*Denied child breakfast *Lost child during bus route-this review shares details. Long story short this school is unorganized and a disappointment.Incident #1) Refer to photos⬇Incident #2) Day 2 of school, I arrived minutes after my daughters bus had left her stop. I immediately contacted the school for instruction on what steps to take next in order to get her. The same front desk lady told me she would contact the driver to see where he was and if he would take her back to the school or was near her stop to bring her back. After on hold for about 20 minutes she told me the driver would most likely drop her off at the school and for me to be there for when she arrived. Walking in to the front office I was approached by two of the school officers and questioned about what my daughter was wearing when I sent her to school that morning and to describe her physical features. After i answered I questioned as to why the information was needed to which they responded that my daughter wasnt on the bus and they didnt know where she was. These words froze my entire being. I pictured the worst. I had difficulty finding the questions I needed to get more information. My mind was flustered with blur. Not sure of how long it took but after this period I snapped to it and asked to speak to the bus driver. I spoke to him over the phone and asked if he checked the bus which he replied he had and asked if he remembered dropping her off at the same stop the day before to which he replied hes sorry and he remembered having a student on the wrong bus route. He continuously apologized I then gave up the phone and couldnt hear anymore. Maybe 10 to 15 minutes later the principal tells me they found my daughter. I asked where she was they said they driver said she was walking in our neighborhood and he came across her when driving around. The driver brought her back to the school and it was the biggest relief in life Ive ever experienced. At this point I had been crying like a baby, a mess and just wanted to get away from that school. Once home I sat my daughter down and her her break down what happen from the moment she got on the bus from school in detail. She told me she sat in the back of the bus and when she was all alone on the bus she poked her head out and thats when the driver saw her and then he told her he would bring her to me and that I was waiting at the school for her. She explained how she was nervous to say anything to the driver. My daughters story and that of the bus driver dont match and only one person has a reason to bend the truth here.In the meeting with the principal that I mentioned above I was told they would get a hold of the video from the bus of that day and show me to ease my mind and to know exactly what happened. That was the last I heard from the principal and Im still waiting to see that video. That week I contacted the superintendent asking to make an in-district transfer due to the experience I had with the school by which I was denied.

The attitudes at the front desk are terrible. Thankfully checking IDs has improved there, but lacks in the carpool pickup. The curriculum is not challenging.
