passion for not only dance but for kids and teaching. She is not only a great teacher but an even better person. My daughter truly does look up to her and the other teachers. My daughter loves attending dance at Allanas. Whenever an issue has arose it was dealt with quickly and professionally. Between Allana and her parents (who work closely with the studios) there has never been a time that we were unable to reach someone. Truly great people! We are so happy we found a studio that has amazing teachers, students and staff. There are MANY opportunities for all skill levels. This is not the first studio we have tried but this is the first one we feel awesome about staying with. We are excited to see our kids grow as dancers and develop life long relationships. Both of our daughters will be attending Allanas this fall. We are very excited to have such a healthy and exciting learning environment for our girls.

I loved the community. You were not just there to pay, you were there to be a part of therere awsome family. The teachers are amazing and are amazing.

We were so disappointed. My girl is young and you would think that the owners and instructors would keep in mind that when doing a performance that 3 hours during dinner time on Fathers Day with NO intermission in a hot theater is not a very good idea. We were asked to be at the theater an hour before show time so all in all with our 5 year old, we were there for 4 hours on Fathers Day (3p-7p). We brought my elderly grandmother (88 years old) and there were a total of 50 dances, we were dance #36, so all these 4-5 year olds had to wait at least 2 1/2 hours before they even got a chance to perform. This time was hard for myself and my husband but was terribly brutal on my grandmother and all the other families that had little children under the age of 6 years old. My daughter had to sit in my lap that ENTIRE time until they called her up for her dance. What a shame, we had looked forward to having such a nice performance, especially since it was on Fathers Day (what torture for any father or mother or friend or sibling to have to sit through) and every time I think back on that day it still makes me mad, hence the reason I am writing this review now, because I still boil every time I think about it. We will NEVER be back to Allanas....her studio is not a good environment for young children!
