My kids love it here. The whole staff really cares about the children. Everyday I drop my chldren off I go to work with a piece of mind that they are being taken care. Thank you for all that you do Sheltering Arms !

My daughter went to this location and I thought was awesome at first until my daughter started to wet her self a lot I couldnt figure out why she kept on wetting her self all most everyday which was weird I went to the teacher and ask her about how much she drinks and how do they take their bathroom breaks she told me and then I ask her can she like wake her up between nap time so it dont happen again or to often as was she said she can do that...... OK first off I felt that the whole conversation was a waste of time she didnt do what she said she will do and it seem like it was a lot of favoritism going on in the pre-k class so I yank my daughter ok. Out that damn place and put her in a school where people had more experience with children dont waste you time those teachers dont have a lot of experience and they pick and choose who they want to deal with I will not recommend ...my daughter havent had a accident once sense she left sheltering arms

My children are now 12 and 14 they both went to sheltering Arms and if Felisha is still aroundYou are in awesome hands, my son ask if she was still there and they had a very Big possitive influence on both my kids.They will never forget them, and I thank them!My daughter starts Highschool next year and has been lead cheerleader for the past 2 years..... They ask me if they could go visit them recently and that is why I am giving this review. They Remembered the TeachersImpressive ~♥~~♥~~♥~~♥~~♥~

I absolutely love Sheltering Arms! The Buford Drive location in Lawrenceville is relatively new, I believe, and I anticipate that soon they will be like many other Sheltering Arms centers with waiting lists for neary every age, The administrative staff and childcare providers are friendly, warm, and professional. They go out of their way to address any concern and see that any issue is resolved. The center itself is colorful and inviting. The curriculum encourages creativity in addition to providing an educational and social foundation. I enrolled my now 3 year old nearly 7 months ago but could not get my 4 year old in for Pre K because it was full, so I enrolled him around the corner at Primrose of Lawrenceville North. No comparison and a bad experience which i will disclose on my review of their school. In a nutshell, I found it overall to be cold, ridgid, and at times, judgemental. They treat their GA Pre-K students like the step children of the center - for example no breakfast just lunch and snack which they charge $150 a month for. Not so at Sheltering Arms. I was so happy when they opened a new GA PreK class and I was thankfully able to transfer my son.This review has become more long winded than I intended but I believe every parent should have as much information as possible when searching for childcare. It can be very difficult to find one where you feel completely comfortable. Sheltering Arms is a must see! Ms. Louisa, Mr. Jason, and Ms Felicia are wonderful! I have not met all of the teachers, but Ms. Sheryl, Ms. Rickia, & Ms. Cynthia are terrific! I feel good about my children being in a safe, loving environment and also very important - my kids love being there too.
