The best choice for the ATP-CTP and the B737 type rating conversion course.. ATP-CTP course was a great time to share with the other pilots from different countries and different experiences. The instructor was a great person who works for NASA in the life support of Apollo program which is great. Also he had a lot of experience flying mostly anywhere in the world.In the ATP and B737 type simulators I had a great instructors. I had lucky and had two sim partners on the ATP sins, both of them had 737 previous experience so those simulators were so funny.The ground course (for the conversion course) of the type and sims was too much more serious, real B737 instructions. I felt like in a real recurrent from my previous airline.What a great idea having Aerostar as flight school for the ATP and B737 type! Highly recommended. The best helpful, nice and professional team!

I was in AeroStar Training Services, LLC in November 2020, such a great experience from the first day until the end. Michelle Laraki, Renato Prieto, Morvan Pérez, Brian Foster, great team, you guys are amazing.

ATP CTP - Great simulator instructor, poor schedule management, all the schedule was mixed with others we have to organized our selves and be willing to decide who was on Left or Right seat. I learned more from the pilots in my class. They don’t have a good structure made for this course. Very expensive for what I got. They won’t prepare you for the writing test in other words I didnt see the point on having this 30+ hours class time.

AEROSTAR is an excellent place to get an education related to Aeronautical Industry. The instruction provided at AEEOSTAR is highly professional and taught by knowledgeable instructors from within the fields that they teach. Also AEROSTAR offered a challenging and enriching course curriculum that stimulated my mind and kept me highly oriented during my training.

737NG, Ground Lesson was perfect and Im super excited to have Simulator lessons! My only concern is the Simulator is on maintenance for last 10days. Even there are no notice when it will be ready but Im going to keep focus on the flows and memory items of 737 until then : )

Both spectrum maintenance and Aerostar are well run and efficient. Professional atmosphere knowledgeable people.

They are more professional and will save your time!!!But, if you still want to come here? you better prepare for extra cost, extra time and good mental.These guys are not professional in this industry. During my time at Aerostar, I was provided the opportunity to both build on my experience as well as refresh my knowledge on various topics. Every individual at the school was extremely helpful and accommodating. Brian Foster, my instructor, was both skilled and knowledgeable and conducted the classes and simulator rides in a manner that was both fun and informative. His years of experience with a major airline helped enhance the training and development toward a career in commercial aviation. Overall, I had a very positive experience.

8/3/2019. It is an actual review based on the experience in compliance with google policy.1. The owner probably leaves a comment here asking my name.But I am real and I can say about this school. Believe me.2. Based on the 737NG Fast track course advsertisement is 10~12 daysActual : It takes way more than that, one of them took 2 months and still waiting for remaining sessions.3. They REFUSES A REFUND eventhough they dont provide simulator training yet and tell us just study4. Few instructors and the simulator is not working. Their excuse is due to WEATHER, but airbus simulator is working at this facility.5. They dont think we are customers. They dont listen to the student carefully. I felt disrespectful a lot of times.

Great instructors. Very organized. Very well maintained simulators. This flight school has a great tight knit community of pilots that make you really feel like family. Highly recommended to any potential students or pilots.

Aerostar was a great learning experience for me. The b737course was rigorous and you have to do the work and study hard. There were no easy As, however instructors took their timing explaining in detail. The staff there were very helpful and always willing to provide any assistance needed. I will be back for annual training soon!

Only the best positive emotions about this flight school! The main person here is Deidra, very accommodating and responsive flight school owner. As an international student Ive tried to contact few schools, flight clubs and independent instructors, none of them were as willing to work with me and helpful as Aerostar was.

Aerostar has been a good experience. Smaller class sizes makes learning and really comprehending the material easier. The smaller class sizes also has allowed for the instructors to really get to know you.

I completed both ATP-CTP and A320 type. The instruction was excellent in both the ground school and the sim. I highly recommend systems & limitations study and flow prep prior to beginning a type rating if you do not have time in the specific aircraft. The course pace is very quick and pre-study will be worth your time. The entire staff was always there to help me with a smile and the school leadership was very attentive and accommodating to any unplanned issues.

Instructors were great and very patient with me being low hour pilot. Overall the greatest part was dealing with my instructors who really pushed and strived for me to reach my full potential and greatly influenced me to be my greatest. I am overall happy with my decision to attend Aerostar for a320.

I was able to personally work with the owner to resolve scheduling conflicts due to weather, and they were great to deal with! While I had an excellent training experience (I especially loved my training instructor), the way they handled the weather problems really spoke to the quality of their business. The second I called, I was greeted by a friendly and helpful voice! Although I had originally planned to book just the ATP CTP, the enrollment rep reassured me that completing both the ATP and type rating combo would be easier in one shot. He was more than right! Everyone was very helpful and made my training enjoyable.

My training experience was amazing. Pretty intimidated at first but everyone on staff was super nice. They take you step by step and show you what you need to do to have a great time but also be a safe pilot.

Avoid it. Or have no expectation for no disappointment. Yes, the 737 simulator can break down for long time and yes it’s maybe out of their control at times. Students would totally understand that if they could show more empathy and be sincere. Long story short, yea they have pretty good facility, but no customer services at all. The staff at AeroStar is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They went above and beyond what I expected. AeroStar has an excellent fleet of simulators that are fun and easy to fly. Still no direct answers to questions.When asked what the ratio of instructors are, the answer was enough.When the sim will be fixed, I dont know.For around $10,000 I sure everyone deserves better answers.You took our money and cannot deliver on your promise.If you dont know anything, then give us our money back and let us go somewhere we can get trained.

Very good flight school, instructors have heaps of experience and are really dedicated to their students. Also love their modern Airbus sim visuals, not some old broken down old simulator!

Its been 3weeks after I finished my ground school for 737 initial rating. Surprisingly i couldnt have any Simulator lesson due to the simulator trouble. More surprisingly there are more than 30 people in the same situation with me.

Very helpful staff got me started right away, taught me everything I needed to know about the simulator. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Smaller school but this is why I chose them. Very friendly staff and home like feel. Will be back next year for a320.

The type-rating program is a wonderful, safe environment for my sensitive daughter. She was terrified at the prospect of attending flight school, and has absolutely flourished here.
