Multiple classrooms shut down for 14 days due to a teacher being exposed. (okay fine there is a pandemic out there I got you)Here is the problem, I pay almost 1300 a month for my child to attend here, and im suddenly told, no refunds and you signed a waiver. (which by the way says if your child has symptoms not If one of our employees get sick we can charge you money and provide no service with impunity)Now I have to figure out what to do with my child, not to mention HALF of what I paid to a MULTI MILLION dollar corporation (NYSE: BFAM) is gone, simply because they can get away with ripping off its customers.I can not speak to other class rooms ( I think 4 are shut down right now)but I can speak for PT1. We have had 3 different teachers in the last 4 months. Stay away, hide your wallet.

As a first time mom, working full-time, my husband and I needed to be at peace with where and who our son spends his day with (especially during COVID-19). B.H. is the second daycare our son has attended and he couldnt be happier! We love the safe, caring, loving, positive atmosphere they offer. They are organized and communicate well with the parents, and also very responsive. We appreciate the parent conference calls to keep us informed. The classrooms are big enough for the children to move around without getting hurt. The teachers are sweet and appear to enjoy what they do! We are blessed to have found this location!

We are a Bright Horizons family and have been for three years. I absolutely wouldn’t send my child anywhere else. Great curriculum. Strong director. The teachers are kind and caring, but the kids also learn so much. Even when a discrepancy arises (very rare) I have been impressed with way the school handled them - which is the true test for any establishment.

Bright Horizons at the Avenues is amazing. My child has been going to the school since they were 3 months old. Every single teacher and administrator truly loves working with children and it shows. They make sure to put the children and family first. When COVID occurred, I knew that I never needed to worry about the safety of my child. They were already doing the necessary steps to keep the children safe. The teachers are also amazing with introducing concepts and lessons to the children. My two year old can count to 20 and can recognize the alphabet. Not to mention all the sweet children songs. I absolutely love this school and highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for childcare.

Bright Horizon has been a part of my family for almost 5 years. The teachers, staff and director are caring, attentive, and respectful. They care about and know every child by name, even if that child is not in their class. I love that my kids are happy and safe which means a lot when you have to leave them for several hours everyday.The fact that they have a curriculum is even better. My kids are learning and developing everyday. My oldest is preparing for kindergarten and after an assessment, a requirement for attendance at that school, it was refreshing to hear that he is prepared and ready for the fall, which is accredited to Bright Horizon @ the Avenues.

Both of our children attended school here for a while and they did an amazing job helping them grow into the people they have become today. We were extremely pleased with their results and i would offer my utmost recommendation if youre looking for a school for your child. We have tried other schools for our children and none of them have provided such an amazing experience as Bright Horizons at the Avenues.

Our children attended Bright Horizons for a couple years. The time we had their was immeasurable. The entire staff was so friendly. They all new our names and who our children were. It felt like family. Our kids always came home happy and sharing all the new things they had learned. We are thankful to all the Bright Horizons staff for the fantastic foundation they established in our children.

Amazing center with a wonderful, engaging curriculum. My son loves his teachers and I feel comfortable leaving him in their capable hands. Its hard for any first time momma to leave their baby with anyone else but Ms. Mary and Ms. Ravin put me at ease and kept me up to date on all of my little guys daily happenings. Love this center and wouldnt put my child anywhere else!

First let me say my child is not perfect and was having some issues that could be severe. With that said I felt as soon as the center became aware my child was targeted and bullied which made things worse for her. This center wants perfect children not anyone with issues in personal life or any other form. The staff tells you one thing and then turn around and tell you something different -which can be frustrating and leave you in a bind.

It was when I walked into the facility I was with my mother (who is a 30 year teacher with a Doctorate degree in early child hood education) and she was impressed with the place that I knew I was in someplace special. Attention is placed on teaching children from the time they learn to talk until they get through, but they manage to make the learning fun for the kids.

The place seems really nice, though very expensive. I had my 15mo there and within 2 months period he was bit 7 times. We had him moved to another class after the 4th time, and within a weeks period in the new class he was bitten 3 more times within a weeks period. They have no policy on biting and it seems to me in our experience, they dont care to do anything with the children that bite. If I pay as much money as I do to send my son there I expect more. I expect more from any daycare. They are there to watch your children when you cant and when your child comes home with bruises from being bit, it is very upsetting. Then they tell you there is really nothing they can do about it... how about separating the bitter, following him, or removing him from the facility if it continues to happen.

Weve been very happy at the care given and warmth of the staff. Very clean facility and attentive staff that truly care about the early education being provided.
