I had ordered my wedding invitations at the JC Staples for same-day pickup. Was called by an associate saying that their card printing machine was down and gave me a couple of options. I went ahead and had them re-route it to the corporate production center. When they came back in, the store called and told me they were ready for pick-up. When I got home, I realized the back design was noticeably off-centered so I took them back. No questions asked, the print associate called the production center and was able to look into solutions for getting them re-printed correctly. It ended up being the way the photo had been uploaded with their software, but I still ended up getting a refund of my money and everything was handled very professionally. Pleased with my experience!

Spare yourself the headache shopping at this store. They cant seem to find a computer that was ordered. They say the computer we ordered was in. Drive 45 miles to the store for them to say the computer isnt there. When I called 4 hours before and they said it was. Long story thats just ridiculous to be apart of. No need or desire to visit staples again when there are other stores that can do the same simple jobs without wasting my time and money. This store is rated poorly for a reason.

Placed and order at 9am for same day pick-up. Its an hour drive to get here ..came at 4pm and was told my order couldnt be done because their print associate called in. I would not be leaving this review had I got a phone call or an e-mail. Poor service and will not return to this store nor do business with this Staples. I could have easily went to Springfield or even Columbia.

Theres 2 Beautiful people that treated me like nobody ever has... And their names are Memory and Dena. The most polite people Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting. Awesome customer service!!!!!! We were looking for transparent paper and was finally able to locate some at Staples. With the help of a very friendly customer service representative we located the item on the shelf and to my amazement, one bundle of transparent paper was almost $50. The service representative asked if we were only wanting too purchase one or two sheets and we said yes. She then walked us to the front counter and handed to us a few individual sheets of transparent paper. She explain that there was no need to spend $50 if all you only needed two pieces and then charged us $.11 per page. For that kind act I will definitely shop at staples again

Guesding there was only one person on the floor. Was looking for a recorder for meeting minutes. Was told aisle number and that it was by the shredders. I couldnt find it. When i asked him again he said i told you it was by the shredders! A customer should be taken to an item, not just told. I feel he was more interested in the young lady he was helping as she ran back and forth across the store. He was pushing an office chair following her. She stopped and chatted with another customer and again he waited. Chair could have been taken to the front of the store and left with the cashier. I needed help with what i wanted to purchase but i will find somewhere else to purchase it.

Helpful staff..kinda silly you have to use a card to print off one piece of paper that cost 12 cents but actually charges your card 5 dollars. BUT HEY youll get it back usually the next day lol

I just had an incredibly unpleasant experience getting 6 photos copied. the young woman at the Copy Center was not only unhelpful but argumentative about every thing that I discussed with her even the paper cutter that I was using. Every time I tried to express to her a preference in saturation or photo size instead of taking into consideration my wishes for listening to what I said she argued with me about their copying system and how she had no control over the machine she answered questions that I did not ask making assumptions about my knowledge of the printer she was using and at one point also told me that I was not allowed to come back there and look at the screen which I had never asked to do yet only wanted to see the print first before she printed off all 6 of them however when I mentioned this she blamed me for going to the bathroom and not staying there. The paper cutter in which she rushed over to stop me from using and then took from my hands bringing me one that was more dangerous without a guard and a dull blade that would have damaged the photos I was trying to trim was a horrible cutter yet the one that I was using was one that I would typically use at a FedEx Kinkos. During this time the unhelpful argumentative employee whom was more interested in making assumptions and blaming me for anything that I open my mouth about from the saturation of a photo to the size of them rather than just simply helping went and got the manager to I guess, tell on me, for using the wrong cutter and when the manager came over he was apathetic to any of my complaints, nothing was accommodated, for my complaints were pretty much ignored and I stated to the manager that my experience in the past with other employees had not been as unpleasant as my experience today. Regardless of my obvious dissatisfaction with the minor task of making a mere 6 copies of photos I was charged full price (8 dollars and some change) though it felt like I was being charged for arguing with an employee at this staples. I once again upon leaving expressed how unhappy I was with my experience and the manager offered me a weak Im sorry maam. I told him at that time that I would never come back again. If I could rate this staples in Jefferson City a negative star I would because I have never had to go through so much hassle for the simplest of task. The work ethic at this particular store has got to be unbelievably poor and the worst management team I have ever seen because as I was walking past the windows I noticed an employee at a different station behind a cash register on the other side of the store looking at me with a look of distain as I walked past the windows leaving which implies to me that in this store the customer is always wrong. I noticed immediately I was not the only customer writing a very poor review on this staples in Jefferson City. Quite unfortunately I am still unhappy with the outcome of the copies themselves and Im sitting in my car trying to find a different office center or copy center to go have these redone.

Im not usually one to complain about customer service, but this was beyond disappointing. I started off the night calling the store to see if I could bring my broken laptop in without the receipt but with the warranty and original box. The girl taking my call was very mumbly and hard to understand, but she said that it would be fine. So I proceeded to drive the 30 minute commute from my home and arrived at the store. When I entered, I was ignored and probably would not have been helped if I hadnt approached someone. 3 of the 4 employees I saw were sitting around doing nothing. When I told the employee who helped me what was wrong with my computer, he looked at me like I was stupid and said, Thats not right, which is a no-no in customer service. He then proceeded to tell me if I was right I was going to have to pay $360 to get my device fixed without even glancing at the warranty or looking anything up. When I mentioned the warranty, he had no clue because they stopped selling them before he worked there (less than 2 years ago.) He asked another employee who shrugged, said I dont know, and was absolutely no help. Then the two proceeded to tell me I was going to have to come back tomorrow morning and talk to someone else to see if it could be covered. Neither attempted to look anything up, call for assistance, or do absolutely anything to solve my problem. I am a college student and a photographer so I rely heavily on my laptop for both school and work, and now I wasted an hour of my time for nothing. Im very disappointed and do not recommend visiting this store. I will be taking my device back to the Sedalia store where it was purchased even though I will be driving an hour and a half just to do it.

This staples is absolutely worst staples Ive ever been to. And Ive been there a few times, but service just keeps on getting worst and worst. Sales clerks either dont exist in this store or are just too busy playing by themselves. You could be living this store and no one, i mean no one would come to ask you.About my most recent visit. So I went to check out some tabs, I go in and start looking at few. After 20 mins of standing there playing with every single one i decided to walk out. With in those 20mins no employee dared to come close to me and ask if you need any help. 3 cashiers standing by checkout seemed awfully busy playing on there phones, 1 rep had some tags in his hand and was walking from one end of the store to the other. couple of customers, came in wandered around and end up leaving coz of the same issue.Even if staples would be giving out free stuff everyday, I would never bother to go back into this store. Hated it

Theres nothing to like about this staple store. Worst customer service hands down. If you call this store for anything youll be put on hold and then hang up on. If you go to store, store employees will make you feel invisible. They will see you and move the other way.
