The staff took great care of me. Im a diabetic they monitored me closely & new what I needed in order to keep me elevated & not to low. Ms. Crystal & Ms Jessica went above and beyond with my care.Also thanks to Mr. James for charging my phone because I didnt realize it was mot charge for me to call my ride to pick me up.Premier Heart & Vascular Center is like family because they treat you like your one of there family member.Thanks for taking care of me.

Excellent service from beginning to end. The scan techs and nurses were efficient and patientThey were quick in the emergency that happened and got the patient cared for.They were all easy going fast to ease your fears and jokes to make you laugh.When stress is at the forefront of your mind jokes pave the way to relax you.I was well cared for and at ease.Without a doubt I would tell anyone to go there.

Premier Heart and Vascular Center in South Lakeland have been a God sent. Their compassion and concern speaks volumes. Dr. Heart is absolutely amazing. I can tell how much he truly cares about me. The staff is all very friendly and welcoming. I highly suggest them.

I think the staff and the Doctor take the time to go over everything with you. They also take extra time with you to answer your questions.

I took all tests requested and then appeared on August 18th for test results. I was told I needed an angiogram and that I would be called. A week went by without any call or contact. On the 25th, I called and was told someone would get back to me. No call back. I called again on the 26th and 27th and both days I was promised a call back. To date, now approaching 12 days since I was told I needed an angiogram, no call or contact of any kind. Very disappointed obviously.

This is my 2nd visit to this office, and have been impressed both times I have been there, with the staff with the cleanliness of the office and with the social distancing of the waiting area it’s been very pleasant to go into a room that is not completely filled with people, dr. Hart the cardiologist seemed very concerned about my health and the problems that I was experiencing when I got there, he ordered appropriate testing for me, the 2 time I was in the office I had a ultrasound done by a very nice gentleman named JAMES, after working in the cardiology field fo 30 yrs and doing echos for the biggest part of that, and having gotten echos done at other places THIS is the first time I can think of that I didn’t feel like I had broken ribs ( ty James) after the echo, had a 72 hour holter monitor, so from a patient stand point I would say : you will not be disappointed or dissatisfied you will be happily pleased from a professional standpoint I would say stop looking you found the best and be sure to get that referral if u need one

Didnt have to wait long Dr Heart was great at explaining to me all that is going on and what he has to do next glad I started going to him as he really listen to me thank you all the staff are great as well good to ho somewhere that treats you so good and wouldnt go anywhere else but dr heart thank you .

I showed up a day early and they saw me anyway. The wait was very short. Everyone was friendly efficient and knowledgeable.

I was looking to change cardiologist and was recommended to Premier Heart and staff by my PCP and I am very pleased to say they are the best... Love Dr. Heart...how crazt is that a heart docter with last name heart. Dont take my word, make an appointment and try them out for your self.... Another thing I like is they have all the testing equipment in their office, you dony have to run all over town...love it....

Dr Heart takes the time to listen to you and your concerns. He gets all the records that he can so that he knows about past surgies. His staff also takes the time to talk with you to. I have not been to a cardiologist office like this one where everyone in the office is concerned about you

Person up front was extremely rude. Waited one and a half hours to see the doctor for leas than 5 minutes. Dr. Heart did absolutely nothing to check my heart blockage. No one took my blood pressure, temperature, listened to my breathing, nothing. Extremely disheartening that any doctors office would treat a patient like this.

The cardioligist are excellent.

I have never had any doctor to care for me like Dr. Khamare has done. I would recommend him to have for your heart doctor. His staff is very wonderful. You couldnt ask for a better people than what they are to me. I am very thankful to have such an office to get the help I need for my heart. The people in there are so wonderful. Thank you everyone for being so caring to everybody.

I was referred by PC . Arrived 15 minutes before scheduled appointment. Waited almost hour in lobby. Some patients had mask on most did notNot good since people have underlying issues. Nurses confused on what patients were in lobby and what patients were in examinng rooms. once in my examining room nurse came in unmasked.she said had forgot it at home. She also entered the past history I gave into computer wrong.REALLY! I then waited in this room another 45 or more minutes.PA finally came in. That went ok.Dr Lall entered room UNMASKED! Was very arrogant and disinterested. BAD EXPERIENCE ALL THE WAY AROUND

I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment time, found out the doctor I was scheduled to see does not even work at that location. I then waited over two hours past my appointment time to have only be seen by the PA. Unacceptable! Will not waste my time there again. The reason I gave two stars is everyone was polite, and the PA was attractive.

Be prepared to wait. Was put in a room an hour and a half ago. Having seen a single person since....

Dr lull had no ethic to me. When i was seen by him in Bartow hosptial or his office on innovation Dr Lakeland. I wasted 2 hrs of my time for nothing today. Never again will i see this man. I def dont recommend him. Staff and PA excellent service.

On a few occasions in the last year the wait was extremely long, at least a hour after scheduled time. One of those visits I got tired of waiting and had somewhere I had to be so I left and rescheduled. Then I waited again same thing but stayed this time, visit was 1 1/2 hrs. Just recently last visit with a friend took 2 1/2 hrs, got there at 10:30 for paperwork 11am appt got in back at 12 saw Doc at 12:30 out at 1. Very long, .whoever books these appts need to stop overbooking, some people have other places they need to be and need to realize the patients time is valuable too! 1 hr is a acceptable visit but not more than that unless the Doctor has a emergency.oh by the way! The staff is very friendly and respectful and the Doctors are wonderful!

We have repeatedly had the scheduled appointments messed up by the staff. They give you a print out when you leave and invariably call with a different time. Once they said it was because the computers don’t talk to each other. Today they told me that I must have called and changed it. WHAT?
