As someone who both study and work at CCLS Houston, I am so glad that I have chosen this center. I HIGHLY recommend this institution if you want to learn and become fluent in a new language. I have been taking their Spanish course from the beginning and am now starting level 6 out of 7 and I have learned so much and feel confident I will be fluent by the end of the course. The teachers are amazing and the curriculum is so helpful. Learning a new language is tough and sometimes you wonder if it will ever make sense but with the way they teach you it all comes together and you are understanding and speaking at a fast rate! They make it fun and enjoyable as well and they are very flexible and accommodating. I would recommend this place over anywhere else for sure!

I have taken beginner level 1 and 2 Spanish in person lessons at CCLS. I’m really happy with the progress that I made. I knew zero Spanish when I started and now I’m able to communicate with simple sentences. I’m planning on taking level 3.

I am currently taking my third Spanish course at CCLS Houston and have been thoroughly satisfied with everything. I am learning a lot with the help of friendly and professional instructors. I would recommend CCLS Houston to anyone.

I have completed the first level of the Portuguese Course for beginners, at CCLS. The small classes, in my case 2-4 students, are great to facilitate maximum learning.This class size allows the teacher to become aware, and then solve problems the students might find themselves confronted with; its excellent.

Highly recommend CCLS Houston. I took the Brazilian Portuguese course for about 8 months and I learned so much in that time. Glaydon and Vitor were great instructors who were able to recognize where you struggled and figured out ways on how to assist you.

This establishment is exactly what I was looking for. Years ago, I made a personal goal to become fluent in Spanish. I continue to be a work in progress, but this class has helped tremendously. The methodology really works. It is full immersion for the duration of the class. If you are unsure of how to say what you want to say, the instructor encourages you in to utilize the vocabulary you do know to get your point across. That may sound intimidating but that is what assists in becoming fluent. Best of all, it is done in a very non-threatening, fun way. My instructor, Georgina, is amazing. Shes got great energy, charisma, and really knows how to pull out the best in each of the students. I am also working on earning my AA in Spanish at a community college. That has given me a very good solid background on the rules of Spanish, but CCLS has REALLY given me confidence and the foundation to build on my fluency. My coworkers have all taken note of how much my Spanish skills have improved since starting the course at CCLS. I am deeply grateful to have found Cinthya and CCLS. Gracias por todo!

VERY rude and presumptuous. If you dont have a Spanish last name they assume that you need beginner Spanish without ever speaking to you. I felt they were extremely rude to me.

I highly recommend CCLS for ESL students !!Therere many FREE ESL classes in Houston but if you want to improve your English skill, its better to go to a language school like CCLS.I ’ve taken an “ENGLISH IN GENERAL” course for three months.My teacher loves English language, so he teaches me not only about in textbooks but also something that I want to know during my daily life.All CCLS staff are kind and courteous to students.Facilities are not so large but it makes me feel like Im at home.They held a wonderful Christmas party and its a good opportunity for me to speak English with other students and teachers.Recommended for those who want to learn English well.There are free ESL classes at churches and other places in Houston, but I think it is better to go to a language school like this to improve your English.The staffs response is solid and the classes are easy to understand and fun. You can choose one-on-one or with multiple students.
