I just recently started the program and so far it’s been great. My advisor Miranda Murphy has been super helpful and answered any questions I had about the program in general. I just recently finished my ITIL class and passed this one to start. I am now on my A+ class and so far so good. The program is a great learning tool for those wanting to obtain IT certifications. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to get into the IT industry!

George Clay is amazing. I was focused on a path that was not producing results. He explained where I was going wrong in my approach and recommended the CUSS program. I am thankful that now I will be getting my foundation in place so I can truly change my career path into the IT industry. I just finished my CUSS and the entire experience was fantastic. Before ACI I was planning on having a career in the service industry. In fact I was in the parking lot of the restaurant I was about to interview at when George Clay reached out to me. He was extremely helpful and informative every step of the way. The whole experience was fantastic and I plan on continuing my education with ACI.

Let me start by saying the programs they offer are amazing and most of the staff are very supportive and helpful. However the schools main instructor or whoever he is named Bob is very judgmental and stereotypes based off looks and race it seems. He doesnt care at all only about funding(which they ALWAYS received from me because the VA pays, but because I couldnt control when they decided to pay him that was an issue). I went through health issues and family death, (car accidents, then covid hit my family hard) and even though all of that, I still managed to pass my classes but unfortunately life did happen. He lacked empathy and it was very noticeable. He denied me reentry based off his opinion and I was told I should find another program even though I have an IT background and passed my.classes despite what was occuring in my personal life. People like Bob are one of the reasons many veterans deal with anxiety and depression when trying to get back to civilian life and structure. Its unfortunate because I wholeheartedly loved everything else about the program but he is very rude and discouraging

I was on edge a little but after talking with him I felt very confident about attending. Got three certifications through them. Those certifications ultimately help me land a job less than 3 months after graduating from the Customer User Support Program. Instructors were very knowledgeable and were always willing to help. If you can get KJ for as many of your classes as you can. He goes above and beyond to help in any way possible.

ACI is a wonderful school, the instructors are very knowledgeable, and will help you any way they can. It is a credible institution, I like how they allow you to re-sit classes if you feel you need more time to retain the information.

I have to say the whole onboarding process was very smooth, the staff were very helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. They made sure they attended to any needs or problems the student had. The training itself was very tedious and one had to be very dedicated and hard working to meet the challenges. Robert MacIntyre really went above and beyond to help me find a program that is well suited with my career goals! He worked with me find accessible ways to fund my program. This was the best opportunity that I received in 2020. The classes are structured and are organized in a way that does not impede in your everyday life. The teachers are amazing and some really go that extra step to make sure that you understand the content you are learning. Also, the advisors are patient and very understanding throughout the learning process. My advisor, Jay Thompson, was a really big help in this regard. I had an issue where I felt like I was falling behind but with his help I was able to get a one on one session with one of the teachers and get backon the right track. I took the User Support Specialist as my foundation course for a career change to cybersecurity field with the ease of enrollment, the informative explanation of the program details thanks to Brandon Smith. The anxiety of a newbie in the field gradually went away and filled in with awesome experience learning and knowledge sharing with instructors throughout my classes. Labs on demand and ITPro TV are the plus. I still have access to study and learn on my own time after graduation. Adonis Baybayan is very helpful with real life experience sharing and all the VMs demonstrations to help me understand the lesson better.

Clear comprehensive instruction even during the forced virtual environment. Correspondence to get admin tasks handled was expedient and am currently onto my third block of instruction. The certification exam preparation is held to a pretty high standard as well to ensure a higher passing probability.

Through this program, and under such a short period, I was equipped with the right and necessary skills, and certs that I needed in my pursuit to gain meaningful employment.

I enrolled at ACI Learning Center back in August 2020, thru my journey, I have gain a lot of knowledge and experience with this organization. I recently completed my CompTIA Security+ Certification with this organization. They have a very good support team and tutoring mentorship that will help you achieve any goals. Ive been an ACI (formerly LeaderQuest) student for several months now. Ive gained both my CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications thanks to the amazing teachers and learning material provided by ACI. If you are looking to learn some new IT skills and pick up some certifications, I highly recommend them. You can use your VA benefits for classes.

Did the online training for ITIL certification during Covid lockdown. The zoom classroom process was good and easy to follow. They give you a lot of support to help make sure you pass your exam. The only mild complaint would be for the classroom to take a break every now and then to take quizzes to help check what you are or arent remembering for the exam.

Had the opportunity to take PMP and ITIL training courses offered online in the evenings. Easy to use portal. Excellent instructors and comprehensive course materials ensure you are prepared to take certification exams. Leader quest is very helpful, they do their best for students to be successful. If you want to go in IT and do not have any experience, leader quest will show you the right path to start and further your education. They have great staff and professional instructors.
