If you are looking for a structured, organized daycare facility then this is the place for you. Ive dealt with many in home daycares and centers this place is by far much more organized and clean than any place Ive encountered. The teachers are all obviously trained well with children. My daughter started here when she was 2 and transition was easy. Now, at 3- she absolutely enjoys this place. Communication with the owner is always quick and easy. Michelle has always responded to any questions or concerns promptly.

My son loves it here (drop off is still hard for him, he’s a mama’s boy) but the staff is really sweet with him and he doesn’t want to leave at the end of the day. He comes home happy and chatty talking about what he learned and played with that day.I have never had trouble contacting Michelle the owner, she has been nice and responds quickly to any emails I have sent.I definitely would recommend this place to a friend looking for childcare.

We love Enchanted Childcare. No competition. Best in town. Our 4 year old daughter has been going there since she was 6 months old. We shopped around Keizer for other childcare and Enchanted is the best in the area for a good price. They are a little more expensive than some places, but it is definitely worth every penny. You definitely get what you pay for when it comes to childcare in Marion County. We love their family type environment and the staffs have great family unit values. All of the staff are kind and courteous. They are attentive to the children and fair. They are clean and conveniently located off River Road and Cherry. I hope they open a location in West Salem soon.

Worked here for 2 and a half years- loved it, pays well, compasionate staff. All the bad reviews are people mad about following state requirements. There are no things wrong here, everyone is caring, and welcoming. I wouldn’t want to work anywhere else or if I had kids, I wouldn’t put them anywhere else. This is truly the best!

I really like this daycare! My son comes home happy, and they’ve been working with him on potty training! He does art projects, he plays, and he’ll be old enough for their preschool program soon. So far I’ve been very impressed.

When we first started shopping for childcare, we were very excited about what Enchanted promised. However, we were quickly disappointed by the lack of communication between staff and also staff to parents. The first day my daughter was to attend, they were unprepared for her arrival. I had to request all the pertinent information multiple times, including the code to the building, and clarification to their policies. They did not have a cubby ready for her, despite knowing one month in advance her start date. We were required to give a doctors note when we wanted her offered a non-cow milk alternative (despite the fact that I was already providing it). Next, after only one month of care, they started requesting more wipes. They were given six large packs on her first day. How could one child possibly have used that many wipes? As the weeks continued, her tracking sheets were never clearly filled out. It wasn’t noted if she was given any medication for pain (teething and an ear infection). When asked when she was given meds, the staff couldn’t give an exact time. On pick up, I never knew where to find my child. She was apparently bounced from classroom to classroom, despite the fact that we were told she was going to be in the toddler room. This is not developmentally appropriate, and is inappropriate to have inconsistent care at this young of an age. The final straw, however, was when my child had a blow out and was not put in the extra set of clothing we provided. She was instead put in a summer romper, despite the current weather not reaching over 40 degrees, despite the fact that she’d been out for 2 days with a double ear infection and viral infection, and left to nap, in the middle of the floor (where she fell asleep).

Absolutely amazing facility! I’m amazed at the stuff my daughter comes home knowing, and all of the crafts! She loves her teachers and her friends, and the owner is awesome! I don’t think we could have picked a better daycare/preschool if we tried.

Michelle and her staff have taken wonderful care of all three of our children over the years, from when our youngest was an infant through early elementary years. We wouldnt even think of using any other day care provider!

I’ve worked here for over 2 years and loved every minute of it, preschool curriculum is up to date and modern, staff are welcoming and nice, if I had kids it wouldn’t even be a question whether or not to put them in this care

I highly advise you do not send your kids here or work here. I worked here for three months. Michelle was rude to the parents and she had a 3 hour span where parents were not aloud to pick up their children. Though, she was worse towards her staff. She pays well but she came off demeaning. Anytime she came to visit our location all she did is yell and point out everything that was wrong. We were not aloud to give 1 year olds their binkies, let them suck on their thumbs, or rock them to sleep, even if thats what they needed. We had to give our kids milk for meals even if it went against the parents wishes. We were not aloud any say in how we had our building set up. If anything was moved she would want it to be moved back. She would never even ask how we or our kids were doing. On one occasion I expressed to her how I didnt feel a reception room was appropriate for a 2 year old class, and she went off on me telling me I didnt know what I was talking about. My last straw was when I posted on Facebook asking for unique ideas on how to make transition easier on one of my toddlers who was crying a lot when she started, and she drove to my location from west Salem just to yell at me for a half hour shaking because she was so upset. I just sat there bawling and she kept coming back to yell at me more about how disgusting it was all because my profile said where I work. I cried for two hours and quit that same day. She then kicked my daughter out of care after she had just gotten settled in finally and didn’t have one care about it. I think that right there alone shows how much she cares about the children in her centers. All it seems to be to her is a power trip.

My kids went here for 2 years. Honestly, the preschool program is amazing. They learned a lot. They loved coming here and playing with the kids.Communication between staff and owner is awful! Its true, Michelle (the owner) is rude, and doesnt reply to you at all when she doesnt feel like it. They forgot to pick up my son from the bus stop one of the days and lied to me about it. He was in kindergarten.I found out what actually happened through the salem keizer school bus district after I talked to the supervisor and they have GPS on the buses. Ones I confronted Michelle (in a text message because she never picked up her phone) she NEVER responded. I messaged her several times/called her many times and never heard back. I find that pretty unacceptable. When I talked to another staff member about this she said this only happened one time I DO NOT NEED THIS TO HAPPEN EVER! This happened about April/May of 2018 and the only reason I am writing a review now is because my son just reminded me about the time he had to walk by himself from the bus stop to the daycare and he is 5 YEARS OLD! Most important thing is that my son is okay and made it to the daycare safe but I cant imagine what would have happened if he would have been taken. This was the biggest issue I had with them but there were other several issues that I dont even wanna talk about because its going to make me angry again. I also know 5 moms that have taken their kids to enchanted (different locations than mine) and every single one of them strongly dislikes Michelle.

The place itself is fine however when it comes to canceling I gave them multiple months prepaid letting them know that we would not be continuing unless something else changed, now were in collections and damaging our credit because They didnt document that properly now I have to spend extra money and file a small claims suit, the owner was very unhelpful and unwilling to help, I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this place, they are money hungry.
