I very much enjoyed the 2 day motorcycle endorsement course. The instructor Fran was very professional and she taught the material perfectly. As a brand new rider I felt comfortable enough leaving with the skills and knowledge from the program. Worth the money and a lot of fun

Just completed this course today! With zero motorcycle experience, except as a passenger, I learned everything from starting the bike, to tight turns, sudden stopping, shifting gears and figured 8’s. All of the instructors from the classroom to the course were super friendly, informative, and thorough in explaining every step. I always felt comfortable, even when I messed up. The instructors were right there to help me through ensuring I was getting it right, and doing things safely. I would highly recommend this course and these instructors to anyone, from beginner to experienced rider. I will definitely be back once I have my own bike for the advanced course. I just did my motorcycle course this weekend. I was really nervous. I had only been on a bike by myself twice to sort of get comfortable. Fran, Ed and Kimberly were great. I knew tight turns would be my hang up. Every time I messed up they would pull me aside and talk me through what I needed to do to fix it. They never made me feel stupid or embarrassed or anything along those lines. I never felt rushed to get it perfect in a certain amount of time. I was in a group of 11 that had varying skill levels. I never felt pressured to keep up with the rest of the class. When they could see I was get frustrated with myself they would encourage me. I passed my written exam with a 100% and only got 5 points on my riding evaluation. And those points werent on the tight turn. I chose OOSI because they had great reviews from people who were new to riding and that is what I needed. And they did not disappoint.

I literally owe my life to them!!!! What I learned in the classroom is so very very important and THAT is where you truly learn!!! The road course training was also first class & top notch all the way. I would never let anyone take,a 1 day course... 3 day is absolutely necessary if you want a total.SAFE MC experience.

The whole experience was great.I felt safe from start to finish. I started as someone who had never ridden a motorcycle, and the staff made the whole learning process very comfortable, & fun. If youre considering learning to ride, and getting your permit, why wait? This is the perfect place to learn!

Fran was awesome. The class felt like it flew by. The classroom portion was concise and highly informative. When you get on the bikes, the information is clear and she shows you exactly what you will need for basic skills and gain confidence. The training course was FUN and PROFESSIONAL. Two short days of classes and now Im legal to ride.

Took the basic motorcycle course to be able to get my motorcycle endorsement. There were a variety of experience levels in my class, from no motorcycle experience to some with dirt bike experience to some with previous street experience. There was even someone who had previously taken the class but needed to redo portions of the riding practice and riding examThe first portion of the class was a classroom setting and our class was taught by Greg who was an excellent instructor. He went over everything you need to know for safe riding and to pass the written state exam, and answered questions along the way as well. Everyone in my class passed the written exam thanks to the great instruction and preparation from Greg.The remainder of the course is done at the training range. Greg was also our range instructor along with Wally who was also an excellent (and entertaining) instructor. For beginners there are exercises to learn starting, stopping, and shifting with a clutch; if you are more experienced you will already have these skills but this gives you time to get familiar with the training bike. In the later portions there are various handling exercises which are necessary for new riders and even give experienced riders a nice challenge if they havent spent any time on low speed maneuvers in a while or are new to a street bike. All of the range practice prepares you very well for the state exam, but even more importantly prepares you for street riding after the class. They dont announce the range exam results to the whole group but from what I could tell the group did very well including the rider who was retaking the range portion for the second time.Overall this class and the instructors Greg and Wally are top notch. If you need your motorcycle endorsement I highly recommend taking the class through OOSI. They offer advanced classes which I am looking forward to coming back for after I buy my own bike.

Great class.I learned some technique in the Basic Rider Course, definitely gained some confidence.Greg and Wally are excellent instructors!Very encouraging and the entire class felt like a team. We were all rooting for one another.I recommend it for anyone learning.

Great program for beginner riders. The instructors were patient and encouraging. Not only did I get my motorcycle license but I also gained the confidence to ride safely. It was a lot of fun doing the exercises. Definitely want to do an advanced course with them!

Fran and Ed were a Dynamic team. Very Professional and their Customer Service was exceptional. They took the time to educate all who took the course from the beginner to more experienced riders, no one was left behind. I am not a person that pays attention well so Fran put a lot of effort in me to ensure I stayed Focused. Even when we made mistakes and I made many, Fran was there with reassuring and kind words. I took this class with my girlfriend and we were both very very satisfied with our experience here. Never have we ridden a motorcycle in our lives but Fran made us feel really comfortable and confident. We took a Can-Am Ryker class and received our 3-wheel motorcycle license. Fran is one of the most down to earth people youll ever meet. Never have I come across an instructor that really wanted their students to enjoy a class yet learn everything you needed to learn before her class was finished. Thank you Fran!

Terrible experience. First off I was lied to as I was looking for a CDL driver instructor coarse and was told that his is the class I needed but when I called the state office to submit my paperwork I was told this is not the class I needed so they basically lied just to take my money. ( only 4 people was in the class). Then we only had class for 2 days so they didn’t even give you the full training that you need. The state need to shut this bush league operations down.

Ok so this will be a long review. I got my endorsement back in 2007 and let me tell you that is was the WORST experience of my life. I did pass but the instructor was so rude and so disrespectful. Here we are 12 years later. My wife convince me to ride again because I had stopped. We purchase 2 Honda Groms and they gave us a discount to take the basic rider course. I was a bit hesitant because of my last experience but I figure well its been 12 years I am sure (and pray) that its different. So we had the class Saturday early morning then we moved on to the rider course to start are classes. At first I thought oh boy I hope they are nice. Well let me tell you how AWESOME Walter and Paula are! They are so much fun to work with. We had a great first day learning several things. that following Sunday we took the test at the rider course area. We quickly got our scores then proceeded to learn other things. Walter is more of a coach he will teach you and then you need to catch on. He will yell like a coach but not in a rude way more like a hellllloooo you got this wake up, LOOK AHEAD WHERE YOU WANT THE BIKE TO GOOOO! lol as with Paula she is so the mama in the field. She is the sweetest she will praise you when you do good and she will also tell you what you can do to improve. She really makes you feel comfortable with learning. I learned SO much more than what I actually new. You get a few breaks in between training. They have 2 porta potties that are SUPER clean. They dont stink or anything. Oh ya and they provide you with a half helmet. and a bandanna. You MUST wear high top sneakers/boots (this is a must as it protects your ankle) gloves, long sleeve shirt and sun glasses which help because the sun will kick you butt! word of advice BEFORE you start your final exam which is 5 things you will need to do on your own (was easy) they will give you a break because they will not stop until everyone is done. SO be smart and get some water in you because by the time its your turn you will over heat. It was so hot that I messed up on my last one (although I did pass). I just blanked out felt like I was going to pass out I should have drank some water before hand. But nonetheless this experience was awesome and I would definitely recommend Walter and Paula because they are great! I give them 100 stars!

I got my motorcycle endorsement and training from OOSI it was great. The Rider Coaches were very professional and helpful. Several of my friends have gone here and got their training and said the same thing. I would recommend them to anyone who wants motorcycle training.

It was great. Price was decent ($135), but it was an overall great experience. Most of my class had already ridden before and knew most of what they were doing, but I was completely inexperienced. Simon was the best. He makes it so simple and fun. The worst thing I heard from him was I have good news and bad news. Bad news, there will be no more riding for the day. Good news, you passed the test. And that was it. Awesome course and highly recommended.

My experience was great, I was a complete novice and knew almost nothing about motorcycles. They really help you to understand everything you need to know about riding and riding well. Completed day one and I agree with Ricky. Not too sure if there are different instructors for different locations but the bald guy, Sam, would make a youve got to be kidding me face if you did something incorrectly at the kissimmee location. I heard he was called the perfectionist so he doesnt take mistakes too well. However if you did it correctly then he would praise you so what you want to do is when you get it wrong, talk to your instructors and let them know if youre not confident in something, theyll help you out and ease your mind so youre not nervous and tense up like I did. Itll improve your skills quicker and you wont get the frustrated face from Sam the perfectionist. The lady, Fran, is really sweet and motivating. Shes blunt but not in a rude way.

Fran the instructor was very kind and professional. If you dont understand she will explain to you until you do. And she knows basic skill that even a experienced driver can learn. That being said shes the type of instructor that a new born will come out of there as a eperirience beginner.

Amazing training school but in my opinion Greg made my experience greater, He was very helpful and extremely professional. He will tell you all you need to know and he showed me some tips to improve my ridding technics. This school wouldnt be the same without him.The owner is very helpful and extremely experienced in motorcycle technics. Shes somewhat strict but I have no issues or complaints whatsoever. Great school !!!! If youre looking for a ridding or driving school this is the one.

I just took their motorcycle course. I came in as a new rider that was crazy nervous and left feeling as I had conqured the world! Their instructors are caring and patient! They start you from turning the key and take you to turning tight corners and u-turns! Highly recommend!

Fran and Greg are amazing instructors. I took the class and as it was my first time on the bike as a driver I was nervous and I failed the driving test. Fran talked to me after and said if I truly want to ride to not give up. I went back and YES I passed the test. I highly recommend this class.

I dont like giving bad reviews. But the only thing Im gonna say is, the review below from sarim Aponte, was under my authorization, she never went to classes with them, but I did. So, before trying to dodge the bullet, I recommend you to improve the mailing system to let the students know, if the riding course is on a different location.And you will avoid having bad reviews.-

Love these guys!!. OOSI is a true motorcycle training school. There are honest and keep you thinking about riding safely. Riding a motorcycle in Florida is challenging and you want the instructor to know what they are doing. OOSI is the place to go if you value safe riding!!

You can tell they are passionate about teaching people to ride; they are true professionals.I came in with very basic knowledge about motorcycles and I already left the theory class much more empowered when I was heading to the practical course. Fran was my main instructor and she is awesome. She pushed me when I wasnt confident and I only did well because she made me believe in myself. Greg was also very thorough as he gave me great pointers when I did something wrong. Overall I would highly recommend it. I had friends who took their course at Harley and they very much disliked it (on top of it being much more than the $165 OOSI charges, which is the lowest in the central Florida area) which comes to show you just how much value you get at OOSI.I think the only thing I think they could improve is that on both days we were let out earlier. As a new rider I want to get as much time on the bike as possible. But in any case-- OOSI, Fran and Greg keep up the good work!

Please save your money and time and go to another motorcycle facility. This place is extremely dangerous and unprofessional. There is a bald instructor who is rude to his students and even makes racial and gender jokes. He was also showing improper safety techniques. While he would show us something on a motorcycle he would squeeze his cell phone in his helmet and be talking on the phone. Oosi also has little patience for people who cant understand quickly and force people to quit. I was fortunate enough to have passed but witnessed people being verbally abused and given improper motorcycle safety. Hopefully this place improves but as for now I would never recommend it.

If you cannot ride a bike by the end of taking the BRC with OOSI, you dont need to be on a bike. The instructors are all down to earth and tell you like it is. They are patient and will take their time with you but if your not meant to be on a bike... your just not meant to be. The price cannot be beat either.

If i where a betting man ricky didnt pass, and the review shows that, there is no way ANYONE who went to this class would have anything negative to say about it. i was well informed, nurtured, and very confident when the test came. they make it almost fail proof ( in that they teach u everything, and show u in a way that u would have to be ricky to not understand) i look forward to taking the advanced rider course. and will recommend this place to everyone i speak to about it from now till the end of time...fran was amazing. her confidence in what she does and her ability makes u feel like its not up to chance..ur skill really does control ur destiny...much more confident now...thank you guys a million times...see you soon

This is for Greg I. This is Dominica Mini Brogni. I was in a serious accident 14 months ago.. I had to be airlifted and my right leg was in one direction and a large part of my femur was gone. I had 8 breaks on the other side. I also had 4 back surgeries. To get into a car for months I would panic. I told Greg about it he told me that I had to be timed in certain areas to pass which only added to my anxiety. Greg pulled me aside and he talked to me as a person who cared. As an instructor who wanted to see me overcome not just my fear but pass the course. The thing he said I will always remember is where is the accident now meaning is it in my head or am I really not healed. Of course it was in my head. He let me do the course by myself to for a bit just to get the fear of other riders out. By the end of the course I was head down going shifting no fear. I passed with 1 point off. Believe it or not it was going a little to fast on the quick stop course. Greg was patient when he me when he knew how to handle my fear and helped me get it out of my head. I have been riding since and I want him to know I have been up to 60mph no fear. Thank you OOSI for having such a great instructor like him I needed someone like him THank you Dominica Mini Brogni

Always wanted to learn how to ride. I had no riding experience what do ever I’ve only ever rode a bicycle and in less then two days I learned everything I. Needed to know to start and drive the bike and practice maneuvering around tight corners and sharp turns. I had a blast and I will be coming back to do the advanced class.
