The director puts a lot of effort into making the families comfortable. I enjoy the structure the kids are actually learning all day & still having fun. The children are healthy and the teachers. I really have no complaints & It is not easy to work with children that have so many various needs yet they work as a team and get the job done!! I appreciate the staff here!! I absolutely love this place! Sana Sajeel, the director is extraordinary with children. She is the reason that we came for a tour, enrolled immediate, and had the most gentle transition possible. Sana is not only compassionate and knowledgeable about early child education, but also organized and professional. The facility that she runs is clean, regimented, fun, inclusive, and joyful for children. After seeing my daughters journey here from tears in the beginning to now running to the door excited to join the class every day, I feel such peace and comfort knowing she is in the best care. The food is wonderful and the care is exceptional. Not to mention, the parental access to cameras gives peace of mind that you know what your child is doing Amd how he/she is being cared for at all times. I cannot recommend the 11803 Briar forest Dr. location enough. Forever grateful to have found La Petite.

Twice my wife and I tried scheduling a tour, it was canceled twice without letting us know - and left me with an impression that this place isnt professionally run.First time, wife and I got onto our scheduled virtual tour and nobody showed up. When we called in, turn out due to rain they had a power outage. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, we rescheduled.It was supposed to be Fridays this morning (as of this review). We got automated notifications reminding us of the virtual tour. But, on the day of when we were about to log in to see the virtual tour, it showed that it was canceled without any notification.We called in and they said that it was probably cancelled because of some conflicting schedule. They should have known it was conflicting when they scheduled it.If this is the kind of experience before we are clients of this company, I dont doubt that the experience as a client would be as bad, if not worse.

I was introduced to La Petite Academy in 2010 . My nephew was attending the school then; Ms Kim was his teacher and Ms Charlotte was the director. Fast forward to six years later, I now have my daughter enrolled here and Ms Kim, Ms Charlotte and Ms Pauline are all still here and are just as exceptional as they were years ago with my nephew. Ms Chelsea has been remarkably incredible and very professional towards me and other Parents. I have literally witnessed ALL the changes and advancement with this facility and I am HIGHLY satisfied. I recommend this daycare to friends and all others I know looking for reliable childcare geared towards proper Child Development and advancement!

We can’t say enough positive things about the care our son receives here. He began at 3 months old and now 4 months later, we’re so very happy with all of the nurturing and education he receives. The four women in the infant room are exceptionally trained with years of experience and tenure at La Petite. Our son is genuinely fond of each of them and they show support for us as first time parents when we ask questions or request special care instructions. The rest of the staff is courteous and even know my son’s name, despite not being his direct caregivers. Lastly, we love the app for keeping up with him throughout the day and quickly communicating with them should anything arise. Even better, we get a peek every now and then at the fun they have planned, our son happy and engaged in addition to development milestones being met. We would definitely recommend this school.

I have a child on the autism spectrum. Upon enrollment we were told that he would be treated equally and with the little extra attention he needed. All a lie. They clearly just wanted the money. They could have been honest, instead they singled my child out and treated him differently. Don’t do that to a child. This place is definitely not recommended by me.

My son has been going here since last August and he loves it. The teachers and director are great. There have been lots of changes and all for the better. No complaints here.

We adore La Petite! Both of our kids have gone here since they were infants. Our oldest has just completed Kindergarten, and the instruction he had in the Pre-K program at La Petite helped him thrive when he started school.The administrators and teachers are top notch and provide a fun and nurturing environment where the children are encouraged to learn . I cant imagine trusting another daycare in town to take care of our kids.

I recommend this daycare. They take care of breakfast and lunch with snacks in between. They stick to a routine, which is great for my 17 month old. They also alert of issues and are quick to fill out an injury report, etc. My only complaint is that my 17 month old doesnt like the infant room, but thats mainly bc she feels that she isnt a baby anymore. She only has to stay in there at certain hours or if there are too many kids in the toddler room and not enough teachers for the day.

I am so happy that my daughter is in La Petite daycare at West Houston. We came when she was 6 months and now she is 12 month. I choose the right place for my sweet one after long search. Her teachers ms.Maritza and Nubia are awesome in infant room 1 and the best. My daughter loves them. They show a lot warm caring and sweet love to children. They are knowledgeable and best in work. Every day when I leave her she feels happy and comfortable with them and children. When I pick her up from daycare they provide me with valuable information regarding her day and what she had to eat during the day. The food they provide is good. They send pictures and videos which makes going to work much easier knowing she is in great hands and makes your day happy. And also they have time for art job decoration- it’s wonderful. The administration is very kind and helpful. Director Ms.Kiara is very patient and professional. She always listen you clearly, answer to your question, always smile, and always say “hi” and “bye”. Other teachers: Ms.Elain, ms.AJ, Ms. O and from room Twos are very nice and friendly. They love children. I don’t have complaints and I feel happy for my daughter. Thank you for caring for my little sweet! I highly recommend this day care if you still thinking or looking for!!!

Me Pauline is not a nice teacher my child artwork always looks perfect she doesnt seem to allow kids to be free. last year I saw her push a child by sink area I reported it and she is still there..Ms Shelly is such a snoby bitc$ she thinks she is better than all so glad my child is in school now and after the 2nd infant room Ill be taking my child out. since ms kim been gone sooooo many different teachers in there she was always the one to great me 1st after Ms Karen left.take your kids elsewhere

I hope there was zero star! They dont know how to behave with the parents nor the children! Theyre just good at marketing ! Just some ads and done! No clean area, No well behaved stuff, They look tired and messed up. I never let them take care of my child even if THEY pay me !

My husband & I just recently moved to Houston, by luck this was the first child care we toured and we instantly felt in love with the warm feel of the staff. My son was 10 months at the time and Charlottes charm won our hearts. I have never seen my son so happy to come to school! Nuvia is absolutely amazing attending to my sons needs, every day she gives me a detail report of his day no matter how busy they might be. I can not express how much peace it brings to my heart to know our first child is in very good hands while we are at work. The entire staff and other children know my son by first name. We feel like we have a family there! I will recommend this place 100% not only for overall outstanding performance, but for the attention to detail they give to my child needs.

My first concern on having a job and having a baby was who was going to take care of her while we are at work. I made an appointment to have a tour with La Petite when my daughter was only 4wks old. Still unsure about the whole daycare vs nanny idea. I was so afraid that she would not get the personal care that she needed being in a daycare with so many babies.As soon as we came thru the school I immediately saw the love in these teachers eyes. The ladies who worked in the infant room are just the best you can get! We enrolled her when she was only 6 weeks old. The personal care that was given to my daughter was remarkable. They spend so much time on child development that no Nanny would ever be able to teach or compare to.My daughter is so advanced for her age. She is now 18 months and well above any other kid that we know in her age range! To top it all off, the teachers keep getting better and better. What she learns from La Petite is priceless! The facility is always clean, the teachers are always respectful and we feel like they are part of our family. I have to commend the administration for always putting the childs needs over anything else. This is a great daycare and I would highly advise you to stop by for a tour.

I enrolled my son into this daycare because we moved from the other side of town and it is very close to where i Stay. He has been going to this daycare since February and he does not like it at all. when he began going to the daycare the 1st few days he would walk in just fine, but now he throws a big fit when i drop him off and whenever i pick him up he does not look happy which is nothing like my child. He has never acted out like that before. I ask his teachers whats going on and all they tell me is that he is doing just fine. I do not know what is going on when i talk to my son he just tells me that he does not like school which is very odd because when we were at the other daycare he was happy, he loved going to school. I am just a concerned parent. I wish i could get more info.... As far as the teachers Ms.Nathaly seems really nice. Now the director Ms. Charlotte is a different story. She comes off rude and short, and when it comes to certain things i do not like to be rushed. One day i was about 5 min late picking my child up due to traffic and i pulled up and saw the director ms.charlotte outside far from the front entrance back turned towards the door talking to someone. I didnt think anything of it until i walked in the daycare and saw that my child was in the daycare by himself he could have gotten up and walked away and she wouldnt have even seen him! so now i am looking for another childcare. One last thing, Ms.Nicole is a sweet lady as well . I really like her .

My granddaughter was going to this daycare but realized to late that she was being screamed and hollered at and this is scary to her. Now at home when she hears a loud voice she runs and hides and is shaking because she is scared. I asked her why she did that and she said the lady with the yellow hair scares her because she is loud and mean. I will have to agree with that because I have been there when they talk to some of the children with a harsh, loud and mean tone. I feel bad for these children and felt that it was best for my granddaughter not to attend this daycare.

Went there to see if I can put my kid in that daycare. The area was very untidy, smelled really bad and looked very dirty. While we were exploring an area, one infant wouldnt stop crying, but both nannies were busy feeding the other kids and wouldnt get up to calm the baby. He was crying for at least 10 mins. I was about to pick up that kid and calm him down. Would hate to know that my kid is in this situation.

The only thing my 2 year old learned in his time at this academy was to eat with his hands, cry for attention, and misbehave. To make matters worse he had a really bad diaper rash that took about a week to heal and thats because I didnt take him back and I cared for it. Wouldnt recommend this place for toddlers.

I love the instructors there, they are awesome!
