It was excellent my daughter had been trying forever to get me to come but between work and being tired etc etcI got a back facial and baby it was really nice the thing I would say is the room was a little chilly but other then that I loved it black ppl excellence

Would not recommend for students school is unprofessional and un organized instructors are rude & dont care for the students i was getting my hair done and no instructors where around i heard them talking rudely to the students

I gave 1 star, because when I was here today the strong aroma of make-up and nail polish made my allergies act up and I felt miserable all day today.I expect better conditions in the future!I come here every three weeks.F+

Well where do I start... the greeting was great... the atmosphere was great.... the service was great! Definitely going back and recommend if you are inspiring to be a licensed cosmologist or barber etc you should check them out!

I saw the feature channel 8 did on Mrs. Fuquas Institute of beauty and decided to try their services. Everytime I called to make an appointment the line was busy. During the news feature I recalled Mrs. Fuqua saying they accepted walk ins, so I decided to pay her a visit. I was greeted by Mrs. Fuqua she actually chose my stylist and I must say I am so satisfied with her service and very impressed by her skill level. I recommend Mrs. Fuquas Institute to everyone....liz

I was looking forward to learning about growing in the Nail Tech field. However, there was little to no instruction, equipment was either used, old or not working. The students were friendly, but the conversations were very inappropriate for learning. I wish the school nothing but the best, however, it is not the type of place I would recommend to anyone to attend as a student.

I am ALWAYS pleased after getting my hair cut, roller set, iron out, and/or color to sometimes include a manicure/pedicure. The students are professional and eager to learn. The culture and environment at the school is warm and welcoming. It is a blessing to receive a service that UPLIFTS my SELF ESTEEM while simultaneously helping the students achieve their goals of making their dream a reality!!!

I thank God for this place. The culture and environment is positive and family friendly. Communication is key with any strong relationship, and Ive had a much better experience here than at my previous barber school. I would recommend to anyone seriously inquiring to do business as a student or a consumer in the barber and beauty industry. I have much love and appreciation for Ms. Jackie and all that she does for her family, friends and the community.

I’ve been here a few times with my boys and on a slow day they are fast and do a great job ! If you decide to go do it on the weekday because on the weekends they are busy !

Absolutely terrible, while yes, I know they are students, it was more horrible than I ever imagined. My hair was tugged on, earrings ripped out, and my hair did not even turn out close to what I wanted. The instructor needs to supervise better, because the student was nervous the whole time, my color nor my cut turned out like the images I provided. Would not recommend, they need more experience working with Caucasian hair, because honestly I have never dealt with a place worse. Worst $70 I ever spent, and also have never cried over hair not turning out. Took 6 and a half hours for highlights and a trim. WOW No.

I took my sister here and she was very pleased with the service and the outcome of her hair. Much better job than PJ’s in Greenfield.

I absolutely loveeeeeeeedddddd my hair!!!! I got the Taraji cut and when I tell you Devon gave me lifeeee with that cut! And the receptionist was so nice and down to earth! I love the feel of this place and I will definitely be coming back to get shaped up or more color! 😍😍😍😍 IN LOVE WITH HOW MY HAIR TURNED OUT!
