Teachers discussing politics with students. Health classes instructing kids in the amounts of specific drugs that are lethal (which also tells kids the non-lethal amount inadvertently-- little wonder drug use is so prevalent in this city -- genius, guys). Music program is led by a pretentious theater-snob. Principal Pica blindly supports staff without taking even a moment to listen to parents who dont agree with his band of sheep teachers. Poor excuse for a school. La Crosse is a beautiful city, such a shame the twisted politics of the city are also reflected in the sub-par school systems.

This school is absolutely sickening. The teachers and school board do not care about the well being of their students in any way shape or form. Kids are beaten by other classmates, called names, and are even being told they cant wait for them to die etc. the list goes on. Issues like this have been taken up with the school board and even tried switching school due to the fact that kids arent able to do their work or pay attention in class because of the bullying. The child that I know begs to not go to school because of how terrified they are and it tear me apart. I thought things like this were at a big epidemic in our society; knowing that kids have even gone as far as contemplating hurting themselves, and knowing how much of an emotional scar that leaves with these kids. And this school could care less.

The teachers here say you are using profanity by using the words “Jesus” and “Christ”. This school allows students to break people bones and have a half day of suspension. A child stomped on an empty milk carton and was given a full day of out of school suspension. This school is terrible.
