I have been taking my sons (age 5 and 1) to Foss since they were about 6 months old. I absolutely love the program, the facility, and the staff. Recently my youngest son was terrified of the water. I expressed this to his instructor, Tim, and he worked patiently with him and adjusted his teaching to my sons needs. By the end of the quarter my son is no longer afraid and voluntarily jumps in the water. You truly do see growth and change in a fun way happening with you kids and the instructors. I could go on all day about how wonderful this swim school is! I recommend to anyone wanting to teach their children not just how to swim but true water safety as well!

Our 4 year old went from being scared of the water to looking forward to swim class every week. I did park district lessons with my older kids, but this is way better! My daughter is making progress faster than my older kids did in other lessons. Would definitely recommend.

Signed up myself and my three children. Im almost 40, theyre all school aged. Zero previous swimming experience and now were all swimming freestyle and backstroke! I cant put into words how much I love this program and their teaching style. Listen to the teachers and practice on your own, youll be swimming in under 8 sessions!

Michael is a wonderful instructor. Knowledgeable so patient and fun for the kids. My daughters have learned a lot

The instructors are fantastic, front desk staff on weekends are friendly and extremely helpful. Flexibility with scheduling as well.

,no We just completed our 2nd class at Foss and it has been an amazing experience so far! The staff is very friendly and helpful and the facility and pool are very clean! Both my children have been doing so well since switching schools! Highly recommend for any swimmers!

My 10 month absolutely loves Foss and his instructor Diana! She’s extremely knowledgeable and makes you feel so comfortable off the bat. Super clean environment as well.

Good for younger kids, or less advanced levels.

Worst management and lacks experience in handling customer complaints. If you take a complaint to Mgr then immediately they will start filling form for swim class cancellation including cancellation fee. There is only mgr (Liz) carries great managerial experience and good customer handling skills.I would not recommend this swim school but I felt Gold fish swim school is better in sense everything.My 3 kids are here in this swim school for almost a year after this one incident I put him in to Gold Fish Mundelein.

We sent both our boys through swim classes at Foss. After trying several other swim classes we were delighted with the difference at Foss. The classes are small and focused on making confident swimmers. I highly recommend their services!

I have to start saying that I been here almost a year now, and every single person that works here are very helpful, every morning that I cross the door I received a smile, the other end Instructors are very professional, Teresa, Francisco, and Leo, are excellent, I had a little issue with registrations and the Management team help me out to accommodate my needs,thank you all!!!!Highly recommend it .

Great, energetic, well-trained swim instructors. Its a great way to keep your kids learning more swimming all during the year.

Well i never got a chance to complain so wouldnt comment on that but, they are all proffesional, caring and cheerful especially with kids. We have missed few classes and they gave us vouchers to come on a Friday to practice for free for the missed class.

Teachers are fun, my kids enjoy going there.
