A stressful and frustrating experience. My friend and I took our 1.5yr kids to a trail class and were the only ones wearing masks. It felt crowded with everyone at the doorway. We were not greeted by anyone and did not see an instructor until right at start time. The warm ups were geared more for the 6yr kids that were in the class than the toddlers. We split up into 2 groups of younger and older so the activities were a little better but poorly explained. We have been doing gymnastics for about a month out of town and were hoping this close location would work out. since we have been doing this for a short time i knew how to help my son do a lot of the requirements but someone new to the sport would be lost. The toddlers did have fun most of the time, transitions were hard (young kids need explanations, warnings, or songs to help transition) and the instructors didnt interact too much with the kids until they did the closing song and gave them a stamp for doing good. The kids loved the foam pit, rope swing, and the ladder activity, but were lost for a lot of the other stations

My nine-year-old and three-year-old both attend classes at Flip Force Gymnastics a love it! The coaches are professional, encouraging and help them to reach their goals. I highly recommend!

Flip force isn’t very communicative and friendly... no masks and takes to long to learn tricks, poor quality and very unsafe environment.

The staff does not wear masks. Reporting to the CDC, they need to keep their customers safe. Will not be coming back until they comply with the CDC.

I reserved a spot for tonight, got a “yes” from the gym for a reservation. Then was told I didn’t provide enough detail and they gave the spot away. This was to be date night for my husband and I. Very disappointed in the level of customer service.

I would not recommend this place the gymnastics coach on the team called me week when my head started hurting Central Carolina Gymnastics in Lexington I would much rather recommend.

My daughters are having the absolute best time! They are in the Bronze AAU team and have coach Katie, who the LOVE! They love that coach Katie is helpful and always pushing them to be better. They understand corrections are constructive criticism and listen to her to make sure they are learning to be safe but also have fun. Coach Katie also stays hard on them to make sure they don’t cut any corners. Teaches them accountability and hard work. She keeps a positive attitude and always makes sure everyone is having fun! So happy with my girls and the progress they have made! Could not have done it without coach Katie by their sides!

Ffg is the place to go to if you are looking into a gymnastics place to go.😄

Great programs! My 5yr old daughter loves her weekly class and is also going to the summer camp. She has also really enjoyed attended Parents’ Night Out. My 3yr old son will be starting a class soon. We have been very pleased so far. Staff is all friendly and very helpful and the kids seem to enjoy working with all of them. Only downside is it can sometimes be hard to reach someone when you call. They always call back though if you leave a message and are very good about responding to emails.

Love Flip Force! The coaches are amazing and the instruction is top notch. My daughter started with recreational classes and now competes with their T&T team. My once shy daughter has blossomed here and Im very thankful to have found this awesome gym!!

My girls had a great time at the Birthday party that they had there. The trainers were great.

Our daughter was in Bronze AAU and her coach Katie was awful! My child couldnt smile without getting yelled at! She would go to the different stations and have no clue what they wanted her to do, because no one would tell her, and then Katie would yell at her for not doing what shes supposed to be doing! She never spotted her, and the only time she paid ANY attention to what my child was doing, was when she was yelling at her! If my kid made a mistake and would smile because she realized what she did, she would yell at her some more! My child got hurt once, and she didnt even notice! My daughter will never go back to that gym again! She made my daughter hate gymnastics. We tried to make it to when competitions started because my daughter was working hard and deserved to go, but she couldnt take being around Katie anymore.

Used to be better. Could really benefit with some much needed changes....

I love it here!! Beat coaches ever!!! My son is on the boys competition team and my daughter is in the combo- dance/gymnastics class. They both love it!!

They offer these young girls and boys a chance to gain Poise confidence and physical coordination the instructors are great Im a grandfather whos loving it the only thing Id like more is if she were going twice a week so I could see her twice a week

The coaches here are awesome our coaches were Trey and Katie, we miss you guys so much!! Nore is doing OK on an excel silver team and Gustavo still loves gymnastics. We also miss the parents night out. Xoxo from Jersey.

I was interested in visiting Flip Force to see what they had to offer and possible have a tour of the facility for my grandchild. When I approached the window there were two people sitting behind window that didnt seem to want to get up and show me anything. All they did was hand me a piece of paper with an online address and i was told to go online and all the information would be on there. Im old fashion and first impressions are lasting ones. I didnt feel welcomed and I wont be back. What ever happened to friendly customer service ?
