Raul is THE BEST INSTRUCTOR ever!! I am 48 and have never driven before! Hes patient, very very compassionate and a hands on instructor! Hes very dedicated to the student and treats you like the most important person ever! I passed my driving test on my first try and I HIGHLY recommend him to ANYONE!! Thank YOU Raul!

They never answer there phone. Also the lady hung up on me when Im trying to get help with getting logged in very rude lady, would be nice if they found someone much nicer to answer the phones and the knowledge to help some in the business that she works in.Also very hard to get a refund. Been trying forma while. Dont believe its a scam but they are defiantly unprofessional.I would look other places before I gave them my money.

I just saw student driver and instructor driving on 9B for a miles in left lane under speed limit. I am not sure where their instructors went to traffic school but left lane is for passing ONLY! You need to get them back in school before they teach others how to drive and traffic rules.

I had a great experience with Jax Defensive Driving School and my instructor Yanays!! She was very patient with me and helped me get down everything I needed to know to pass my driving test the first time and pass I did! I would recommend anyone who needs that extra bit of help to get their license to consider them!! Thank you so much Yanays!!

I had such an awesome experience with this school. The instructor was very patient and thoroughly explain everything to me during our practices. She took her time and ensure I executed everything correctly. Thanks to her I got my license today, ‘yay me’. So thankful i found this school, i was trying to teach my grandson how to drive but the stress and fight made it impossible. So bad i dont remember the intructor name but she was really helpful. Now he has his license and ready to go.

I wouldnt trust these people to teach safe driving. While driving behind a tan Nissan Versa with the Jax Defensive Drive School logo on it, I was shocked to see it blow right through the Kernan Middle School zone going at least 40 miles an hour. She must have been too busy talking on her phone to notice the flashing yellow lights overhead, or all the other traffic slowing to 15 miles an hour. I called to make the suggestion they drive more carefully, and was hung up on for my effort. Not picking up the phone when I called back was far from a professional touch.Also, I would suggest any company that has employees post reviews to improve their rating should instead look to improve their customer service instead. Get your drivers (or at least those that drive cars with your logo on it) to drive without breaking the law, and your office staff seriously needs retraining. Courtesy can go a long way!

Calling around to get info for my daughter, same people as jax driving school, first coast driving school, palm coast driving school, st augustine driving school and I guess the same as the jax indian driving school and the danny one too that are on the best schools in jacksonville which i guess is their web site as well. all different websites with different prices for the same stuff. seems hokey to me.

I am very sorry for your bad experience with the driving school you went to, this is Jax Defensive Driving School Inc, the difference is (Defensive ),this is a completly different company and fortunately reviews dont lie, we have been working very hard as small business, for us its not just making money, we help a lot of students some time with extra class, most of the students we get are recommended by some of previous students that we have had and I just call that GOOD WORK.

Ha! I would think twice before I used this school for my child! I just saw the driver with earbuds in her ears, swerving and TEXTING!!!!!!I honked my horn and she put her phone down. Really??? Then when I called the office number to report her the woman (who was clearly older than the woman driving the car) hung up on me. I tried calling back twice and it went to voice mail. Very strange.

I tried for days to get ahold of somebody for a drivers license and practice and nobody has gotten back to me. Also, their voicemail is full so I cant even leave a voicemail so I will he going somewhere else. Would rate 0 stars if I could because I didnt receive ANY service.

A really good experience, very nice and well prepared instructors that make you feel comfortable and safe mind time youre driving . They make shore you are well prepared for the driving test and not only that they tech really great technics so you can be ready for de road . Ill try with some driving schools before and I wont say they were bad but I wasnt ready to drive by myself until one of my friends tell me about this driving school

My daughter is 17 and she was scare to death to drive until i called this school. Thanks to the instructor yanay she passed the driving test. Thanks Jax Defensive Driving School.

I had the worst instructor. He didnt come from the school I called. He came from another school giving me a story of how he connected with the school. And I just personally think he was all about the money.
