I was/have been employed at HVE off and on as a substitute for 8 years and both of my children attended there. The school is always clean, especially for such a large student body (600+ students). The teachers are wonderful and genuinely care for the students and what they are teaching. Discipline is handled in a timely, concise manner. Substituting is a joy and to see a students eyes light up when they understand a lesson is one that I cherish.I was also a part time Janitor there for 1 1/2 years and would have stayed if it would have been possible for my position to have been changed to full time status. It was one of the best positions Ive held as I had interaction with all the students on a daily basis.Note that this school has won awards two years in a row. A wonderful learning environment for the children that attend.

Great teachers, administration is very helpful and understanding of their students and do what they can to help resolve the situations .on a personal basis. Thanks a parent .
