My kids have been participating here for over a year now and Im loving watching them learn, grow, build confidence, and create relationships. The family that teaches here has strong core values that come through in their teaching. Im hoping to start classes myself as soon as I can.Updating my review from a few months ago...Have taken the yoga class and was surprised at how awesome I felt with the multi dimensional approach. Now having taken a private BJJ session, I see how they support each other.Very excited to join the group classes and this amazing community.

As a 3rd degree black belt who has travelled the world teaching and training jiu jitsu for almost 20 years, Ive seen the good, the bad and the ugly when it comes to BJJ academies. I can say wholeheartedly that Flo-Life is one of the absolute best of all the hundreds of academies Ive seen. Mike and Sheena really care about their students and the quality of their classes they present. Their teaching method is also very unique and creative. This is the best academy in Colorado, let alone Denver!

My sons and I had the opportunity to train with Mike and Sheena at Flo Life Brazilian Jiu-jitsu while on a road trip. It was an awesome experience. The training space is clean, comfortable, and well laid out. Mike has a deep knowledge of martial arts and his BJJ teaching style is stellar. Mike, Sheena, and all of their students were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend training at Flo Life if you live in the area or are just passing through and looking for place to do a drop in class.

I had a great time at Flo Life BJJ. I was in town for the week and was able to get away one evening to train some Jiu Jitsu. The facilities at Flo Life were very clean and comfortable. Professor Mike Bidwell and his wife Sheena have a great energy, they were extremely welcoming and professional with me. I’m looking forward to training here again.

I quit jiu jitsu all together and wasnt planning on starting again. Driving by Flolife, i decided to test the waters once again. Needless to say, im training on the regular now. Mike and Sheena are awesome people! The facility is clean and welcoming, and the positivity is contagious. The fire is lit in me once again and im having more fun then ever! I’m from NM and have heard of Professor Bidwell via the internet. I made a comment on his FB page and he texted me back to invite me to see his academy. He is very inviting and his academy is very family friendly. I definitely will be coming to this academy when I’m in Denver.
