Great courses and the online class option is so convenient for busy parents like myself. Ms. George the head instructor is super nice and understanding. The other instructors are very knowledgeable and made me feel like they were happy to help.

Very disorganized and poor education. I had signed up for a part time program and was incorrectly enrolled in the full time program, giving me only 5 of the 6 months to finish the program. I was informed that I could not be switched to the 6 month program and could not finish my hours in time because there was not emailed proof of my signing up for the part time program. This is because I had enrolled in person and over the phone. When I brought this up with the owner, she told me she would get back to me and never did. There was a large chunk of time where I suspect there was no esthetician instructor at the campus at all. Being that this was during Covid, I was able to sign up for the online program under the premise that there would be in-person demonstrations happening all the time. I was added to a group chat where invitations to these classes would be sent. There was not a single class held the entire time I was enrolled. There is zero feedback on assignments that you turn in, and all of the assignments are just copied quizzes and tests from a textbook (which is not provided). I wish I had done more research on this school before making what I hope will be the worst financial decision of my life. A week after the program ended, I got a phone call asking why I hadn’t clocked in in awhile, which I found very interesting considering I had never received a call like this while I was actually enrolled...they are very disorganized. Today I received an email asking for a photo for my permit...what? In addition, I was charged a late fee of over $100 for a payment that was due on a Sunday (when they are closed) and made that Monday. I have never heard of being charged a late fee when the banks AND their office was closed. They had also attempted to charge my card that Monday although I had specifically asked for it not to be on file. This place was a nightmare. I do not recommend this school to anyone.

Conveniently located off spring cypress this cosmetology school is the best! They have affordable monthly installments available and the owner is extremely kind and patient.

The director is do helpful. The school is very affordable. I can just pay out of pocket and not worry about loans hanging over me when i graduate. I love this school.
