I have been going to ICE for facials for almost 20 years. Having been lucky enough to travel to the world and sample the best spas, I stand behind telling everyone that the products and services is top notch for the value.

This is my second time here and my experience has always been fantastic, both times I was helped by Andreina Pinto. The treatment was delivered professionally and the face massage was so relaxing almost put me to sleep. I would recommend her to anyone looking into a great facial treatment.

Omgsh! I cannot say enough good things about Andreina Pinto! She was the best! She made me feel comfortable and had great technique. She spent so much time with me and really took the time to take care of me and my skin. She’s wonderful!!! A+++

My wife and I went on rainy day! Great day to relax and be treated to a nice facial. I had noticed on their website that they were offering 50% off, but after getting there and asking about it, it had expired but they still honored it! 80 mins of blissful Heaven!!!! KATYLEE LEE!!! NAILED IT!!! She was great, very professional and was apologetic for random noises that would accrue that was out of her control. The school was clean and the facial room smelt so good. Dont go there !!!If you are looking for place that respect everyone and professional, stay away from here,I went for interview to start my dream career and they told me that I cant come to school if Im wearing turban on my hair, I explain the reason and they still dont want me to come in, she said its a private school and I can put my rules here, also she said we are international school (which is mean for everyone right?)I asked for policy to sent it to my email but they didnt send any policy said that they are doing that legallyBecause its illegal to ask anyone to take their head cover to go to school, just glad that I didnt spend my money their!

Over several months, I’ve had facials with two different technicians. Both had good technique and kind dispositions. It was obvious to me that the training offered is consistent and thorough. I plan to continue utilizing this institute’s services.

The services I received from this location was nothing but phenomenal,.The esthetician, Lindsey was very thorough in communicating what procedures she was applying. The hot stone massage with DaVonne was equally professional. Both services were worth the effort and money.

I visited the Institute of Cosmetology last week, November 6, 2020. I have visited this place regularly and as always I am very satisfied with the work done by the student. I when in for a facial with an appointment at 11:00 am. As was seeing on time with a very nice and courteous esthetician. After doing a skin analysis a treatment was recommended. I felt great after the facial. The work done was excellent. Everything was explained to me, the atmosphere of the room was peaceful and relaxing. I never felt rushed to get out of there. My student esthetician’s name is Aysha. Thank you for a great job.

I just graduated from ICE, and I’m already got a job thanks to the high quality education I got from there. The senior class with Miss Jesse was very good. Miss Lacy is such a great teacher, she is very professional, knowledgeable, always looking for her students to truly understand the skin care industry.The director Miss Kathy is so lovely and kind, always trying to help. I’m a current student in the Esthetics Premier Course. The education you get there is 100% high quality. You get to practice facials, waxing, lashes and brows tinting on clients and classmates with teachers always around you if you need any help. They have a french brand products that none school has such a good products. The directors are always there to help you, they are the most kind people and very very educated. The school is always looking to improve. I will always love that school and every dollar spend there in my education was worth it!!!

The only reason that these people even get ONE star from me is because that is the only way I can write about my story. I was a student who had to take a leave of absence because my mother was recovering from breast cancer. About a year later my son was born. When I tried to reapply I was denied, more than once by the head of this school. Claiming to be world-renowned. Dont ever go to this school if you have the option to go anywhere else to get student cosmetology assistance... DO NOT GO HERE!!

If you are seeking an education were you are treated as a person and not a dollar sign, dont go here! My daughter enrolled in this school and towards the end of the program she developed a mass that resulted in multiple medical appointments and overall fatigue. Instead of inquiring on her illness, she was singled out for missing class (despite providing medical notes) and they refused to accommodate for her medical needs. She still has additional appointments (including a biopsy, MRI and EEG) and is afraid to complete the medical testing because its making her a target. This is a disgrace and Im looking into legal options in case this behavior persists.

Wonderful quality school. I took my esthetician certification here. Great school, very clean, neat, and well structured program. Instructors are amazing, very patience and knowledgeable.

I had been coming here for several months in the past and didn’t have any negative experiences until today. They booked 4 eleven o’clock appointments at once, and I was the 2nd person with an 11 o’clock appointment to show up, instead of getting served on a first come first serve basis, I was initially served by a student and as I walked back to the facial room they called me back to the front and handed my “student cosmetologist” to the customer who came in after me. The other customers that came in after me with 11 o’clock appointments got served before I did as well. I was then asked to wait for the next student who was still in class. After waiting 30 minutes I got up and requested for a refund. I told the receptionist that they should respect their customer’s time and that this is definitely no way to treat customers; even if this is a discounted price for a facial the fact is you are still accepting my money and my time for your students to practice on. This is NO WAY to run a business and SURELY a good way to earn a bad review.Follow up:So after 1 year I returned and much has changed!!! They have hired a receptionist and the student who serviced my facial was excellent!!! I had the relaxation facial and she accomplished the objective for sure!! Her massage technique was excellent and applied perfect amount of pressure and enough amount of massage time....they seem to be doing an excellent job with the students . I am sooo happy I returned!!

I chose the Institute of Cosmetology & Esthetics to do my post graduate work to test for the CIDESCO Diploma and it was nothing but an amazing experience. I have been practicing for sixteen years and traveled internationally to get education and this school provided an prep education and a testing site that not only helped me to be well prepared for the test, but with the wish that I could be a student there at some point because of the thoroughness of the knowledge of the entire team that I worked with. They are the first CIDESCO school that opened in the United States and they have done all they have had to so students will leave with a first class education. Kathy Driscoll and Lacy Gill deserve kudos for what they provide. Thank you!

If you’re researching schoolsfor manicure license there are other schools that give you the SAME education for far less money. The mistake I made was not actually do a detailed search for school and I spent 6k that didn’t match the education I received amongst other things. Now if you’re looking for schools for esthetics this is the best school in houston but you’ll pay for it. so it’s up to you whether you’re willing to spend the money or not. After i took the written and practical it was nothing I learned in school not a thing which was even more frustrating but it is what it is. I just recommend for anyone do your due diligence while looking for schools.

If you are looking for a esthetics education look somewhere else. I was a student at IC&E and from the outside looking in this school hit it out of the ball park, I was given a tour and the owner was kind and made it seem very professional and exciting. After attending the school it was not at all the education I expected for the price, I was not taught any hands on facials from the esthetics instructor. The School only wants your money and for you to bring in clients for them to make money off of you. Please RUN from this school and look elsewhere!!!
