THIS AGENCY PLACES YOUNG CHILDREN IN DANGER. TAMMY THE OWNER DOES NOT INFORM PARENTS WHEN THEIR CHILD/CHILDREN GET HURT DURING THE TIME THAT THEY ARE IN THEIR CARE.TAMMY AND HER STAFF BRIBED MY NIECE AND NEPHEW WITH CANDY, SPECIFICALLY MARSHMALLOWS IN ORDER TO PREVENT THEM FROM TELLING THEIR MOM THAT MY NIECE HIT HER FACE AND HAD A NOSE BLEED AS A RESULT.MY NIECE WAS SENT HOME WITH BLOOD ON HER SHIRT WITH NO EXPLANATION AS TO WHY??? THANK GOD MY NEPHEW WAS BRAVE ENOUGH TO LET HIS MOM KNOW WHAT TRULY HAPPENED TO HIS SISTER.I HAVE FILED A FORMAL COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS DAYCARE WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THE GEORGIA STATE AGENCY BRIGHT FROM THE START AS A WAY TO INFORM OTHER PARENTS OF THE UNPROFESSIONAL AND DANGEROUS CONDITIONS THAT THIS DAYCARE PLACES INNOCENT CHILDREN IN ON A DAILY BASIS.PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CHILDREN ALONE WITH TAMMY OR ANY OF HER STAFF.

Carousel Kids is a great daycare and everyday I go there. In my experience as a 10 year old its awesome. And if you are saying its horrible then you are blind. If you were a kid then you would see it differently. Its not the teachers fault that the child got a dislocated elbow, its the childs fault for running in the first place.And I really dont care what you think, this is my session and I am saying this daycare is 100% Awesome

I took my 4 yr. Old son here to see how it would be. Worst place ever!! I wouldnt recommend anyone coming here. After 2 hrs. Of being there, the lady told me that my son would definitely need to be on medication!! I was thinking in my head screw you lady.. You aint no doctor to be judging my son.. Teachers shouldnt be teachers if they cant be patient w/your child & expect tbem to be like a zombie robot👎👎

My daughter is in the pre-k program there. It is a wonderful program and her teachers are great! It has been a great experience for my daughter.

The lack of organization at this establishment is unreal. Any time a question was asked about behavior or incidents that may have happened during the day I was told by whatever teacher was in the classroom at pick up that they were not in there earlier in the day and didnt know how he got the big scratch on his face, or the massive bruise on his arm, or why his shoes and socks were left on him even though they were soaked in urine. My child was pulled out a little over a week ago and I can already see a difference in his whole demeaner and attitude. Not sure if their curriculum was followed like they say it is either because there was only maybe 4 color pages sent home with him throughout the almost 4 months he went there. I have seen the teachers yell at the kids and each other on more than one occasion. Not a good environment for anyone

Do not send your kid here . My 2 year old came here and when i came to pick her up she was just sitting there on the floor holding her arm. and when she saw me she let out a bawl. and cried in pain when i tried to hold her. the teachers looked at me like they had no idea what was going on . so they got the director and she had no accident reports .and basically told me it should get better. now my daughter was holding her arm up . and we got home she was crying so hard and would not let me touch her arm and couldnt even get her overalls off because she was screaming so hard tears rolling down her face . i took her to childrens emergency on satellite. she ended up having a dislocated elbow and a fracture in her arm and had to get a cast at orthopedic doctor. And then they callme and tell me that she was running with other kids and they fell . how? how can a 2 year old have pain like that and no one notice. no one called me and told me my child was hurt . and no one notices her sitting alone holding her arm up? send children here? might as well send your kids to gwinnett county jail.
