Mullins Shaolin is a great place to practice martial arts. Its especially well suited for families, and they are great with kids. The workout is great, and they can whip you into shape if that is what youre after. Tai Chi class is also good if you want something a little less cardio intensive, and you still get a great leg workout. They offer a week of classes to try for free.
