Love it here. My son is autistic and he felt right at home here. His 2 week instructor Jacob was amazing with him! He was nothing but patient and kind. Safe to say we are excited to continue with his swimming lessons !

Our 4 year old son has only been here for 2 months and has excelled in swimming thanks to his wonderful swimming instructors! All of the staff/instructors have been nothing but friendly and helpful with any questions we have. My son is never scared to get in the water because he feels so safe here and loves going to swim everyday! I would recommend this place 10000000%!

My son and I are both taking lessons at HSC Cypress. Both of us have/had Mr. Jacob as our coach. My son loved to go to his class as Coach Jacob was always cheerful and encouraging. As for me, my swimming skills improved so much under Coach Jacob’s guidance. I followed his instructions and was able to swim breaststroke in three lessons. He is always very patient. Coach Jacob is the best!!

We love HSC!! Miss Sienna is the absolute BEST! My son’s face lights up as soon as we turn into the parking lot, and he squeals the moment he sees Miss Sienna!We started our son in swim lessons at five months old and it has been one of the best decisions we ever made. Miss Sienna is the number one reason we keep coming back. :) Miss Sienna is so much FUN and makes learning AWESOME! She has quickly become my eleven month old’s FAVORITE person - and my husband and I are way more than ok with that!!Because of Miss Sienna’s instruction my water baby is not only completely comfortable in the water, he is THRIVING! Every week the faith he has in himself grows, and that’s all thanks to Miss Sienna. People at the neighborhood pool just marvel at how well my son can float on his own and how he knows to kick his feet and move his arms when in the water, especially at his age. (He turns one in October.)As a former lifeguard and swim instructor myself (a million years ago), I have got to say I am so impressed with Miss Sienna. She’s not just AMAZING at her job, she’s an amazing person.We look forward to swim lesson day because well, it’s our favorite day of the week!Thank you, Miss Sienna!! We LOVE you!!

Hands down the best experience I could have hoped for for my 3 year old. He went from complete hysterics at home every time his eyes got wet in the tub, to not even flinching at putting his face in the water/pouring water over his head within the course of 3 days! By the end of the two week Guppy class, he was asking when he was going back to swim lessons. The way of teaching is very respectful to the kids, and I appreciate the thoughtfulness in including a book that I could read to my son in the days leading up to our first lesson. He knew exactly what to expect and couldn’t wait to try the frog slide. Highly recommend to any parent with kids who are hesitant around water and who want a safety first learning experience.

My daughter is 3 years old and started with HSC Cypress in March 2021. She has been with multiple coaches but her favorite one is Mr. Jacob, he is so energetic, fun and compassionate. Thank you very much for your time, energy, effort, and patience with all of the kids, you are the greatest!

My son has been attending the Houston Swim Club in Cypress for months, met multiple instructors and we’ve seen great improvement in comparison to other schools. He has gained confidence while in the pool. All the staff there is friendly and have helped with our inquiries. We appreciate Mr. Matt for starting him on the right path!

Well organized,. Runs on tight schedule. In pool staff are remarkably patient with my GKs. They make learning to swim quite fun.

My son just started and we are day 3 but love Mr. Rigo and says he has a fantastic coach. Cant wait to see his progress.

We love HSC Cypress! Mr. Matt is literally the best teacher. He is hard enough on the kids but still keeps it fun. I’ve even started taking adult classes with him now.

Mr Greg is perhaps one of the best swim instructors we have come across. Terrific with young kids, able to help them find the will and their own inner drive to succeed.

My daughter started going here with ED Guppy classes with Mr Matt. Realized I just got lucky with him, as I did not have any preference when we first started. Our daughter progrssed real quick with him. He is the best.HSC Online portal is easy to register and makes life easier.Facility is clean, but only cons is few changing areas, long wait specially when it gets busy.

We have been taking our son here for swimming lessons for over a year now. The staff are very knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about their role as a swim instructor. The facility is very clean and the staff take great care to ensure the safety of everyone. It is never too early to enroll your child in swimming lessons, and I would definitely recommend this establishment to others.

I’m very pleased with the techniques used to teach them how to swim and the patience instructors have with each student. They progress at their own pace and a lot of times spent making sure they’re comfortable in the water. Can’t wait for her to continue her lessons but only when it’s safe to resume.

It is an Excellent experience for my 4 years old son!!! Since the first day he has stepped in the class with Ms. Shelby, he always talked about how he could not wait to be back again for the next day. Besides providing the Solid swimming techniques for my son, Ms. Shelby is very patient and heartful to each student. I am really appreciated that HSCC staffs put their heart in their work with the young children. I strongly recommend this facility to every parents. 🤗

The instructors are great and so patient with the kids. Our son has been instructed by Kylie and most recently by Matt and they both have been absolutely amazing.

So far its amazing.. my 4 y/o loves the class and the teacher she gets excited to go everyday!! The staff are very nice and friendly!

We love HSC! Every single employee is great and the kids learn so fast. Both of mi kids are with Miss Ericka and she is great, very patience with them!

We have been attending this facility for 5 years. My daughter started out with mommy and me classes at 6 months old and is now a Marlin. My son started at 2.5 years and is now a Dolphin. The whole facility is very well kept and they recently added a small kid play area which is super helpful to keep the little ones busy. The most experienced teachers are currently, Matt, Greg, and Brit. We have had Matt and Greg as teachers and both are great.

My 2.5 year old daughter and I have both attended classes here and I highly recommend it!

Water Aerobics! I love that HSC now offers Water Aerobics. The class is fun, the exercises can be done at your level and your speed. Its easy on your joints and back. Classes have adult students aged 18-70. Its great for everyone and the instructor is fantastic! Its a low impact, enjoyable workout youll want to go back for over and over again.

Excellent teachers ! Courteous management. As a parent If you keep communications open with the instructors and management about your child’s progress, your child will excel here.My daughter loves Mr Matt and Mr Gregg !Kudos to both of them for doing an amazing job.

This place did an amazing job in teaching my daughter how to swim! I am very pleased. She now is a great swimmer.

Our son has been going to Houston Swim Club since he was 5 months old, and now at 2 years old, he is very comfortable and knowledgeable in the water. He can easily float by himself, use his hands to pull himself along the side of the pool and can grab the side to pull himself up after floating.He LOVES going to swimming every week, and just a month ago he moved into a class ahead of his age due to his abilities! All the instructors weve had have been so supportive and patient, and our son has enjoyed working with all of them.As parents with a pool in our backyard, we have so much peace of mind knowing that our son has water safety skills already, and will continue to develop into a great swimmer as we keep going to Houston Swim Club!

This place is amazing! The staff really cares about the kids and you can see how much fun the kids have while learning! This has been such a good experience! Being a teacher myself, I admire these guys for teaching them skills they will have for life! I will bring all of my kids to HSC Cypress! Miss Cat is especially great!

It is a great swimming school for kids (never tried adult one so I cant comment). It has great facility with enough changing rooms and rest rooms. The staffs and coaches are friendly and always available. Once my girl fell in the shower room by accident and they got the ice pad for us to ride home. They have great programs and the tuition is cheaper than some other swimming schools. Their make-up class system is reasonable and we were happy there!

My kids love it here. Weve been to a few kid centric swim facilities in town and HSC Cypress has been the best overall experience thus far. Instructors are generally effective and seem to be well trained. Most of the kids are super happy to be here. The facilities are generally well kept and the service staff are helpful. They are quick to answer all emails and calls, which is something Pengu needs some serious work on. Service and customer happiness seems to be a top priority here.

Weve been coming here for almost a year since my son was year old. They are so nice and helpful here. The facility is new and clean. There are paritioned changing areas as well as three rooms with doors that have doors and lock. There is one large pool for lessons and two smaller pools. That is where we take parent-child lessons for 30 minutes a day. The instructors are knowledgeable and help make things go easier when your child is being reluctant.

Weve been members since 2014. All of the instructors are helpful and caring. They will even call you if you have questions regarding your childs progress. The facilities are for the most part clean. They have been improving the scenery by adding tiki information station & tiki frill to the changing rooms. The dolphin mascot is a nice addition as well.

Excellent! I highly recommend Houston Swim Club. My son knows how to get himself out of the pool or float on his back in the event he finds himself in a predicament. I still watch him closely but am thankful for the skills he has received and continues to receive at HSC.

This is a second review after leaving a complaint about their rigid make-up policies. To recap, I was upset after having to miss multiple classes behind a very bad ear infection for my infant. I have since been contacted by the director and she explained the misunderstanding and has taken steps to make sure it doesnt happen to anyone else. If youre in a bind they WILL work you. Nice facility, good teachers and a fun place for children to be. My child is 9 months and he loves it!

I have to say this is long over due this place has some of the best service and understanding staff i have ever been to way to go guys! my daughter is always looking forward to attending her class

Both of my children have had a great first swimming experience through Houston Swim Club. All the instructors they swam with have been great and have helped create a love for water.

Ms Terasina is amazing. She was absolutely great with all the kids in the class. We had to leave HSC after moving out of state. I honestly miss her and how amazing she was with my daughter! I also really loved the structure of the class, and all the skills my daughter learned there.

My 3 children (6, 5, and 2) have been members of HSC Cypress for 4 years now with all 3 starting in parent-child classes. From day 1, my kids have felt safe and excited about going swimming with Ms. Lexi...or Ms. Brit...or Ms. Casey...or Mr. Anthony! Because of HSC Cypress, I can officially say my children have never worn floaties in a pool setting, and we have pools in our backyard and family backyards. They know how to safely navigate swimming pool environments, and my wife and I can comfortably introduce them to any water environment (water parks, lakes, rivers, beaches, etc).My 2 older daughters just completed their first season as members of a WHALe Summer Swim team in the 6 & Under age group. Their coaches, who have swam and coached collegiately, asked me after the first practice where my girls learned their swimming techniques?. I proudly told and recommended them to Houston Swim Club! One coach is enrolling her 3 year old daughter as soon as the season ends for her.HSC Cypress has incredible instructors teaching in a terrific swim lesson environment using tested and certified techniques that are proven to work. Proud to be part of it!

The trainers are very good but the service of the receptionist staff is very bad, lacking in politeness and kindness.
