I was there to make a return through FedEx 9/8. Asked a lady where to go for FedEx and she pointed to the business services area.So I stood in line, 3 people ahead of me. There was 1 lady assisting others. The same lady I asked where to go, walked over to that area and sat down. She had to of known there were 3 others waiting for assistance.So the other lady asked her if she would help out. What do you know, she was up to help me next. She had an attitude from the beginning. She said I could just drop off the package and I mentioned Id like a receipt.She then tells me well let me help the others who are paying first. I asked why I had to wait when I was next in line for service. She said well because I have to log into another computer. She then grunting walked to the other computer to finish helping me.At that point she was waiting by the printer and started yelling at herself that she was ready to go home.Customer service goes a long way and this was unacceptable behavior.

This store seems to have high turnover. I have always had blueprints copied here and never had a problem until about a month ago. Now it seems they are either out of paper or ink in the printers or whoever is working the print center doesnt know how to use them. I am going to have to buy a printer to do my own I guess.

This place is always a disaster. Theyre always understaffed and the staff that is there is always stressed out and has an attitude. I dont blame the staff, I get it. Get some more help! Until then Ill just order office supplies online.

Wonderful! 100% in every way. I bought a new 2 in 1 laptop but did not have a clue how to set up or download software. Chris and Micheal helped me set up everything for very very fair prices. I will pick up my new laptop tomorrow, and Ill be good to go with no stress. Thank goodness for my local Office Depot.

I work an office near by and thus this is the only place in key largo to get office supplies. Poor Jeffrey is always alone doing his best to help everybody please give him a raise. It is always understaffed!

Customer service needs to be improved! . On Friday when checking out, one of my items did not have a label to scan. I told sales associate, Jeffrey, thought the price was $2.99(actually was $2.79), he looked @ me said, “I need one to scan”....never made an effort to call on another associate OR go look himself. There was a line, behind me, maybe 5 or 6 others who were inconvenienced, too, while “I” searched for the product, again.

Hey its the keys. You might not find everything you need but if they dont have it theyll order it for ya. Friendly staff easy parking clean store good prices. Beats a trip to the mainland

My boyfriend needed some blueprints printed last night, our way back to the keys. We stopped at the Margate Office Depot. Stephan was the most helpful, professional, kind thoughtful attentive copy technician. He helped us struggle through files and flash drives! He deserves a raise and a promotion!!While we waited for the plans to print, my boyfriend pulled out his wishlist from the art teacher at the Montessori school in Islamorada. With the help of Delinda we were able to satisfy the schools needs. She was so great and helpful. Could not have done it without her! Thanks Stephan, Delinda and Andrew for staying late and helping us! We will back!Marty says a big thank you to u all!!!

Been at this store many times.. Every time i get maybe 100 copy of waivers and the price is different every time... Went in today waited in line half hr.. They have more employees than customers in the building, the guy at the print and copy on the side was definitely having a bad moring telling everyone that it was his 6th day there... And that it was Easter that they shouldnt even ne open today...lol.. I run a jet ski shop im open everyday!! Poor lady in front of me gave up and left... Well the guy try to chare me $150.00 for 100 copies. I was just in last week and pay $25.00 for the same copies. Lol!!! Worst office depot.. Fire every one and start over.😕

Second time in a row Ive been here and the register area is just vacant, except for of course the 3 customers waiting for an employee to check us out.

Thomas went above and beyond to help me with buys a new lap top and the accessories that I needed to help me. I told him I had called the computer department to help me fix my old lap top and they turned me away saying it would cost 250 just to look at it. I was very upset that they never even looked at it period to know. I figured that’s what I get in the keys poor customer service, then Thomas stepped up and went above and beyond and complexly changed my mind about the experience at Office Depot, so there for I will be back to shop. Thank you Thomas!

Very frustrating experience today .... Drove 20 miles to make purchases just now.. Spent 30 mins in store filling my cart only to be told the systems are down and they are taking cash only. Left my basket to the side to come back in an hour to finish up and offered to pay with a company check but the manager says NOT ALLOWED company policy. The least they could do is post a sign at the door stating cash only today😁‼️ What a waste of time.
