My son attended Kindergarten for 7 months. It was a great school. He is doing very well at 1st grade. Ms Nikki is a great teacher. The owners and manager are very kind and taking care of the kids very well.I would definetely recommend this school if you are looking for a secure and safe place for your kids and a good education...

I would highly recommend bringing your children to this school! The enviornment is warm, welcoming, and always kept clean. Management is very friendly and helpful, always willing to discuss any concerns you may have. The teachers are amazing with the children and genuinely care about your childs happiness and overall well being. The students at the school are always smiling and laughing, and some of the most independent children I have ever seen. Your children will learn so much and build lasting relationships at Five Star Katy, you cant go wrong!!

I highly recommend Five Star. I have two kids in Five Star. My daughter loves her teacher Ms Kennie and my son goes there for before and after school and he loves it there too. They learn so much at such a young age. They go there for years now. Yes, little kids push and shove, and both my kids had been pushed and shoved, they are just being little kids. And as painful as it seems to witness it, my kids took care of themselves. They grew stronger. The most important thing is to know they are being loved by their teacher. And at Five Star they are. Any problems we had, we took it to Ms Francis and it was resolved every time. Two thumbs up.

Staff was GREAT with communication and made my 5 year old son feel really welcome. Shannon couldnt have been more helpful helping me get my son enrolled around a busy time of year and Ms. Courtney is a wonderful Primary teacher. Facility is very clean and organized (one of the best Ive seen) and the environment as a whole made me feel really good about leaving my son in their care. Ive visited A LOT of facilities, this one is one of the best in the area.

If I could put zero stars I would, I read all the reviews before I signed my son up here but I decided to take a chance because the staff seemed nice and the place is clean. These people are careless always misplacing and losing my child’s items and one of the toddler teachers is rough with the kids after my child started her class he started losing his appetite and waking in the middle of the night crying saying he’s scared! And I voiced my concern I even had another couple of moms tell me they noticed change in their kids in her class and management insisted that there was nothing wrong. I took my son out of that school and put him in another school within 3 days he’s happy to go to school, he’s eating and sleeping through the night.

Worked here for 3 years. I recommend it to any parent looking for something that is great and reliable for their child. Your child will grow and do wonders here !

Past 2 reviews are old and most certainly not accurate. This place is warm, extremely welcoming, and super clean. The folks in management are on a first name basis with the kids, and I felt comfortable leaving my 1 yr old here.

Five Star Rocks!!!!!I had a really great experience working for Five Star Montesssori School, as an assistant in snugglers and Lead Teacher in Explorers, I got to see my kids learn and grow from babysTo toddlers, seeing them transition was priceless, I love the Director Miss Francis, and all the staff, very professional and fun!, This was my first time at a Montessori school, I loved it, all the children learn on their own pace, and learn how to be independent which is a plus, now and for the future, the work they have for each class is different and unique, Ive been able to observe every class, the children really enjoy the work, no class is out of control or loud, they are taught to have good manners, and respect for others, very clean school.

I really love working here. Staff and Director are very supportive.

Five star montesssori kingsland is a nurturing and friendly environment for children to learn and grow in. The office staff always has a smile on their face and are willing to help and address any concerns parents might have. All the teachers are very professional, caring and take genuine interest in the children and their development. Ms. Kennie who is a primary teacher at the school is wonderful. Every child in her class is so very fond of her and it shows in their actions. I also love how diverse the school population is. It teaches children to respect and learn about other cultures. They also offer a wide range of extra curricular activities at school which is very convenient for working busy parents wanting their kids enrolled in activities other than school..such as dance, soccer, art..etc.This school doesnt get enough credit and reviews for being one of the better montesssori schools in the Katy/ Houston area. Also make sure you notice that all the bad review are over 2 years ago. The director since then has changed and the owners are involved in the way the school functions and runs.

Awful :(

I worked here for 3 months and trust me when Intel you this guys. THE PEOPLE WHO SIT UP FRONT WHEN YOU OPEN THE DOOR..YEAH THAY PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT UR CHILD! All the teachers that work there THEY DO CARE! But the people up front wont do anything about it. Trust me smh. Please dont take ur kids here its not worth it. Its not worth how much ur going to pay for ur child to be there. But if you still dont believe me..good luck but dont be surprise when ur child comes back with cuts,scratches,bite marks, and bruises .

The director is not professional, and teachers dont take care of kids well. My son got diaper rash very badly in school twice in ten days. Bad school!

Funny place to learn.

My child has come home with multiple unexplained bruises, cuts, and bite marks. The director and owners lack of concern for my childs safety is unacceptable.

Very clean, organized school.

Told me theres a waiting list and we need to pay $200 to be on it!!
