I sent two of my kids here in 2019, they luckily had extremely caring teachers one being Ms.Jessika, Ms.Diva in the infant room, and my other child was in toddle 1 one with Ms. Alessandra and Ms. Rena who genuinely cared for my child and they all kept me well informed about them. I was completely satisfied with them and the care they received. Until the owner informed me they wanted to move my child early from toddler 1 to toddler 2 with Ms. Jackie who should get her license revoked (if she even has one)Let me start by saying, every morning I would see Ms. Jackie completely frantic and overwhelmed during drop off, typically she was running out of the room or eating, sometimes playing pop music loudly where the kids could not be heard. I tried to preserve. Until one day I heard her screaming at someone’s child in a way that wasn’t okay. I talked to the owner and nothing was done. I’ve talked to parents outside of the daycare hours. Who have had bad experiences with her. Unexplained bruises, bites, busted lips you name it. Which accidents happen but they should’ve received an incident report stating so..Now let me say this, the teacher turnover rate was extremely high. Most new hires were freshly 18-20 years old and quit within weeks so there wasn’t many consistent faces around my children. Which is alarming because who is watching my kids? Why aren’t their diapers being changed?Flash forward to January of 2020 my favorite teachers are still there and my children have not transitioned per my request. Then all of a sudden almost the whole staff walked out within a week. Jackie remained there but you’re probably wondering why did they leave? Well. Michelle was an abusive bipolar owner, these poor girls did not get paid enough to work there. $9 an hour to deal with abusive management and coworkers not to mention being completely understaffed with full classes. But anyways, a small child in toddler 1 got their fingers smashed open by Jackie’s negligence. She hurt this child extremely bad to the point blood was gushing and bone was exposed and Ms.Jesskia and Ms. Diva, Ms. Rena and Ms. Liberty were all concerned and tried telling owner Michelle, she completely brushed it off like it was a tiny cut and refused to call the parents. That day two of those teachers quit because of how children were being treated and they couldn’t speak up unless they quit.. owner Michele never emailed any of the parents to tell them their childs teachers quit. She tried to cover it up and had a fresh 18 year old taking care of them with no training..Not to mention Jackie would send home kids claiming they’re sick when they indeed we’re not.If you love your kid do not sent them there especially under Jackie’s care.

These people do not seem to know anything thats going on in the 2 year old room. Do not EVER let your child bring anything with them, you will never see it again. When we first started it was good but that quickly changed once the one teacher was helping out in other areas of the building that actually seemed like she cared. The other ones are always on their phones not paying attention. I picked my child up one day and was saturated in urine, shoes and all. I do not recommend this place to anyone!!

How could anyone feel comfortable sending their child here, they don’t even have a lock on the door... that’s very unsafe! It’s super unorganized and the staff is not trained properly. Would never recommend

This child care facility is very unsafe. After having my son at this facility for months, I’ve witness teacher not paying attention to the children. I’ve seen teachers cleaning with harsh chemicals while toddlers are in the same room running around, knocking each other over and getting hurt. Completely neglecting them to the point were a child was seriously hurt. I have recently filed a complaint with the Ohio Department of Jobs and family services and the Department of health against this daycare. They have absolutely no learning structure and my child has not learned anything since attending this facility. Their preschool room is supposed to have a structured learning plan, which they do not use and have lied to the Ohio departments to obtain their 3 star rating. This facility needs to be shut down for neglect and fraud. Please do not send your child here.

Amazing daycare, they care about my kids, the kids had fun with them.

As not only a staff member for well over a year but a parent I have to say that I love this daycare. My kids teachers go above and beyond for their class and make sure that I am well informed when it comes to everything. The director Michelle Mooningham is exceptional at working with the parents as well as encouraging staff and is very interactive within the classrooms. Like anyone who has ever been associated with a daycare whether it be a parent or teacher knows that no daycare is perfect however, you have to find what works for you.....Before writing this review I read the others and noticed one in particular from @CM and I have to say that I am not shocked at the review. I hate to sound “unprofessional” but that review was also written by a parent who was told on MULTIPLE occasions by staff and the director not to bring belongings from home because we are NOT responsible for what happens to them. Also this coming from the same parent who told their 2 year old she was ruining her life. On another note I would recommend this daycare to others.
