Our daughter has been attending this school for four years now. We simply love the education, staff, care, and attention she is provided on a daily basis. Ms Dana is wonderful and we could not ask for more in a teacher! Their leadership and communication throughout this entire pandemic has been exceptional. As a parent, I feel very safe dropping my daughter off everyday.

My son is a student of this daycare since 1,5 years old (now he is 3.2 years). I really like all teachers that he had there, specially Faina and Irina. Alesya (the manager) is a very unique person, she can figure out any problem super fast and very professional. Now my kid is in a class for 3-4 years old, and I’m very happy to see that he wants to go to the school every morning, love to see his smile on the pictures, he is doing very well with tressing (before he didn’t like it at all). We have been with Sunshine Academy for 3 years. Our son started Pre-Kindergarten grade in Ms. Hannah’s class, she is an outstanding, skilled math teacher, who gave our son a firm math base. From that time math has been his favorite subject. To say more Ms. Hanna was like a second mom to our child, helping him in every possible step, our son became an independent kid, who started doing so much stuff on his own. Ms. Hannah fully prepared him for the elementary school.Our son’s kindergarten teacher was Ms. Kelly, she is an amazing teacher, who treats kids with care and love. Now our child is in first grade, in Ms. Elizabeth’s class. She is a skillful teacher, who is very attentive to every child’s need.We are considering ourselves incredibly lucky, that we were able to accommodate our son at a such superb school with excellent teachers and stuff, who goes beyond possible in order to provide the best education for children. The school provides children with healthy, homemade food: breakfast, lunch (it is always salad, soup and entrée) and snack. The menu changes every day! It is so important to chose an environment where your child will bloom. Sunshine was and still is after 9 years, academically strong, warm and family oriented and very structural pre-school. My son who is now turning 5 has also been at Sunshine for 3 years, and we continuing to see him grow and achieve amazing results both personally and academically. WE LOVE THE preschool Sunshine !!! The best daycare in Miami! The director of Sunshine was immediately warm and welcoming inviting us in to see this small, family feel preschool when we came the first time . She is always open for conversation, empathetic, real, transparent and a parent herself. She employs a staff that also models those qualities. Mis Nella Gurduza and Miss Maria Cecilia Murillo at the moment are my daughters teachers and I am delighted. If we have ever had a concern about our girl (potty training, bottle weaning, tantrums etc)... they are all there to assist, work with us and ultimately foster love, patience, knowledge and kindness in our girl and all other kids. They have a curriculum that is followed and emailed monthly. Daily reports are sent out over a phone app making it easy to check in on the kids each day. Healthy breakfasts and catered (healthy) lunches are provided each day, along with snacks in between. They have a nice playground that the kids love playing on when it is nice outside and a large open room to run around in when it is raining or too cold to be outside. Along with the day-to-day activities, they are always doing special things around the holidays for the kids/parents (christmas program, easter egg hunt, valentines etc). I honestly could go on and on about all the ways The Sunshine Preschool is a phenominal daycare... but most importantly, I dont have to question what type of care my girl is getting. I know in my absence she is being loved, nurtured, comforted and allowed to grow, learn and explore in a warm and caring environment.... everyday.

Ms. Hanna and Ms. Erin in classroom #10 are amazing. My daughter takes a while to warm up to people and she loves both her teachers. Other than being excellent teachers, their patience and love is obvious. After nap time my daughters long hair gets messy. The teachers fix it every time and so she looks great all day. They take the extra step in giving my child the best care and we love them for it. Sunshine Academy in general is offering my kids a great educational experience and far exceeds other day cares and VPKs. Thank you!!

The school is wonderful! My daughter has been there since almost two years ago and she loves to go to the school. She even wanted to buy a special Valentine’s gift for her teacher Paola! She told me she really likes her. Ms. Paola is a very patient and knowledgeable teacher who teaches the kids two languages in classroom. Very hard to find a school and a teacher combined that your daughter loves and you as a parent feel happy knowing she is not just learning but being taken care of. Classroom #8 has amazing, and caring teachers. My son went to this school last year, and it’s just a great feeling to have no worries because you know your babies are in caring hands.

Sunshine State Academy is by far the best school in Hollywood. My child’s classroom teacher Ms. Dana and Ms. Nella are caring, nurturing and all about education. My 4 year old absolutely loves Sunshine and I am so impressed with the way she is developing her academic and social skills.

Excellent school, wonderful teachers and staff. The only reason this school gets four stars instead of five is due to diversity. Most of the services offered, music,dance etc are by Russians; which in itself is not bad but they have strong Russian accents, which makes learning especially for children still trying to learn English, difficult. This school was primarily founded for Russian children and it is reflected in the students, who they hire, even the menu. The school needs to have more diversity other than just Russian background with Spanish workers.

She is challenged educational yet treated with love and respect. The both have been very accommodating to any needs of our family. My daughter loves her teachers and is happy to go to school where she is proud she is learning Russian and Spanish.
