Im currently going to this school Im on the last week of school but I gave it two stars,because their are a lot of teachers who just let you do anything. I only have one teacher like that but three of my friends tell me that their teachers dont care what they do. If you get lucky like me youll have teachers that actually try to teach. Oh and I almost forgot their are some teacher that make you feel like youre going to be nothing when you grow up instead of trying to help you

This school gets no stars for me its beyond a dislike. When it comes to child safety they do not go above and beyond they dont even go above. They dont do anything!!...I went to go pick up my younger sister from school. Im starting to check the time because now shes late coming out i drive around looking for her i call the office i also walked into the office to see if the front office (admissions) can help to at least see if she decided to go to tutoring. I was told THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO BECAUSE SOMEBODY UPSTAIRS IS IN A MEETING AND DIDNT WANT TO DISTURB THE MEETING BY USING THE INTERCOM. One of there students are missing and they seem to not have cared and showed attitude. My sister is still missing and police are actively looking for her. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL AT ALL!!

Honestly, for me, Roy Martin has one of the bests schools that I have ever been in. Mostly because the people there are nice (and also because of A.R.M.Y from BTS and K-pop). And also just because there are fights and HORRIBLE staff and teachers, it doesnt mean that its a bad school, its just parents dont influence there kids like how they are supposed to act like. And mostly because of the zone kids who WAY too much nasty. But the students who are magnet are really educated and know how this school is. So for me, I just think that this school is the best ever since Im a magnet.

This school is really amazing. The teachers are there to help all the time, and it really helps your education. There are some nice kids. The deans are respectful towards the kids. The only thing I do not like about this school is how there always seems to be trouble somewhere. Kids are always getting into fights, and some of the kids here are so disrespectful. Guys at this school are sometimes disrespectful towards girls. But this problem is only happening in our six grade, most of the kids. I recommend this school to 5th graders, and to others who would like to join. Only thing I have to say is, dont get with the wrong crowd and never do peer pressure.

I was getting bullied from September to February (yes that long) and I told the teachers, Deans - ect I was getting bullied by 4 student and one teacher they told me nothing and I was just like...are you going to do anything about that?! And they said to me...well and then went back to work..( that is bull crap) then when I lost it and felt like everything is falling apart I wanted to die they drive me to the point I didnt want to be alive...and they found out what I wanted to do with myself and call my mom to make a meeting to talk about this my mom said yeah but shes not coming here back again but only for the meeting nothing else (they called my mom all that week EXCEPT the day of the meeting) we when in the office and my mom said we are here for the meeting...they said they not going to have to meeting because they cancelled it... My mom was tick off and she said ok...gave my hand and drop me out the school...so please if your a parent reading this and dont what this to happen to your child.... You should them in Hyde Park middle school they have amazing school and grate people there your child will enjoy it very much like I am😊

I’m a 7th grader and only been her for one year and this school is HORRIBLE. The teachers don’t take there jobs seriously (you can tell from my grammar). The Deans think that they own us when we have freedom of speech, Freedom of expression, etc. (f**k you ms. Cook). And NO ONE respects you at all. I hate this school so much that I wish that it will burn down again. I HIGHLY don’t recommend this school!

Ladies at the front desk are not very welcoming. Especially a specific one names Maria- shes completely incompetent and rude, and is never able to help because shes on her smoke break. What a nice example for the kids. Last year, when we couldnt find our child after school we went to the front office and were told that they couldnt do anything because they were in a meeting. Apparently, based on the previous reviews, were not the only ones whove been told the exact same thing. What a coincidence that the staff are ALWAYS in a meeting when a child cant be found.

I went to school there in 1966_68,,I liked the teachers but VP Mr Greene and i didnt always see eye to eye..if I remember right we were basketball champs in 68

This school was good in the first couple of months in 6th grade, Ive been cussed out, girls wanted me to get into fights with them, it was horrible, and the classes were annoying, none of the kids listen to the teachers, I had a hard time concentrating, kids wouldnt leave me alone. It was all a freighting school. I never want to go back there ever again

My 6th grader is going there and she is improving a lot. The teachers care about her well being. Great School!

This Id my first year here and I love itBut the deans. Ms. Foyyd left cause she doesnt want to deal with no bad kids here. And ms. Baldwin is not nice my friend ariana was playing with me and said happy birthday and ms. Baldwin got mad she got my friend in detention.

This school has been a great place for students but one problem is that staff and the deans and even the principals treat the magnet students much more special like a piece of 14k gold and they treat the zone kids like if their made out of bronze.

I went to this school for 6th grade I didnt see any fights and the teachers are awesome. The only thing I have a problem with is waiting so long in line and by the time I get my lunch its time to leave. Other than that everything is awesome especially the library. Oh yeah and last year we reached our goal of reading one million pages. We were going to see who could read more pages Roy Martin or Rancho but Rancho dropped out so we just tried to reach one million pages ourselves.

This school pretty chill, but if youre going in as a 6th grader. Watch out, because the 6th grade guys disrespect the girls a lot. errything else OK tho ig.

This school needs more order bulling is a problem at this school because 8th graders push 6th graders down the stairs and some 6th graders go to the ambulance😢

I like being there and i am going to 7th but a lot of fighting also it is good to have a iPad but sometimes it is to fun to play with sooo ? Someone?

Im a parent and my child was very uncomfortable with the teachers and neither was I. The teachers in other words were horrible, very insensitive to kids needs and was very controlling. Please DONT go here!!!!

Its a bad school people got arrested. The people brought narcotics.
