My child went to their facility for a short period of time and while he’s was here he had nothing but great experiences. Not only did the staff welcome us every time me came but the administration Ms. Faith up front was heaven sent. She made me feel completely comfortable with leaving my child in their care and for that I will forever encourage parents to come to this location.

Our grand daughter has been going here for 6 weeks now and we love it! Teachers and administration are wonderful especially Miss Faith! We get daily updates on her while she is there. When we pick her up she has tons of stories to tell us on what she learned and how much fun she had! We could not ask for anything more. My mind is at ease while we are away from her knowing she is safe and happy!

The director gave us false information. Then instead of taking care of it the new director Faith charged us and sent us to collections. This has ruined my family financially and no remorse or help from anyone here. Also our sons jacket was stolen from here and noone cared. I liked the teachers. They treated my son well who has special needs. Other than that... horrible, unprofessional place. Extremely overpriced and only care to get paid.

My 17 month old son has been going to this center for almost 6 months now and me and my husband couldnt be happier with the care he gets there and all the activities (indoor and outdoor) that he gets to do there. The center director, Ms Faith and the teachers including Ms Polly, Ms Ashley, Ms Ny and Ms Christina are wonderful, supportive and keep you informed with all the activities by taking multiple pictures throughout the day everyday Kindercare has definitely made going to work stressfree.

I feel so blessed to have found this daycare facility. My daughter was enrolled at only 5 months, she just turned 1 year old. THERE IS NO BETTER FEELING THAN TRUSTING IN YOUR DAYCARE PROVIDER 100%! From the beginning, KinderCare was warming. They provide me peace of mind and for that I cannot thank them enough! My daughter loves coming to school, she loves all her teachers like family and so do I! The front office staff is also amazing! They are friendly, and helpful and kind! I love how they put so much effort into keeping the facility clean, fun, and running smoothly. I also love that you can purchase for such a small fee ($5-$10), canvases of footprints or handprints of your child I n those adorable festive designs! I just purchased a Valentines Day canvas to go along with my Halloween canvas and others I have been collecting. I really can’t say anything bad about KinderCare because they have been so good to both myself and most importantly, my bundle of joy. I can’t thank them enough for taking such great care of my child. Best decision hands down!

Not sure if they are still there but they were so sweet and very caring. I recommended my family and friends to take theirs kids here.

This place doesnt even deserve one star! PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR BELOVED BABIES HERE! This place does not care about your children at all. Your child is a dollar sign to them and nothing more. And teachers are nothing but bodies. All they care about is the way the room looks. They do many shady things under the table that they shouldnt be doing that parents never find out about. Your children will be passed back and forth from room to room during the day and wont be in a stable, consistent environment and youll never be notified that your child was passed around. The director and assistant director are fake and rude and will tell you what you want to hear every time however, when it comes to a complaint or something serious, they will tell you its being taken care of and not do a single thing about it. For the price, there are so many better, beautiful schools that genuinely care about your children and their well-being. Please, whatever you do, do not send your child to this school and if they attend currently, please consider finding a new school and educate yourself on licensing standards for childcare facilities. Your babies deserve so much better.

I absolutely love this facility. My son has been going there for 4 months now and he is 3 years old. The teachers and the staff are so friendly. They even take pictures of the kids doing daily activities to share with parents its great. Our family moved her from out of state and we did extensive research on the day cares in the area and this one by far was the best. The school director Michelle really cares about the kids and her staff she is constantly doing thing to improve the environment, classrooms, and teachers. No tvs are present in the facility which I love. They actually teach the kids there. My son comes home and tell me about letters or topics that he has learned in school. I could go on and on how wonderful this place is. They helped potty train by son when we were having a difficult time potty training him. They got us over the hill. His teacher Mrs. Sandra is the BEST. Love her! I have never once picked him up and hes wet or dirty even before we got potty training consistent. The other kids are great and my son love all his friends. It is a bit more pricey than some days cares in the area BUT childcare is not a place to make cut backs. I cant say enough about how awesome and trustworthy this place is with my precious cargo.

This place discriminates against you if you are not on government assistance. They make the standard prices so unreasonable that working parents that are not on government assistance cannot afford the place. We set an appointment and went for a tour and the first question we were asked is if we were on government assistance. It was immediately apparent that this place did not want parents that pay with cash. The director was also rude. If there were more daycares in the area, this place would be gone.

My son attended Largo Kindercare since he was just over one year old. We loved the daycare at the beginning when he was in toddler A classroom. He LOVED Ms. April and Ms. Kerri. He would reach for them at drop off with some meltdowns occasionally. He would get sick monthly, but that was expected in a daycare setting. I would specifically notice Ms. April wiping the kids noses and washing them up after being outside. Unfortunately, when he moved up to toddler B classroom he did not have the same experience. He cried at every drop off for 3.5 months straight. He was never comforted the way Ms. April would try. He was dirty on almost every pick up with dirty hands from the playground. He got sick weekly, with either a fever on the weekends, yellow discharge form the eyes, cough, or a runny nose. I ended up having him go down to 3 days a week because I had school work but didnt want him to go 5 days a week. Right when he turned 2 we were able to get him into a closer daycare that started at 2 years of age. I did bring up my concerns with cleanliness to the director but my concerns were politely dismissed. They have been doing construction on the playground since last year and unfortunately had the kids play in mulch. I completely understand that but it doesnt explain why his hands and face had to be dirty when Ms. April would wash him every time he came in from outside when he was in her classroom. It is so stressful finding a daycare for your child. I did love kindercare but towards the end with the switch of classroom, my husband and I were not happy. At our new day care, we got a 20 page handbook with all rules and regulations which we never received from kindercare. We were introduced to the teacher to know who exactly was working with your child. There were so many people in and out of the room, we never knew who was the teacher or who was an assistant. We would walk in to get our child and never be properly introduced unless we made the effort. At the new daycare, we will get written notice if 2 or more students have the same type of illness. We NEVER got a written notification. My son got hit hard with norovirus and I was 30+ weeks pregnant and got it too. We were only told verbally that many students had it about this after it was already too late. Again they cant prevent these type of viruses from going around, but communicating to the parents the risk as soon as 2 kids got it would have helped. When a student had been diagnosed with the flu they posted it on the door but not a note home. This often went unnoticed by my husband. I think an email or written notice is essential as communication is key. I just wanted to give my review to new parents looking for daycares. Unfortunately, we did not have many options for
