Excellent flight training experience & highly recommended!!! I was promptly assigned a flight instructor that matched my experience and learning style. CFII Chris Clement worked with me from day 1 on my weaknesses and shored them up with professional training. Stalls…Ugh! Went today for an Introduction and walk around. The Staff was on point, very knowledgeable, gave me a meticulous walk through of the school and fleet. They answered all my question and left behind a more than beyond expectation of the school. I can confirm the school is very clean, organized and comprehensive. I am coming to the school from Liberty Uni and already feel like home. This is the key to success when it comes to flight schools. I highly recommend and encourage a walk through.

I am so thankful I found Sterling Flight School! The open house was awesome and very informative. I appreciate every single email with new information on achieving my goal of a private pilot license. AMAZING Discovery Flight this past Saturday with Hans! I loved every second of it! Thank you so much for a great experience and letting me learn before even starting flight school! I was so surprised when Hans let me learn from moment I got in the plane, from going over the checklist to the taxi to the runway, to soaring through the sky and overtop of the hospital where I work, to even parking the plane. I can’t wait to learn how to land! It was such an incredible experience that I will never forget, as soon as I get my AME finished I’ll be “soaring with Sterling”

I came to Sterling from a Northern state to finish my Private Pilot License. They were very accommodating to my needs and the facility there is incredible. The planes are kept in pristine condition and I truly enjoy flying there. The communication was great throughout the entire process. They helped me make an easy transition to a new airplane and new area.

I got a tour of their flight A.I.M. Artificial Instructional Machine for review. They were very polite and welcoming. They gave me a tour of a few airplanes (Cessna) before Doc Holladay took me on a discovery Flight. They have a nice model of an engine in the lobby that is very explanatory for the mechanical mind. Holladay Flight then gave me a tour of their mechanic shop. 😎 Awesome #TeamWork

I took my grandson on a discovery flight with Crist (instructor pilot) and we loved it. My grandson has become very interested in getting his pilot license.

Sterling is a fantastic flight school with some of the best instructors available today. They also have made serious investments in new aircraft, so if you want to train in 2020 Archer TX with G1000 txi glass, this is the only place to go. I can recommend Jackie Anderson with every confidence that I’m getting the best IFR instruction possible.

Getting my private pilots license was easily one of the most memorable things Ive done. Alex Prodan, my instructor, made it what it was. Hes one of the best.

I have been renting from Sterling for about 4 years now. Their planes are nicer than any that I have rented from other schools in the past. Last year I did my instrument training with them. Their instructors are knowledgeable, helpful, patient and professional. I highly recommend them for your training or pleasure rentals.

I was interested in starting the process of getting my Privates License and found Sterling. Talking with Caitlin she suggested I come in and do a Discovery Flight. Josh, my pilot/instructor was amazing and walked me through the whole thing. We went up and flew for about 30 minutes and Josh explained so many great things about the airplane and what to look forward to. I’m now signed up with Sterling and ready to start getting my hours towards my license.

This School is amazing. Great people, extremely helpful. Caitlin from the front desk, greeted me with a smile and took away some of the stress associated with test taking. Following though with her commitment even weeks later after taking test. To make sure I found what I was looking for. Yesterday my boys Joshua & Jordan had an amazing tour of Sterling Flight Training facility in Jacksonvile. Great staff and very helpful in making you feel at home when you become part of their program. I highly recommend them for becoming a pilot. I had the opportunity to go up with Josh for a EAA discovery flight. He was a great instructor and Caitlin (the admissions specialist) answered all my questions and they both showed me around the facility. Definitely the best flight school at CRG. Highly recommend.

Took a tour today with my daughter staff was friendly & Knowledgeable. They took their time and answered every question my daughter had!! Cant wait to go back for her discovery flight on Tuesday!!

Today few hours ago I was at front door to ask questions,lady on front was polite she scheduleddiscovery flight for me.10 years ago I was on front door of school but I did not take any classes at that time.But,today Im again.Thanks!

One of my worst experiences in aviation. It took over a month to arrange the small twin, Grumman Cougar so that I could do my ATP check ride. They require an MEI to fly the airplane. They dont rent it out on a solo basis. When I finally got the airplane scheduled and the FAA examiner agreed to meet me at Malone Aviation, Mr. Malone became irate that we were running late. The examiner flew in from another location in FL.If there was some sort of problem, Mr. Malone was sending his young counter girl as a go between he and I. I finally, told her to let Mr. Malone he could talk to me directly. I then walked over to his office. Mr. Malone was verbally abusive and yelled at me that I cant tell him what to do with his plane and he can take it whenever he needs it. He was red faced with bloodshot eyes. I immediately thought he may be drunk or recovering from a hang-over, so I just apologized for any misunderstanding and continued with my flight.I ended up getting my ATP ride done, but will never use this FBO ever again and will never recommend it to anyone.
