Please avoid sending your little ones here. This facility does not care about the well being of your child. The sitters are very rude, unattentive, and always has an attitude. Ive witnessed older children playing rough with toddlers and nothing is being said. The sitters are often frowning when you bring your child into the facility. I worry about the cleanliness of this facility. Children are often sick and the sitters does not disinfect things. Children are constantly being rotated in and out the facility hourly and yet theres no cleaning being done. New leadership is needed at the facility ASAP.

My 3yo autistic son who has never been to a daycare in his life or been around kids other than at the park, absolutely loves it here. He leaves so happy and it is boosting his confidence and making him social. He has only been twice but he loves going. Honestly everyone knows about this location and loves it. Highly recommend and will keep coming back

I have been using this location for over a year now & cannot rave enough about each lady that works here. I was referred by clients & literally could not be more grateful to have a place I can go to if I need someone to watch my babies. I am so paranoid about anyone watching my children but we have had nothing but great experiences here. It is clean & is a great environment & my children have so much fun. All the ladies seem to really enjoy their jobs & makes my kids feel welcome. Even through the pandemic they have maintained an amazing environment. Thanks again

My son and daughter love it here. They are safe, well cared for, and they allow reservations to ensure I have childcare when needed. Their rates are very reasonable and their customer service is excellent.

I love it here! I couldnt be more grateful for the fact that this opened in Jacksonville. Giggles is where my son who is 1 1/2 had his first real day care experience and he looks forward to it every day. He even waves good bye to me when I drop him off with no issues! Hourly care is $9/hour but they have awesome plans that save you a lot of money. We do the $375/month for both of our kids and that gives us 4 hours each day Monday thru Saturday. They provide snacks for the kids at no extra charge and even have lunch/dinner options that you can purchase. They do allow you to bring your own food as well. Hours they are open are amazing as we dont always tend to drop them off around the same time due to our work schedules and sometimes we want to do a date night. They are open Mon-Wed: 8:30 am - 9 pm; Thurs: 8:30 am - 10 pm and 8:30 am - 11 pm. Plus Jenny and her staff are amazing, my kids love them! I definitely recommend giving Giggles a try, we are glad we did!

Clean and welcome environment. Offers reasonable costs and opens for service at decent times for the working mom or dad looking for date night. Youngest age the center cares for is 12 months old. Service includes snacks, lunch and dinner for extra cost, but you can bring your own food. Also, there are cameras in the facility and a tight ID check when taking children out the center. Will recommend to friends and family.

This place is a life saver! The camp is amazing too! The staff is always so sweet and helpful.

The staff here are always welcoming and greet us with a smile. They stick to a schedule and maintain control in a situation that could be very chaotic. Giggles is my go-to for drop in care when I have client meetings in town!

I love love love this place. This was my husband and I first time away from our kids and they made us feel very comfortable. Im kind of a hovering mom but they assured me that theyre in good hands and they were.🤗

I wish I could just give this place 10 stars and one word...Amazing! My almost 2 year old had her first daycare/play date experience with Giggles today. She is very peculiar with who she trusts and interacts with, so much so, that most extended family members are unable to watch her without lots of crying. Today, within one minute, Giggles staff had her in the play area, and she stayed there 2 hours with no crying after I left. Staff there today were perfect. There was nothing they couldve done better. I will be driving from New Bern at least 3 times weekly to give my daughter the opportunity to interact with other little kids in an environment that I know that she will be well taken care of without having to put her in full time daycare. So glad this place is here! Its great to have somewhere fun to have my children at for when I work some during the week and for dates and other errands! All the staff there are very friendly and my kids love going there! I tell everyone about them all the time :-)

LOVE IT! After being in New York for the last few years and not having access to ANY drop in care I was THRILLED about this place! Everyone is super nice, place is clean and I feel like my children are safe.

We are there CONSTANTLY. Jenny is amazing and the rest of the staff is composed of pure awesome! My mini is excited to go to Giggles every morning

I am so glad I found this place! This is the first daycare my son has been to and I couldn’t be happier. I completely trust the staff and everyone is very friendly and always remembers my sons name!

My little one came here last week,just one hour, and got fever in the midnight that day!It’s so high that is 103.3!!! We came to the emergency, and also came to see doctor for follow up. The results were diagnosed as hand-foot-mouth disease.Exactly,it’s not clean enough here!And also,children with disease are allowed here,I mean,there’s nothing to make sure kids are healthy!?!I want to talk with them, but anyway,my little one is already sick, and still hurt now,fever in midnight,it makes me crazy and unbelievable!Be careful if you choose a kids drop in place,especially here!!
