We love this school. My daughter has attended since kindergarten and my son will start this year! The administration, staff and teachers are great to work with. I have no doubt my child is safe and loved when she is at school. She has grown and matured spiritually and academically since she has been attending. Would definitely recommend UC to anyone searching for a great school. We wouldn’t send our kids anywhere else!

Our family has been associated with University Christian since 1971. We have been blessed by so many teachers, students and administrators over the years. No school is perfect or without flaws. But what overshadows this school is the longevity of graduating kids with a quality education in a Christian atmosphere. On occasion, I have sent qualified individuals to University because I believed that teacher and this school were a good fit. I never regretted sending men and women to teach there.

My child is a student at this school. I have called, emailed and visited the school to try to make contact with my childs teacher, counselor and/or principal. Nobody at this school ever calls you back. This is a prime example of staff members that are only interested in a pay check. This teacher is not teaching the children and making sure they understand the information, only interested in pushing paper and meeting deadlines.

We have 2 children attending UCS and we could not be more pleased with the education they are receiving. The staff and the teachers genuinely care about our children & not just their education but also their character and their spiritual growth. The staff takes a personal interest in our children and we know we have the opportunity to communicate freely with any concerns that may arise. My children attended the public schools when we relocated to Jacksonville only to fall behind and be bullied. University Christian is a safe environment that is conducive to learning and to helping my children mature into young men and women of integrity that I know will be well equipped to pursue any goals they have for their future. This school is such blessing to our family & I wouldnt want my children attending anywhere else!

I am a 2012 graduate and attended UCS for eight years. I graduated high school with 24 college credits and I am doing very well in college. I received an academic scholarship and I am projected to graduate with my Bachelors degree in the summer of 2015. UCS prepared me with life tools to be successful in college and in my future. I am thankful for the teachers and coaches that loved me and poured in to my life. I hope that I can be used to make a difference in the next generation just as my mentors were used in my personal life.

My daughter graduated from University Christian and they did an amazing job setting her up for the next stage of her life.

I have been here for only a week and I am loving it,I like how they challenge us so things arent so hard for us in the future,all the staff/teachers are very kind I recommend any kid or teen coming here.

We moved our daughter to University Christian School beginning her Junior year. She had a wonderful experience. We moved her from a very rigorous DCPS Magnet School and found her academic opportunities at UC to be right on their level. She was able to continue taking AP classes and add in a few college credits at the same time. She had no problems being accepted into the college of her choice and also received an academic scholarship. Additionally, she while at UC, she participated in the Gold Rush Band program and lettered in two sports before graduating. No school is perfect, but University Christian School was a perfect choice for her.

Went for interview and was not treated well next day got a phone call to make sure i understood her views. She was rude and sharp. Very disappointed.

All three of my kids are graduates of University Christian School. I could not imagine them attending any other school than UC! They have all moved on to excellent Universitys that have continued their education! UC is more than a school. The partnership we experienced as parents is beyond what anyone would ever expect and the spiritual investment has influenced them beyond high school. Thank you UC! #MoreThanASchool

I have three kids who attend UC (and another starting this year) and am beyond pleased with the education they have received. They are all lower school and each and every teacher is amazing. The smaller classroom sizes allow each student to get more attention and teachers are always there to help. UC provides a Christ-centered education and focuses on developing students character to be more like Jesus. I am personally familiar with the upper school and they are always striving to improve each and every area of the school. There will always be issues wherever you go, and UC is always striving to improve and be better. Each and every year they have done just that! The administration truly does care!

I had the privilege of graduating from UC in 2014 after attending since kindergarten. All of the teachers I had displayed the love of Christ; they were great examples to me. I was able to graduate from UC as valedictorian and with almost my AA degree due to the dual enrollment program. Going to UC prepared me on how to face the world in college by their academics and mentorship by teachers and faculty; I have just now graduated with my Bachelors in Chemistry-Biochemistry.

We are thrilled to have two of our children attending UC this year! UC provides top notch education and the staff are not only professional and qualified, but Christ-centered and devoted to the student body. The teachers love on their students and invest time and energy in making sure that the students are getting the best education both academically and spiritually. Knowing our children are getting such a quality education as well as learning about Biblibal principles and what it means to have a relationship with Christ makes us love and appreciate this school. We cannot say enough what a privilege it is to be apart of University Christian School!

I love Univeristy Christian. I was blessed to be able to atttend UC for 15 years, graduating in 2014. The teachers and staff portray the love of Christ and are excellent examples of how Christians should live. UC not only helped me grow in my relationship with Christ but also prepared me for college. When I graduated high school, I had over half of my college prerequisites completed. By taking the dual enrollment courses, I was able to learn testing strategies and time management skills that would help me to excell in college. Through using those skills and strategies, I have recently graduated college obtaining a bachelors of science in nursing from Jacksonville University, graduating with both departmental and univeristy honors.

University Christian is a school that is very near and dear to my heart. I have had the privilege of seeing UC from almost every aspect possible, as a student, parent and teacher. One thing, that I have seen through all of that is the genuine love and care the school has for students and families. As a student, from K4 to 12th grade, I was able to call UC home. I learned more than any book could have ever taught me as the teachers, coaches and administration knew me personally and showed me the love of Christ. They pushed me to excel in every area and helped shape the woman I am today. As a parent, I have seen the love each person in this school has for my child. They do not just teach her numbers and letters, but teach her to love Christ. They greet her warmly, and push her to excel even as a 3 year old. As a teacher, I get to see how much the administration and faculty truly cares about each student. Our goal is not just to prepare the students academically, but to prepare them to be life long learners who love others and most importantly have a true relationship with Christ. We want them to be bold followers of Christ who will change the world! The students here have also taught me as a teacher, as they care for one another and my family. I highly recommend University Christian and am proud to say that I am a graduate, teacher and parent of future graduates of University Christian.

There is NOTHING Christian about this school. They only see the color of the childs skin! There was no support or communication the entire school year. This is not a school where the Love of Christ is displayed!
