Excellent services! I get the back facial, gel manicure and regular pedicure. They are very gentle and always careful with product ingredients for allergies for me. This trade school is turning out talented technicians, stylist aestheticians. The nail menu and pricing is affordable especially with the Club Membership. I would give 5-stars to see natural (without straightening) hairstyles for tight coily/curly hair included on the hair menu.

We have enjoyed our pedicures, facials and the best part was outsourcing my daughters hair for deep conditioning, blow-dry and flat iron. The students are young and eager to please. I am a recent alumni I graduated from the Aesthetics program August 28th and I want to thank my instructors Ms Fe, Ms Gina, and Ms Aly . There has been cases of covid-19 with the teachers and students and they still take clients in to make their money. My girl contracted covid going to this school and gave it to me. Last Week i went in for a Pedicure and Manicure.I had the best experience! The Instructor Miss Juliene was a great help! She counselled me on my toe nails and helped the student correct the shape. Ive never even had this done at a salon before! So impressed! Lauren did my pedicure and Neavaha did my Manicure. Ive requested both of them for future services. She explained the whole process step by step and the benefits of each thing .My skin was glowing and I felt amazing! Legitimately the worst place to enroll for school. I came for the nail tech program and I couldn’t regret it more than I do. If you are thinking about enrolling for a program please stay away unless you like no communication, stolen hours, no education and giving your money away. They are literally the worst school I have ever attended. I graduated and did not learn one thing, now I’m licensed and $10,000 in debt 😂😂 the most expensive license I’ve ever had to pay for ! FACAILS!I came here for the very first time two weeks ago and cannot wait until I can come back. I worked with Lauren Doughty who made me so comfortable and feel amazing! I was a lil nervous going into it but she explained everything she did and checked in on me to make sure nothing was irritating my skin. Came here to get my hair styled for a wedding and had an appointment. But I was told that the wait was long, so i got offered a free pedicure. The pedicure was very well done and the lady who did it was very nice also. When it was time to do my hair, it was styled beautifully and I was offered a complimentary bang trim (which is great by the way). I was very satisfied with the way everything turned out and will return again! However, the only reson why it loses a star is because I arrived at 9 am and left at 3 pm. I was understanding and patient with my stylist knowing that this obviously is a school and it WILL take longer than it should to style my hair, since they are practicing. However, FIVE HOURS FOR ONE HAIRSTYLE IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! My sister and my mother were out quick while I was here for hours, almost late for the wedding (which was at four). I will say that the results were rewarding, and somewhat made up for the hours I spent there.

I spent the entire day at the Institute and it was a great experience. I got a facial, haircut, pedicure and manicure. The pricing is reasonably inexpensive. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Everything was clean and organized and I have a newfound respect for the students and staff at this location.

I booked a appointment to have a pedicure and a full gel acrylic set done a few weeks ago and man am I impressed. The lady that was doing my nails was very gently and she was a perfectionist like I am. Now I am going back to get a gel fill and pedicure after 6 weeks and I know I am just going to love it. I love how inexpensive the prices are. I have referred all of my family and friends here to get their nails done.

My first time going to the school directer was on top of things . Spent about four hours there and got to know some of the students that was not assigned to me. Great bunch of driven young adults. Only issue I have is how rude some people can be u go to a school for the young adults to learn by there mistakes and challenges and expecting red carpet service. It discust me how those can cut down the student and belittle them on there learning adventure. Abviously u cant afford red carpet so quit verbally putting these kids down for going after there dreams

I know everyone needs to learn and practice and I was aware students would be doing my mani/pedi, but my gel polish lasted one day before it started to peel off of my nails! That is unacceptable, for either a student or a more experienced nail tech! I was there for nearly 2.5 hours to get a gel mani and regular pedicure. As I said, I understand everyone needs the opportunity to learn and develop their skills, but I am very disappointed in the services! The salon is closed today, but I will be reaching out when they are open to have my polish fixed!!!

I went here to get my hair and make up done for my best friends wedding and the girls here were phenomenal! I had a limited amount of time and these girls got me made up and out the door at least half an hour before I had to leave. I felt completely pampered while I was there; at one point there was a lady that was curling my hair, two women working on my make up, and another girl painting my nails, all at the same time. They were wonderful! They did the job of professionals for less than half the price! I HIGHLY recommend this place if you want to get a make-over or whatever else!

Loved my experience at Euphoria! My stylist Cress was so AMAZING!!! I walked in with blue/green/brown and black hair and she got it to all one solid color. She was confident about what she was doing and that made me feel more at ease about the whole process. I am still super impressed at how she did that. She was very knowledgeable about everything and knew exactly what she was doing. Her instructor Ms. Erika was super sweet and also made sure she told me exactly what i was getting done and was very clear on pricing which i appreciated. She also made me comfortable with using toners again after having bad experiences in the past. I went in thinking i was going to either walk out with no hair due to so many times bleaching or walk out with green because i didnt think it would be possible to remove. I walked out with magenta color and i love it!! I will keep going back for future services knowing these wonderfull ladies have my back.

This school has gone downhill over the years. I have been going to the Green Valley location for several years & Im not surprised that it was closed down so hastily.Some of the staff are unprofessional & very rude which rubs off on the students. My appointments were often messed up. They made it for the wrong day & different times. I even requested specific people only to have my request over looked. Then when I tried to make an appointment in person with the lady at the front desk, who was a manager, I was told to call them back later because she had to answer the phone!! Totally unprofessional & poor customer service!! I wanted to make the appointment in person because they had just screwed up on the appointment I was currently there for!! The only reason I kept coming back was because I bought those punch cards!!Another crazy thing is I know that the services are done by students but if they arent ready to be on the floor they shouldnt be allowed to work on people!! I got a gel manicure & pedicure done & had to instruct the student how to remove the gel polish!! Thats just crazy!! Even when I explained to the student how to remove the gel polish off mynails; the person didnt remove all of it off & painted right over it. When I told the instructor she didnt care!! It is so upsetting that the school has gone to shambles because they used to provide great services.I am now going to the Summerin location to finish using my punch cards. This location doesnt seem any better. Its so sad & I feel bad for the students because I dont think they are getting the kind of training that they deserve!!

My experience Was really good the person that did my hair did excellent it turned out the way I wanted it and the prices are really cheep I got partial Highlights and and a haircut and it only cost $30 and the salon is really cleaned too and the people in the front desk are really nice and the have awesome customer service And they offer you something to drink while you get your service done.

The most amazing deal in town. They have membership specials for unlimited haircuts for 1 year for $45! Twelve manicures/pedicures for $80. Twelve facials & waxing for $80. I signed us up. Here we are getting our mani/pedi this month. The students are great!

HORRIBLE, horrible, horrible!!! I was interviewed for a position, which I met with management and members of the team, interviewed, and auditioned, which I had to return to the facility of three separate occasions to complete (made no sense at all). They were to call me back to inform me if I got the position or not. Days later, after receiving no call as they stated they would, I emailed to follow-up and was ignored. I then placed a call, which my voicemails asking for a callback was also ignored. Very UNPROFESSIONAL and they simply waste your time with no care in the world. They even held a personal conversation about another staff member in front of me, which they were talking negative about. They are very childish, immature, and unprofessional to say the least. Im glad I wasnt hired, so thank you for not calling back!!!!

I got my hair done here and it came out great. The student did a fantastic job and she was very professional but this isnt my issue with this place. When I called to schedule an appointment I was treated very rudely by the receptionist Linda. It was whatever to me and I just brushed it off but when I came in for my appointment and was signing in she continued to be rude and snatched the sign in sheet from my hand because I guess I was filling out more information than she needed. I took a seat and was waiting to get my hair done when the phone rang and Linda of course was rude to that customer as well. She was asking what services the customer wanted done and clearly the woman was confused because Linda yelled I understand it says hair, skin and nails but WHAT do you want done? I could see from my seat that she was clearly annoyed by this customer because she leaned up against the desk, placed her hand on her head and rolled her eyes motioning towards the other receptionist that the lady was on her nerves. She continued for five minutes yelling at this customer and talking down to her in front of me and 2 other customers in the waiting area. She was getting so frustrated that the other receptionist told her to just leave the call and she would talk to her, so in front of another customer that was signing in she slammed the phone down and said that lady is so annoying here maam let me help you instead her and the other receptionist then continued to make jokes about the woman on the phone and talked about how annoying she was in front of me and many other customers. This was completely unprofessional, even the students here had more class than the receptionist Linda. Absolutely ridiculous!

The best beauty college in Las Vegas Nevada I had awesome teachers Ms. Dawn and Ms.sherry and Ms.debb Because of these ladies I am a license nail provider if I decided to go back to school for any cosmetology or anesthetics I would definitely go back to euphoria

They totally messed up a friends hair. She wanted Auburn and ended up with a bright red color. Luckily someone will be helping change my friends hair and just put as brown. She’s not coming to see anyone ever again.🤬

Went today got a mani/pedi Danelle did an amazing job, she was quick and efficient will definitely return in the future. They also offer a military/veteran discount on top of the already low prices.

The teachers are extremely rude to customers, they have no care for your satisfaction. If you want to get your hair done well and right, either don’t come here or don’t ever take advice from a teacher and ask for the best student.In my experience the teachers don’t even know what they are talking about and don’t care about the health of your hair. The best students here don’t listen to the teachers and do amazing work. Ms. Jamie is the only teacher I’m aware of that actually knows what to do.

I can’t remember the lady name but she is supposedly a supervisor or manager she was so rude to me. I went there being very respectful and never stepped out of line with her and she still was very rude and nasty I asked to speak with someone of higher authority but she said she was the highest if that’s the case they need to reconsider the person they have running there building she needs to learn how to be more respectful and professional. Even after the way she treated me I was still being a respectful gentleman. Another associate came to me and actually talked to me saying how proud she was because I stayed calm, others noticed the way she was speaking very rudely to me. I am up there all the time and for her to treat me like that makes me never want to go back and wouldn’t recommend anyone, especially if they have to deal with her. The school is a great place but she is messing it up with her nasty attitude!

I went there for a manicure. Kimberly did a wonderful job and the entire staff there was kind and professional. I will definitely be a returning customer. Everyone should go to euphoria.

I went there as a courtesy from Dress for Success...I enjoyed the facial and pedicure..BUT...I also got my hair touched up...when the student came out with the Wave Nuevo straightener I asked would that take my hair out...she advised me that it wouldnt because its not as harsh as the cream perm that I usually use..so ok...I went with it....a few days later my hair started shedding...I went to a hairdresser in Henderson and told her about what she put on my hair and my hairdresser informed me that the 2 chemicals dont mix and that I will most likely lose all my hair down to where the chemical that the student put in my hair...I havent cut it yet...but Im going to eventually have to cut it all off to start over..there is no way to save my hair or reverse the treatment...I hope that the teachers at the school see this and PLEASE..advise your students NEVER to put that Neuvo over a relaxer...

I stopped in for a hair trim, a conditioning mask for my hair and a pedicure. My stylist was Shania and I don’t really know where to begin. My hair trim was perfect she knew and understood exactly what I wanted and executed it to the tee. Even the hair wash and mask was exceptional. The way she washed my hair massaged my scalp and just took extra care of all the small details. My hair came out perfect the way she styled it and straightened it was just wonderful and came out a thousand times better than I could ever attempt to do it. Next was my pedicure and this is something I get done all the time at regular salons and let me just say from now on I’m only coming here and letting Shania do it.Overall she is really bright and knowledgeable! She knows her products and took the time to explain to me the purpose why she was doing certain things and how they work. She is extremely hard working and her passion really shows! I am so happy I had her as my stylist today and from now on she will be my only stylist. I will be coming here till she graduates and when she goes I am follow her. Thank you Shania for taking care of me today you were a real pleasure!

Wish there was a way to give this place a MINUS rating! People beware. There are NO teachers at this place during the evening instructional time, so students work on customers without supervision. Machines were broken or stolen. They ruined my nieces hair, having to go somewhere else to repair it. My nail polish last about 24 hours before chipping off. I used to go here about 7 years ago....not the same anymore. This place is now ghetto!

Warning: I left this location at the beginning with a back infection. I had just left from a back wax and realized the student went over the area several times and then used geezers. I believe the tweezers were contaminated due to the u sterile environment that I have found on several appointments before. I advised the school director in October, and, she did absolutely nothing about my concerns back then. Now I have an infection of Cellulitis amount another staff Imfection that could only come from dirty instrument. Students have told me for years how they try to save a penny by not washing towels with enough bleach to kill bacteria and to reuse towels if they look clean.It is very sad because I had been going there for over 15 years and it took that long for the unsanitory conditions to get bad enough that I got a staff infection.Students, please speak up of you agree, feel free to contact me as you may be able to help stop future clients from such a tragedy. Take a look at what they did to my back. And, after all this they wont even reimburse my medical expenses, but refunded me my punch card and hoped that I would not expose them for the shady school that they are.

A friend of mine goes to school here and asked if I would let her do some work to my hair for an assignment. I agreed because I have very long hair and she wanted to work with long hair. So I made an appointment. A day later she told me that we had to pay for what ever service we wanted. This kinda anoyed me for the simple fact that these are students that are NOT licensed. Also if the school knows they are going to have a test like there (where they NEED to have clients) wouldnt they use the tuition money for this.?Another complaint, when I did go in it was a bit later in the afternoon because I had school they stated I couldnt get chemicals in my hair. Just a trim. This place is a total JOKE

This school is a complete joke. For being in Summerlin, it is by far the most ghetto beauty school. The teachers are unprofessional and not passionate for the industry. When I complained to the head of the school about how I didnt feel I was getting a good education and explained how my teacher would allow hours of class time to be completely wasted on blasting rap music and twerk offs the head of the school told me their only goal was to teach sanitation not hair and that all of the other stuff was just extra. I lost out on a lot of financial aid and out of pocket money to withdraw from this school early. If you are passionate about cosmetology do not go here, if youre looking for a trashy place to twerk its the perfect place for you.

I highly recommend this place to anyone that needs a haircut! These students give good haircuts they are seniors that are only allowed to cut your hair which is good because they have more practice and experience! Im not putting any of you freshman, sophomores, or juniors down haha so dont get mad. I got my haircut by this one really friendly senior who was super cool I forget her name though which bums me out but she has purple hair and tattoos haha oh I forgot to mention they give you a wash afterwards with really good smelling shampoo! Best part haircuts are like 6 to 7 bucks depending on what you want! Why pay 20 bucks for a haircut when you can get the same thing and even better looking haircut at euphoria for under 8 bucks cant beat that!!

Went to the Green Valley location and they were wonderful only charged 35 bucks for my root touch up...now they closed and got moved to the Sumerlin location and they didnt tell me when I called to book the appointment that they moved locations so I showed up to the other location and then I get here and they dont care that I drove out of my way to the wrong location then they inform me that it will cost me 55 bucks instead of 35...what is the difference between the schools thought they were all under the same name...but apparently the new location is driven more by greed...and they were really rude and dont care that they should honor what the other location was charging me...its such a disappointment to see it go down hill and they dont care about servicing the customers...oh well time to find somewhere else to go...such a shame...was recommending this place to others but wont make that mistake again...!

**Dont Give Them Your Money or Time!**Ive never felt like such an inconvenience as a paying customer ever before in my entire life. Growing up in Vegas I always went to the Euphoria School for haircuts from approx. 2007-2010. This month, I was back in town for my fiances Marine Corps Ball & decided to splurge a bit and pay to have my hair and makeup done since we have not seen one another since before he deployed and I wanted to feel/look beautiful. I came in with specific photos of what I wanted done. Although my hair didnt turn out quite like I wanted, I just figured I would have time to adjust it myself at the hotel. WELL- when the esthetician came to do my make up, she brought her caboodle kit of makeup that resembled something you would give a teenager just learning how to do makeup and proceeded to disregard everything I asked her to try and do. When I said, I would like a smokey cat eye since I usually just do a normal cat eye., she replied OH Well then we are going to do something different than what you normally do..you know, so you look different.Needless to say- after a total of 5 minutes minutes she was TOTALLY DONE! with my face. When I turned around, I was mortified. I asked to speak with an instructor because I had had enough. She smirked and said OOOOOKKAAY. Somehow- en route to find someone in charge, she decided to stop and chat within a group of costudents who were all taking turns (not exaggerating) lifting one another up on their shoulders to see who could do the most squats. They were also covering each others faces in costume glitter and playing with each others hair. After watching her stand and laugh with them for longer than she spent doing my make up, I decided to leave because I had to race back to my hotel to do MY OWN hair & make up after paying $35 for this service to be handled ahead of time. I took 2 photos, both of which I wish I could post here as a stern warning to potential customers. Dont give them your money, youll waste 3 hours and just end up having to rush to do it yourself.
