As a graduate student - and having had many professors, Dr. Chester unequivocally ranks #1. Profoundly brilliant — and similarly a great style. She is amicable yet serious about what she does. My son and I enrolled in Mrs. Densons full-time evening 63 hours course. It was a great experience; she is a talented teacher. However, the course load can be overwhelming; nonetheless, you will pass the class as long as you keep yourself from getting discouraged and follow her instructions. Therefore, I highly recommend anyone to enroll in Mrs. Densons course.

When I tell you that Dr. Melissa Chester is the truth, she’s the truth! I am a horrible test taker and not so great at math. Her concepts and analogies helped me so much in her class. Thank you so much Dr. Chester for everything. If you plan on taking a Real Estate class definitely take her class. There is no way you will fail if you study. I was up up until 3/4am with my classmate studying and WE DID IT!!!! We are half way there.🙏🏾Side note: Even if I would have failed I knew it wouldn’t have been her fault because she gives you “ALL” of the tools you need to pass. I LOVE HER!!!!! I think I’ll just go sit in her class every now and then while she’s teaching to soak up some more information. She knows her s***, she’s extremely knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. STAY AWAY IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE SCAMMED. I signed up for the 45 hour post licensing course online. When I was getting ready to continue the course a few weeks later, I find out I cant log on to the course because they were having issues renewing their licensing to teach the course. After hearing this I signed up at a different real estate school and was assured I would get my money back. This was OVER 2 MONTHS AGO and still no refund. Every-time I called about the refund they would give me the run around and direct me to someone else because, apparently Premier coast doesnt have the authority to give a refund only this third party company who I never heard of does. Now they are not answering my calls or returning them and I cant seem to get my money back. This place is so unprofessional and this has been the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Hands down the best adult learning experience I have ever had. Dr. Chester is an incredibly talented instructor. I enrolled for the 7 day, 63 hour course with little expectations that I could understand and retain so much information in such a short period of time. I tried online class many years ago and failed. Dr. Chester is the reason I did not fail a 2nd time. She prepares you for the exam but the method in which she presents the information helps you truly understand the concepts. She engages students by saying your name during her instruction (yes, she remembered ALL 30 students names the first day : ). She brings humor to the class and make funny facial expression that will make you laugh. All in all, this class was WELL WORTH $300. I am so grateful I had Dr. Chester as an instructor. I took the one week course, which seemed to be an overwhelming amount of information at first. However, Doc broke the information down to concepts, really focusing in on the core information to provide a baseline of applicable knowledge and understanding. The class was structured, but not boring. Docs teaching style was engaging and relatable. I highly recommend this class for anyone new to real estate or for those who have tried other courses and are still struggling.

I’m grateful this class popped up before I signed up to take an online course. Understand that you’re taking a 63 hour course in a week. Yes you’re going to feel overwhelmed because the amount of information you’re about to take in the week but don’t doubt yourself and quit. I took my RE class here over a year ago with Dr. Chester. She is a fantastic instructor. I have been licensed for a year and I feel that the education that I received from Dr. Chester and Premier was superior to many of the experiences my fellow licensees had with other schools. I passed the Board exam on the first attempt. Many of my colleagues took the exam several times before passing. I did not feel the material that challenging on the exam. I studied but I also attribute to the teaching of Dr. Chester. She keeps you engaged, explains the materials well and gives you real life examples. I was prepared for the exam and for the profession.

I did not want to write this review.... I really gave these people so many chances.First the professionalism is majorly lacking with the administration of the school and teacher.I paid for classes in November or 2020, I paid for in person classes, I had a family emergency and had to reschedule, Due to the Covid scare I asked if it would be okay to switch to online courses ( offered on the website )It took almost two months to get through to someone. E mail after e mail, call and voicemail after voicemail nothing.I finally spoke to someone and they allowed me to come pick up a book ( 3 months later )GREAT! I was hopeful!They said I should have my information to log into classes online within a few days... It’s now been two weeks and again no one is returning my phone calls or e mails.I gave up, signed up with another online school and was completed and ready to test within a week. I wasted $295. Lesson learned. And still no response...

It’s a fast course but Dr.Chester is great and will make sure to teach you all she knows ! It’s on you go get it !!! Good luck!!

I previously took an online RE course which was a huge waste of money due to the complexity of the course. On April 22, 2019 I started Dr. Melissa Chester‘s one-week real estate licensing class, which is sponsored by Premier Coast Realty, LLC. Total immersion!!9 days later, on May 1, after 60 class hours, I passed the end-of-class pre-licensing exam required to apply for a real estate license in the state of Florida. On May 11, I tested for and passed my Florida real estate license exam and I am now officially a Premier Coast Realty Sales Associate!To recap: in less than THREE WEEKS - from April 22 to May 11, 19 days - I was able to get it done! And now Ive started my real estate career.If you want to do what I just did - go from point A to point B with the least amount of cost for class and in the least amount of time but yet really actually learn the knowledge necessary to provide the foundation of a successful real estate career - you need to take the Premier Coast Realty School training.
