Was trying to get my daughter enrolled here but after not getting any response and getting flaked on for my virtual meeting I’d rather not. Everything is through email, which is fine, if you can get them to respond. I had two virtual meetings set up with “Cindy” and both times I got no response from her on the day of. I even got a “I’m so sorry for the late response” just to led into a no email and no show for the next meeting. Unprofessional to say the least. If this is the communication level for just trying to enroll then forget if I will get any information about my child if she was there.

We love our daycare, the teachers at Juanita Kindercare go above and beyond for my daughter, their cleaning and sanitary routine is spotless. They have monthly Zoom meetings to go over important things and are always there for you and your family.

This center is a very warm and welcoming center. An positive place to leave your children so they can develop their skills, learn and explorer new things at any age.

It’s very very worst please for kids!!! Our child was healthy until the teachers of this KinderCare caught a cold. They dont care about children. They give cold drinks, do not wear in cold weather. And inside they make you sleep in boots. There is no one to approach the child, they do not know how to communicate with the child. We have a very bad experience with this place, please dont send your kids there !!!!

I have two kids here a three-year-old and an infant. I have been taking my kids here for 2 years I was fortunate enough to see the interactions between parents and teachers pre covid. When parents were allowed to come in the center the staff was always very good at making everybody feel warm and welcome. I always feel like the centers staff is very good at making sure the building is clean every day. Now that things have changed because of the new covid-19 procedures I feel like I can trust them to stay clean while I have to go to work.

My wife and I will forever feel guilty for having for having left our son for so long in this terrible place. It is an extremely negative environment in which the older children—particularly the children of staff members, who seem to rule the roost without facing any consequences for their actions—bully and abuse the younger ones when theyre not teaching them swear words. My son had one good teacher, but since this dysfunctional place is constantly understaffed, she invariably had to help in a different classroom, the resulting lack of supervision creating an environment like something from Lord of the Flies, which has left our son with a lasting trauma. To add insult to injury, they continued to charge us for a month after our son stopped attending, and we are still waiting for them to reimburse us.Avoid at all costs.

Great place forthe kids. Also offer an aftet school program. Very happy with the staff.
