This is a school that Is academically on par with the best our county has to offer.Yet, it has the unique feel of a small small town school. Its hard to find the right words to explain the atmosphere. As a grandparent I can only say, I feel blessed that my Gran-Kids are able to attend a school that provides this type of environment approx. 10 minutes from one of the countrys twenty largest citys. Its not about the bricks and mortar, its the administration and ultimately the staff that makes Whitehouse Elementary a blessing to Jacksonville, FloridaThanks, Poppa

Finally found a school where my son loves going to school everyday he is up at break dawn ready to go be at school and his teachers for the last 2 years have been very helpful and informative with us keeping us up to date with his progression

This is the school my two daughters go to, the teachers here are very caring and go out of their way to make sure your child succeeds in everyway.

The staff are wonderful, teachers are great we have had no problems with our other five grandchildren, thay are all doing very well in middle and high schools in Fl and Ohio.

Great school, great teachers. Love the small, neighborhood school feeling.

An awesome school I loved it when I went there back in 97 tho I think the staff has changed

I hate this School with a passion. The teachers try, but you cant help this school. My daughter could barely read when school let out this year and shes not been tested for dislexia and needs to be cause it runs heavily in her Fathers side of the family. I begged them to test her. And they didnt.

This school was horrible. The staff tries for the most. They are friendly but our children don;t learn or at least take away the information. After moving to another school my child was almost 6 months behind. I was so upset and now my daughter has to work harder then ever to catch up. The curriculum is crap and the funding is soo poor i can;t expect anything else. Like i said the staff and teachers try and are polite but cant afford propre teaching material. Thanks again as always Duval County
