I love this place the teachers and staff are so nice i have never moved schools

I have been there since pre-k it is an awesome school. U love it I wish I was still there they have great events and nice teachers and good staff.

( since 1 star means hate it i chose 2 star for dislike instead because hate is a strong word to say. And I wanted these 2 emplyees to enroll on professionalism and manners class.)Anyway,That 2 stars does not include my daughters teacher Mrs. Sword because shes a nice teacher. Shes respected and professional since shes so kind and she knows how to handle both children and parents. Dealing w/kids isnt easy but I see how she loves her Job. But there are some that is not pleasant from the beginning till then one of the assistant teachers interrogated me many times like as if shes a police officer or an immigration officer. She approaches me like as if I dont have a life and as i am an airhead when I am not. Shes very rude and probably talks back more than what I thought. One of the exact words she said was If you would come at exactly 8am then your child wouldnt be late when everybody knows that theres a construction going on in the vegas verdes lawn and theres no were to park.So I explained and added that I have 2 jobs and i get off at 4 am on my 2nd Job. This is what she said with an attitude on her face. Why do you have to 2 jobs in the first place? I was like wow!! Hold on are you licensed to ask me that question. Thats too personal Mrs. R is rude like that have no respect she even raised her eyebrows on me.Another one Mrs.D from the office .. my child has 2 1st names, a middle name( which is my maiden last name, and Last name The Fathers last name .. The Fathers Last name was all caps and in bold legally the last name is the one in caps and in bold thats from her birth certificate and social security.. Mrs. D Was arguing with me early this afternoon, that as if I am dumb. Thats just how she sounded like forcing that my daughters middle name is the last name when it is obvious that the Last name is BOLDED AND IN CAPS on her birth certificate and she even told me that I should have it change her record in the NRC. Goodness gracious She is so rude and disrespectful with no manners and right conduct. She doesnt think that what shes is doing will messed up my daughters personal record and eventually blame it on a parent. WOW.But yet what she doesnt remember is she called me about this matter since the beginning of the school year and told me that I should include all her name that is written on the birth certificate. And now that she have the middle name added to it she messed it up and have that as my daughters last name when it isnt. Then she gave me attitude during our conversation earlier todayI told her that theres a reason why the last name is IN BOLD AND Capitalized because personal record is fragile. When theres legal issues with names the government or court house takes it seriously or might also not be able to get paid tax return because of one simple ignorance or intentional mistakes. Looks like shes not willing to learn from her job and just state her own personal oppinion which is very bad.And now shes fighting over it that its not. I was very upset of these 2 employees their ego is way too high like as if no one is the best but them. Making parents look dumb when Im sure that my education is way beyond far that what they think seriously. They should go on counseling and learn some manners and etiquette. Shame they should be embarrassed being part of education when they are uneducated people. Very unprofessional.

As a Sub teacher: the students, admin, and teachers are fine, but the faculty lounge and bathrooms are disgusting. Ants everywhere, even in the microwaves. Wouldn’t sub here again.

Vegas verdes was so amazing, I went there pre-kinder to the middle of 5th grade. Now Im in high school its been 5 years and that school will always be a great memorie. Love what they did to the school miss it. Wish I was back in elementary school.

Been one of the best schools in Las Vegas. This is the only school that teachers and nurses have taken the time to help my children. What they need to do with it is special and with other things, which in other schools that our children were never. They took the time to help them. I recommend this school as the best in Las Vegas. I am very satisfied. With all my kids are learning and helping Grasias the teachers the nurses and the principals and the principals and the office my days. All fats
