Personally, my experience with Connections has been entirely positive! My BCBA gave me extra supervision when I requested it, they have kept their promise on promised hours (32 per week), all raises were issued at the promised time and the environment is very friendly, caring and supportive!The job can be hard but this company makes it all worth it!

I highly recommend this company to work for in any position. They have amazing staff and management that goes the extra mile for you and provide you with anything you may need to succeed. I give 5 starts but wish I could give more!

I am a recently registered behavior technician through Connections and I can’t really find anything negative to say from the interview process to where I am with my own client. The staff are very supportive and responsive which is especially helpful to someone who is new. Their training process was a week long to really drill information in and make sure you are competent and actually did the online training as well. It can be a tad redundant but it is worth it. Training with the BCBA as well was just as useful as imagined and as long as needed which can range and varied due to covid restrictions at the time, but BCBAs hover anyways from week to week.They have great benefits for extending hours through covid difficulties reducing them.I can’t think of any cons at this time. Not to say there won’t be any in the future ? Hopefully not !

This is a great place to take your child with special needs they have a bcba who oversees the program and an ABA therapist that works one-on-one with your child. Most places have a waitlist thats forever long but they got my daughter in pretty much right away. The ABA therapist that work with my daughter are very skillful and you can attend parent-teacher training so that you can work on what theyre working on in the program at home. I would highly recommend any parent who is looking for ABA therapy for their child to definitely look this place up.

I worked as a BT with Connections while completing my graduate coursework in school psychology. I cant speak to the comment below, but the folks that I worked with were all really great. For the most part, theyre all just behavior nerds who love working with kids. Keep up the awesome work guys!

I have been with quite a few ABA agencies throughout my career and this company has been by far the one that cares most about its clients and their stakeholders throughout treatment. The Connections team goes above and beyond for its clients and is constantly striving for the best outcomes for the clients. The training for Registered Behavior Technicians has become a great resource for not just the behavior technicians, but also for a platform for employees to become more acquainted with the theoretical and applied part of ABA as a complete field. The BCBAs and BCaBAs in the company tirelessly work around the clock to ensure the best quality of life for their clients and their stakeholders, and there is nothing but mutual respect among all the colleagues. As Connections Behavior Planning and Intervention continues to grow and become a Center of Excellence, it will also begin to offer continuing education courses for any and all that wish to further their passion for ABA!!

My experience with them as a patent of a boy who has autism, has been great. The entire staff from the first day we met them until today has always been helpful. My son has learned a great deal. Britney went out of her way for us. And so did all the girls that worked with my son. This summer he is lucky to have Kelsie working with him and it has been going so good. Aaron likes her and so do we. This place is a great place

I dont know where to start. Totally disorganized. They hired several BCBAs from out of state and then fired them with no explanation. The owners listen to their pet employees (and even acknowledged the problem in a meeting) and refuse to use ABA when managing their staff (kind of hypocritical considering how much they pride themselves on their ABA knowledge). Tell me how this is best practice? DO NOT TRUST this company!!! They lie through their teeth!!!!
