Great caring environment for kids. My son grow so much at this school and he loves it after day 1. I am sending my 1hr daughter over there too.

I wouldn’t recommend to anyone! We sent our son to KA Kenmore, and we are glad we managed to find a better place this year. He is preschool now.We always have problem when we need to communicate with the director. Her way of approaching any problem is like “you are not right” no matter what the problem is. You never get your problem solved and she, Sylvia, acts like you have to deal wit it whatever it is.They never help your family when your kids having hard time adjusting the first days.The staff is always changing. There is no stability or consistency. There is always new face in your Kid’s class which even makes it harder for a kid to feel secure, trust and comfortable.There are some really good teachers I wouldn’t deny, but overall the staff’s quality is not what you expect from a daycare. Some of them doesn’t even know how to communicate with a child.The daily report is giving you the same sentences every single day. They kept sending you automated report every single day. You don’t get any detailed info what your kid’s day have been.The front desk staff where you enter the school and drop your child is very unfriendly. She may smile and chat to some but not with everyone.Btw, we are the family and kid with least needs! Our child almost never got into any kind of trouble, and his last teacher even told him angel of the class who follows the every rule. Even then, we think communication has always been a problem with school.After we disenrolled, they didn’t give us some of his staff and we went on a vacation for couple months right after. When we get back we called them to get his staff. They said they will look and call( not to mention the director made no account of us on the phone) they never called us back. I went by and pick, they only handed one of his boot and said rain suit and snow boot has been lost! The rain boot she gave me had KA initials which I believe they made it for a school use. They used to email everyone to get belongings but somehow they never did for these ones. So anyways, seems like they are keeping rain suits and boots for themselves but glad we can purchase a new one.There have been a security issue as well. My kid didn’t involve in this, but I saw couple kids running in the parking lot when I was there to pick my son.Lastly they were the worst to cooperate when pandemic first declared in 2020.There are more experiences, and feelings to mention but I think some of this highlights will show the pictures. Putting aside my feelings, my kid and many of his friends hated the school anyway.This school can be great with these couple nice teachers if and only if the whole staff gets renewed. It definitely needs a better management! I

Safe, professional, super clean, friendly, patient and very caring staff. The food options are very healthy and well balanced. Their programs and activities are great. My 3 1/2 year old has been there since sept 2019. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

We have been to Bright Horizons before this and had loved it. Then we came across Kiddie Academy Kenmore. It was less expensive then Bright Horizons but had same great care we wanted our kid to have. It’s been 2 months and we have had nothing but great experience. The staff is very friendly and understanding.

I love 💕 that my daughter has a safe, fun and educational place to go while I am at work. She loves all the activities and spending time with her friends.

Teachers are excellent, we love all her teachers in preschool/pre-k at Kenmore! The kids do so many fun projects together and it’s a happy, low-stress environment even for shy kids. Rooms are very clean and the children have lots of space. The teachers put their own flare into decorations and project curriculum. Good security of the center, and no way for children to accidentally escape from playground. I love the playground and class cameras so I can see how my child is engaging with the other kids and how happy she is! The daily email report is helpful so I immediately have confirmation when my spouse has picked up my child, and so we can all talk in detail about what the kids are learning.

We looked at a variety of facilities to find the right place for our kids. After initial comparison and now experience, we have found the dedication and involvement of these teachers are unrivaled by other centers in the area. Through the good days and the challenging days, we are comforted to know that the overall well-being and progress of our kids are of the utmost importance to the staff; communication is open and solution-based.

Our youngest daughter was struggling with virtual school and Kiddie Academy Kenmore came highly recommended by a friend who has a kiddo enrolled, and I can see why. Small class size, great cleanliness, and wonderful staff, keep up the great work!

Director and management team is approachable and reachable anytime. Their door is always open to answer parents questions, requests and concerns. Facility is new, nice and kept clean every day. They have a very nice and large playground. Cameras are in every classroom and playground. It has loving and high quality of teachers and staff. My two babies are taken good care of by the daycare and they enjoy going to school every day. Nicely designed curriculum. The chef is excellent. He makes delicious and yummy food. Love this daycare!

Healthy and balanced food options, caring teachers and the availability of a camera view for parents is what draws us to this facility.Large outdoor backyard is also a plus to let the kids spend their energy.Adherence to high safety and cleanliness standards is something I love about Kiddie Academy at Kenmore.I would give 5/5 to the teachers who take care of my kid. They remember any personal note and requests I might leave with them. For example, I had asked them to delay giving milk to my kid during the lunch because otherwise he wouldnt eat much of solid food, and they have been following through.I also love the fact that we have direct email access to communicate with the teachers.

My daughter has been there through preschool to prekindergarten. She loves all the teachers she met. They are patient and caring.The facility is great. Classrooms are spacious and have lots of natural lights. The director and staff there are nice and open to discussion.

My two year old son loves this place. The rooms are spacious and clean, playgrounds are big and fancy. The staffs and teachers are patient and care for kids. Their summer camp is really awesome!The director really listens to parents and solves questions and problems efficiently.

Friendly staff. Great activities provided. Cleanliness. Our daughter loves it there and has grown and learned so much!

My daughter loves this place so much. Room is spacious and clean, teachers are patient and nice. Director helps us a lot when my daughter initially transferred there and had some problem to get used to the facility. Recommend to other families who are looking for daycare.

My 3-year-old enjoys this place. The facilities are brand new, the rooms are clean and organized, and there are quite a few organic food and snacks on the menu. Staff are professional and friendly. Keep up the good work!

Kiddie Academy cares about what they do. Care givers like what they do too. There is commitment and responsibility.

Do not pay the fee for the waitlist! I was duped into paying the $150 waitlist fee when I toured back in January for my then 8 month daughter to attend once she was a little older and they said that they would probably have spots open in June-August. I emailed them at the end of March to see if that estimate was still correct, and received a response that they were booked and the waitlist was very long. They even told me to have several backups available because it looks like there wouldn’t be a spot for her. Now I’m out $150.
