We love the small classes and personalized attention. Its allowed my daughter to grow confidence quickly. Not to mention the flexible class options and ease of attending, no giant aquatic centers to navigate or large parking lots. That makes it easy for use to juggle with the busy schedules of multiple kids.

The Office and teaching staff at Kenosha Swimtastic are a great group of highly motivated and exceptional swimming professionals. My son had great instruction in a format he could follow and exceed my expectations on the rate that he has progressed. Any one looking for a friendly and clean environment with an exceptional staff using a well thought out training plan for their swim training needs should sign up for lessons here.

Swim lessons are good. There’s a structured program to ensure progress. Price is higher than other places but so is the quality. Billing practices are questionable. They operate on a monthly billing cycle paid in advance on a per class basis. If there’s 5 weeks in a month or 4 weeks in a month, you get charged for the number of classes you’d consume. That’s ok, but the issue is even with advance notice of not being able to attend a class there is no make up classes or refunds/credits. This is a recent policy change that’s being pitched as being similar to other activities that charge monthly fees (such as either music lessons or karate lessons). The issue is you’re billed by class but treated as if it’s a monthly fixed cost if you can’t attend with any amount of notice - very different than a gym membership or karate lessons for example. Just beware you’ll be paying more than you think.

My grandson loves swimming. 💘 The staff took some of my concerns into consideration and NOW Courtney the coach is rockin it!!! We all learn and grow! Thank you Courtney for doing a wonderful job.

We love our swim family! The teachers and staff are all AMAZING, so kind, and caring. I’ve seen so much confidence and endurance built in our daughter and am very thankful to have access to such a wonderful and nurturing environment. 100% recommend whether you’re a beginner or looking to push your skills to the next level!

We have a 2 and a 4 year old in lessons and they love it! The staff seems so truly invested in the children in helping them feel comfortable and confident with what they are learning. I appreciate the welcoming feel that we experienced initially and continue to during ongoing visits. I was very impressed with how very nice the school itself was and the amenities it offers for other children to stay entertained while waiting for siblings. We would highly recommend!

Great place and amazing staff! My daughter is now able to swim and it all happened within one short month. Still have her enrolled just because she loves it so much! Definitely recommend this place to everyone and all ages.

Swimtastic Swim School is Incredible! The staff is patient and incredibly kind with the students. The facility is clean and bright. The owner is friendly and helpful. I could not ask for a better place for my daughter to learn to swim. She loves it! A year ago she would not let go of us in a pool. This past week she swam by herself in the deep end - jumping in and out of the pool! Thank you Swimtastic staff! You are awesome!!!

Great customer service! My family really enjoyed their semi private lesson. The instructor was friendly and patient.

I like that the pool wasn’t over crowded, I like that the lifeguard was close to the swim instructors incase anything happened . My toddler got right into the water she was a happy camper. Overall Nice place !

The staff really works great young kids

So excited to have this swim school in Kenosha. The team and program here is like no other. They truly know how to teach swimming, plus they have flow tanks with video analysis to perfect stroke technique. My kids did not want to get out!

My 7 year old had a little over a month of lessons. She went on a field trip today to the water park and passed the swim tests to go on the deep end and slides. She was so excited. They did a great job!

Beautiful pool. Swim instructors are awesome. My grandkids love it.

My son was afraid of the water but had NO problems getting in with the instructors from day 1! The structure of this program is great! Both my kids are learning and enjoying every moment! Looking forward to many more lessons with Swimtastics!

The staff here is amazing and the facility is clean! My son was petrified of the water and in just one class his whole attitude changed. I cant say enough good things about this swim school.

Kaytlin (swim instructor) has been amazing with our kids. They are afraid of the water and she has been so patient and calm with them. The staff (front desk) and management has also been great - very welcoming.

Edit on 11/26/19: I have to edit my review, which Ive not done for other reviews. After I sent the below, I started immediately seeing changes in the facility. They staggered the start times for the classes to reduce congestion in the changing rooms. The owners children actually seem to have chores there, and are much better behaved. The signs about requiring swim caps are gone (although definitely still appreciate their value and try to get my child to keep hers on!). We cant change the past, but it is truly impressive to see how the owners responded to the feedback. Well done, and much appreciated!! Hopefully we can keep the current fantastic swim teacher as the kids all seem to love him!Original Sept. review: There are a lot of positives about this place - it is clean, the temperature of the water is very comfortable, there is plenty of close parking, and the staff are actually trained (we went to another facility and typically got inexperienced high school students). At first we were very pleased, but that is now changing. The prices are high, and for that we get a never-ending stream of different instructors (after 3 months we just had our 5th or 6th instructor; I’ve lost count). We also get to deal with the owner’s children (3 or 4, not sure if friends are added). It is very clear the rules don’t apply to them. Everyone else is required to have a swim cap and goggles; they are not. Everyone else is expected to listen to the instructor and act appropriately; they are not. They jump in front of the small kids for changing rooms, and then tonight referred to me as “that rude woman” because I tried to actually stand up for my 4-yr old who was next in line for a room. So frustrating that this is common with them, especially considering they are the owner’s children and it is clear that behavior will just continue. My daughter loves swimming, but if we can find a different place that is at least warm with good teachers, we will leave.

We’ve only been to one class so far but my son enjoyed it. Staff were friendly and instructors appeared to be patient with my son.
