Parking lot is bad for employees cars. The maintenance of restrooms and breakroom are poor for employees. Always short staffed. Lack of professionalism in mgmt.

I put in my application and was called the same day.🚍I work here now so what can I say.That student safety is stressed again and again.And my arms hurt from spraying and wiping down the seats 💺I will say, I too think leadership is lacking. I was hoping for some kind of orientation. To have details explained.And if you are looking for health insurance you may want to look elsewhere.

Texas Central School Bus Company. Its one of the WORST Companies in the school bus industry. Leadership is horrible and every manager that sits behind a desk cant manage a flea 🎪 circus. All of them are unprofessional and very disrespectful to the drivers. LISD needs to get rid of them.

I haven’t had service here but I did apply for a job and I haven’t heard a word from anyone in over a month. I even contacted corporate and they assured me that they’ll contact me “soon” and that was the last thing I heard about a month ago. I sent in my application about one and a half - two months ago.
