My first day was blast really fun

I love the kickboxing classes here! The class times are convenient and Pam is a great teacher. Classes are challenging but there are also modifications and substitute moves offered so classes are really appropriate for all fitness levels. I love the personal attention given to each participant to help meet individual goals. Definitely my favorite workout spot!

Ive been taking Kickboxing here with Pam for around 10 years now and of all the sports/fitness activities I have done, I still find her classes the most enjoyable and rewarding! Not only will you sweat your tail off in her classes but you will get to workout with amazing people with positive attitudes! Through attending her classes and taking her nutritional advice, I was able to shed 60lbs of unwanted fat over the course of a year and have never felt better! If you want a fun affordable kick butt workout, this is the place for you!

Ive been taking fitness kickboxing for nearly 14 years. Its simply the best workout Ive ever had-obviously or I wouldnt be still doing it. Pam is a fabulous teacher and the place is run very professionally!

Our 13 year old has been a Student of Master Kim and Ms Pam for 7 years. He is a Third Degree Black Belt. He is a better young man for learning and living Tae Kwon Do skills!! USA Tae Kwon Do is an excellent school for young minds!!

I came here for around 4 years and was able to earn my black belt through the help of the wonderful staff who worked there and whom I hope still do. Hope you guys remember me, Aldo Plascencia, and I send happy regards from Texas.

Very very unprofessional. They are teaching fights on the trial classes. who does that? Even if they have 100s of branches they are not teaching correct karate. I would never go. Dont know why people gave 5 stars.
